But the whole staff here is always excellent every time.I recommend this location for purchases, leases, maintenance, etc.As for the brand, Ive owned 4 Subaru foresters and cannot imagine not having one! My forester with turbo is one of my favorite tangible items in life....Youre in good hands here!

BEWARE and read: On Aug 16 I reserved a car that was in transit thru a deposit of $1000, this was to secure the car and speed up delivery, which was scheduled for 9/7. Later I was told car will be given to me 9/11. Deposit was to be fully refundable. On promised date I was informed delivery delayed until 9/18. I could not wait any more and demanded return of my deposit. Thus far salesman is on vacations, another guy promised to handle reimbursement and did not keep his promise. Spoke with Brandon who is one of the Managers and nothing yet. One week has gone by since I asked for MY MONEY. Therefore I caution you, by no means reserve any car with a deposit. SOS-SOS-SOS

MAKE SURE to CHECK YOU OIL when you receive your car. I brought in my car to get an oil change at their service lane on a Saturday.. My service advisor Donnett, was great. But the technician that serviced my vehicle did not put enough oil in my Subaru Legacy this past Saturday. I waited over 1 hour for the car only to have to return the car two lights down the road because I received a low oil light on the dash (See picture attached). I immediately turned around and brought it back. Where another technician filled the correct amount of oil and fixed the hydraulic on the glove box. I was told by the tech that the machine that fills the oil failed and put the wrong amount of oil. My question to you is, do your service technician check the oil prior to delivering it to the customer. I emailed the GM and service manager to let them know if I have any engine issues in the future and received no response.

We upgraded our aging Outback for the newest model over the weekend. The staff at this dealership are top notch. They did not rush us, patiently answered all questions, gave us a fair offer for our trade in, and had a sense of urgency when it came to getting us taken care of. Bad customer service, bad service, salesperson with 0 knowledge about the car i purchased, service technician with and atitude and also throw all my things from the passenger seat to the floor on a service dayI requested an appointment for service today due that my car have been idling for the past couple month with my rpms dropping and my car turning off a couple times without me doing nothing.-First service time 1 month or so ago they couldnt find nothing they told me to get some videos so we can see what is going on and bring it back-Today i told the service person to let the technician talk to me so i can explain and show the videos.Nobody came and talk to me or see the videos of what was happening to the car their answer was we can not see the video we dont work like that.They had my car on at the shop with nobody paying attention to it and connected to any scanners to see if there was an issue and yes i saw it!

I purchased a car 2 months ago and had Subaru pay off my car.I now have my bank calling me (2) months later saying the car was never paid off.I have called the dealership over 15 times to speak to a lady named Anna and not one person has returned my phone call.The front desk must have caller ID and wont even pick up my call, they send me straight to the accounting office and then the line goes straight to a FULL voicemail.I am always a happy camper but this is ridiculous. :/

Let me make something clear.. I dont like going to dealerships.. period. The lies, the treatment, the hidden fees and the list goes on. However, it is a necessary process when looking for a vehicle..which is essential. Those same feelings and concerns where proven again when I visited a dealership about a week ago when in the market for a vehicle for my sister. Horrific experience. So at this point, what do I do? To accomplish buying a vehicle but avoiding the headaches. I did research...deep research. I was referred to Subaru Coconut Creek to a salesman by the name of Peter Vazquez. From the onset of phone call and text conversations, Mr. Vazquez had me at ease. To me as a consumer, customer service and value is what drives and motivates me. Mr. Vazquez displayed that and more. He treated me as family. Walked me step by step.. I felt bad because I kept asking him if the prices he proposed were accurate and were not going to change.. I was tired of the bait and switch. Mr. Vazquez assured me it would not change. With the confidence instilled in me by Mr. Vazquez, I proceeded to visit him at the dealership. I was looking for a 2019 Forester Limited for my wife and was searching the entire State of Florida. I was able to narrow it down to three dealships that had a vehicle with all the features we were looking for. Ryan from Coconut Creek Subaru was able to provide us with the most bang for our buck and my search was done. We placed a deposit on a vehicle which was on its way to the dealership. We waited a few weeks for it to arrived and when it did we make the two and a half hour drive to pick it up. Once at the dealership, Davin took care of the rest. He made everything quick and smooth. After completing all the fun paperwork we were on our way with the new Forester. Needless to say everyone we dealt with was great. Ill definitely consider buying a Subaru from the again.

I have been trying to remove gap insurance on my car because I already put 7 grand down on my car. It’s taking them 5 months to do that and now no one is answering my calls. This is totally unexceptable and unprofessional.

I went into the dealership to have my Legacy serviced. While I was there I was looking around and started talking to Vinnie. He was able to get me into a brand new Forester while I was waiting on my car. He made everything so easy without all that back and forth that nobody wants to deal with. Before stepping foot in the door, my expectations were properly managed and there was zero nonsense. Julia had the car waiting for me to test drive upon arrival. I knew exactly which car I was going to get. She also took the time to show me each and every single feature on the car - which no other dealer did. She also followed me to return my current vehicle - waited and drove me back to the dealership. Price was exactly what we discussed - almost $100 less / mo than a different Subaru dealer on my lease (with $0 down)! Best customer service ever. Wife and I loved our first set of 2017 Subarus so much that when our leases came up, we decided to lease the 2021 version of the exact same cars. Chris Fischer was awesome. He made sure to have all everything that could be done remotely completed so that we only needed to come in and process the final paper work and get the keys. (White was our 2017 and the Gray and Blue are our new 2021)

Called in reference to 2 recalls. They stated “all” Subaru dealers were on back order. Received email fro North Lauderdale Subaru today, they have parts available. Service recall is scheduled for July 5. Not a fan of Coconut Creek and still am not.

I called them regarding a specific used vehicle they had listed for sale. Confirmed it via a phone call, made an appointment to be there 45 min away. Arrived 45 min later expecting the car to be ready for a test drive. The salesman told me it was sold. I asked him how could that be, I just spoke with you an hour ago? NO honest answer. They had another car not ready, but I stayed ( having wasted over an hour already) The list price $20,000. After spending 2 hours, the actual price turned out to be $26.000. I wasted an entire afternoon ALL based on lies and they knew it. Keep away from them.

Chris Fisher was the best help I could have asked for while buying a new 2020 Legacy. During this pandemic I wanted to do all negotiations remotely and Chris made sure he took care of that request. Also after getting quotes all over Florida Chris’ initial pricing is the most up front and honest pricing I found and by a big margin. My husband and I bought a 2020 Subaru Outback from Coconut Creek Subaru yesterday. First, I will say I really don’t enjoy the typical car buying experience- in fact, I dread it! At Coconut Creek Subaru they made the car buying experience so easy. We agreed on price remotely (their COVID-19 policies comforted us!). We worked with Segourney and Peter in sales (both very helpful) and Rob in finance (lots of paperwork but Rob made it as painless as possible). They helped me find the car package I wanted, delivered earlier than expected, and made us feel like valued customers😊. I had a very bad experience at another dealership and almost gave up on getting another Subaru. I’m so glad I decided to venture a little farther from home and work with the great folks at Coconut Creek Subaru. By the way, I love my new Outback!

I visited the dealer to look at an older Subaru as investment and hobby. Isis Gomez did a great job of listening and quick to go above and beyond. She is very knowledgable about the brand and WRX models. Although I personally decided the collectable vehicle offered was missing some of the points I was looking for, Isis and the sales team here at this dealer were solid. I would recommend any of my friends looking for Subaru to visit this dealer first.

I had my son call for me prior to going into the dealership. He talked to VInnie and they made a deal over the phone so when I went there he had everything ready to go for me and made is so easy. He even helped me bring my old lease back to BMW. I definitely would suggest giving him a call if you need any help

I never want to go into the dealerships to purchase cars. I had my last car for 10 years, so its been a while since ive had to do some car shopping. But Coconut Creek Subaru was a pleasure to work with. My salesman was Vinnie Siciliano and he made is so easy for me. He wasnt pushy, and made me feel comfortable the whole time I worked with him. Eli in finance had the paperwork all ready for me and had me in and out very fast. Definitely will make my next purchase here, and send my friends.

Great dealership - Chris Fisher is THE guy! Wear the Subaru badge on his heart. As a former Subaru Sales person for 15 years myself, I certainly appreciate #1 HONESTY - personal customer service, product knowledge, ease of communication and friendliness! The deal and the car where as expected. Delivery time was prompt. The finance manager that printed and signed my contract was a bit cut and dry and I understood nobody wanted to be there specially in any close contact, but could have been nicer and not shoving extended warranties in my deal (LEASE!). I understand F.I. works on commission, but not all the time youre going to SELL, and that seemed to upset this person somewhat.Other than THAT? Amazing ! Thank you Chris.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, no service at all actually. Extremely lazy and inattentive staff I have ever experienced. I went to this location to return a leased car. Turns out only one person is available to handle returns on a busy Saturday. He was texted and called and no answer and nowhere to be found. Terrible experience, never going back.

I was visiting coconut creek Subaru, because I have a 2016 forester. The attendant named Cano ask me if I have 700 record credit. Then he goes to see my forester 2016 and Ofer me9.000.The blue book saids its 14.500. The only Subaru Forester 2020 in stock was a black one, and I don’t want this color. Me Caño told me the cost for other color was 1.000. oo for extra transporting.I will never go back to Coconut Subaru dealer.Go to hell

Chris Fischer was incredible. This would be the second vehicle that I have purchased from him and he always is very knowledgeable and does his absolute best to give me the best option, even if it means driving the car in from out of town. We have had our brand-new 2019 Subaru Outback for about two months, and we LOVE it!! Rides like a dream, so stylish, and those 18 channels of Sirius Radio are a real plus! And including the weatherproof floor mats and the official Subaru sunshade was another nice bonus.AND the best part is the wonderful service we enjoyed at Coconut Creek Subaru. Davin is a real asset to your team--knowledgeable, generous with his time and listened to and answered all our questions. Keep him! The entire buying experience at Coconut Creek Subaru was top-notch, and we would (and already have) recommend you to friends and family!

Vinnie Siciliano was excellent. He and his team made everything fast and easy. I didnt have to spend my whole day at the dealership like most places. He had me in and out, and got me everything I needed. If your looking for a new Subaru go and ask for Vinnie.

Thumbs down to Coconut Creek Subaru Service Department for damaging my car during required Takata airbag recall work.Subaru broke my glove compartment and didnt even tell me!!! I brought it to reps attention before I drove off their lot... They examined and ordered a dumper part to fix the damage they caused.My own licensed mechanic picked up the part to do the repair for me. Subaru insisted on charging him for the part. On careful inspection, my mechanic showed me further damages: numerous missing screws surrounding where Subaru broke my dashboard!!!Based on the damage Coconut Creek Subaru did to my SUV, I do not recommend their service department.

This has to be the worst dealership on the planet, I’m leasing a car from them, they messed up my car registration and didn’t take responsibility for an obvious mistake on their part. Next, I decided to change the oil on the car myself ( up until then they always did my oil change) I go under my car and looked at the oil drain plug which is all stripped and damaged from a careless mechanic who used an impact to tighten down the oil drain plug. The team I worked with at Coconut Creek Subaru was outstanding. On December 31, 2020, I texted with Larissa from internet sales. She was straightforward and no nonsense - gave me a no haggle price on the Crosstrek I wanted that fit my budget perfectly. I got a KBB quote on my trade in and arranged to come in on the first of the year to finalize the deal. On the morning of January 1, 2021, Segourney took over and she took care of the details and we closed the deal in a few hours. They gave me great incentives and matched the price I wanted on my trade in. Rawle even helped me get through a sticky issue with my insurance company which could have ruined the whole experience for me. Finally, Fernando made sure my vehicle was detailed and walked me through all the bells and whistles like a champ. Personally, I made the decision to drive two counties over to make this purchase from Coconut Creek Subaru because they didn’t jack me around. The sales team was straightforward and transparent. Even better the dealership donated $250 to a charity of my choice from the final sale price. I cannot express how easy and painless this experience was. A huge shoutout to Segourney for making sure everything ran smoothly.
