If I could give this company no stars I would. I would not buy here If I were you. Purchased a phone for $280 that we were told was unlocked for all carriers. It never worked properly. Took it back several times and was told they could not fix it and to go to Verizon. Spent 5-1/2 hours at Verizon come to find out it was not unlocked and could not be. Had to purchase a more expensive phone. Cell now would not take it back at all just wanted to now offer to give me another phone which they would not do the multiple times I was there before. Very bad business practices. We wont shop there again

I purchase a refurbished phone from this store. They have a large selection of refurbished iPhone’s that are unlocked at reasonable prices. Great customer service as well. Will return.

I just want to say my visit there was horrible. I went in to get my charger port fixed, turned out it just needed to be cleaned, but when I got it back, the speakers weren’t working. It sounded like a robotic voice coming through the phone. I take it back to get that fixed and the guy who cleaned the port ended up slinging dirt into the speakers. At that time I paid 30 dollars to have my speaker replaced. The Caucasian gentleman had a nasty attitude from the beginning. At that time me and him weren’t seeing eye to eye. I paid my money and went to leave and he said “stay cool out there” with a snarky attitude. I turned around and said I didn’t appreciate the attitude I was being given, especially with him working in a customer service job. A coworker tried to intervene to de-escalate the situation and the Caucasian man told him to be quiet and do his job. The Caucasian man then threw a piece of paper on the table and told me it was the owners number and to call him. Absolutely distasteful customer service.

Have been coming to This location since they first opened. The service has always been great. Except for this last visit yesterday. I was told 140 for a back glass, camera lens, and charging port. They gave me $20 off the charging port(normally $60) for getting multiple services. Turns out they couldnt fix my camera, so they fixed my charging port and said theyre charging me $60 without warning me about the price change, since I was only getting 2 repairs. They were rude when I tried to tell them they should have warned me about price change first before fixing it. I wanted the work undone because they lost my trust, they wouldnt do it. Luckily the owner hashed it all out and gave me a discount. Great owners and great deals, but shady employees who give bad service. Picking up my phone today, but will not be returning again after being a customer since the start.Hoping at least that my phone color was changed to red as requested!UPDATE: phone color was not changed to red, but Owners are very caring people and took care of the situation and I am very satisfied with the level of service they provided. I will be returning again, hopefully dealing with better employees! 5 stars for the effort and care provided.

Bought a game system barley had it for 2 days had no problems or damage but only the controller that had an issue with the buttons. Even though They couldnt fund my money back. Which i thought the 60 days warranty would cover. They only replace the controller but Which i wanted was returned only because i wasnt interested anymore.

Had completely shattered my phone screen and when I went in to ask for repair, the price they gave me was unbeatable. Phone was fixed within the hour. Staff was very nice as well. Highly recommend!

Not honest and up front about the work they are doing and try to cover it up with lies, then when I caught them in their lie and went back down there to show them in person how they broke the phone more they didn’t fix it or make it right, that’s not how you run a business. If they continue running it like this they won’t be open long, hope they change their ways but beware!

Told me they had a phone, drove all the way out there: no phone. Tried to upsell me to a more expensive phone. Be wary.Edit - I can understand your point of view but you never once mentioned a reserve system. I didnt make up you tried to sell me an s10+. Please dont call me a liar. Im new to the area and I needed some help fixing my cracked screen for my iPhone. This place is close and convientient! The gentleman that helped me was very polite and eager to fix it. He also provided me with a screen protector! They also have phone cases, game consoles and iPhones. Bought a phone from this store about a year ago. Told me that the phone was unlocked but when I traded phone carriers the provider said that it was still in contract and wasn’t paid off yet....I paid 600 for a non unlocked phone. Not going to buy from them again.
