The girls who work here are really snobby. Especially the one with curly hair. I was having an unpleasant interaction with her for no reason at all (maybe she was having a bad day, who knows but she was being really rude, I had just asked a question). Shout out to the Asian guy with the bun. He stepped in and helped us out immediately

Waiting a long time to get attended just to be told they were out of ps controllers, there was on the wall -,- used to love this location.

Went here 7 times for a used ps4 controller, nope. finally found one at walmart, brand new 10$ more than gamestop would have charged me if they ever had one. three months later im rockin the white controller.

Not much of a game store any more. Poor selection, to many Funko Pops. Over priced collectables. GameStop was once a good game store, not any more. There only chance is to get rid of all the garbage, bring in actual toys like Hot Wheels, Transformers, Gi-Joe and Barbi not to mention bring back the Video Games

I have always been a Walmart girl for all my electronics and gaming needs....HOWEVER... the hospitality that ASHLEY provided me with at this store has converted me to GameStop 100%. After a crazy holiday season, the empathy, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond shown by Ashley in this store was noteworthy.Ashley and then women manager of this store definitely deserve a huge holiday bonus as the company is very lucky to have both of them.

So many games & I always end up walking in on the deals, I love it. Just hate ordering online because it either never gets here or have to repurchase & that sucks.

Took my son in to check a few prices on games. The nice lady was VERY helpful and even showed us where the game was and that it was on sale. We also had an emailed coupon that I forgot to bring with us. So the casheier look up our info. and was able to apply the coupon to our order with no problem. Customer service is better in person then when you call and also depends on the person but overall the better GameStop thats in clovis. Ended up with a preorder here the first wave and went back recently for some headsets. Can’t wait till ps5 launch and hoping it goes smooth

Great store because of the women who work there. Always nice and helpful. They create and atmosphere of respect for the customers. They are not self absorbed like ALL of the men who seemed to get hired at these stores. I avoid some Gamestops because each time I have gone in, I get the sense that I am interrupting the conversations of the guys behind the counter.

GameStop has always been one of my favorite places to shop for games and console accessories. The staff are always helpful and up to date on all the newest games and consoles. This is an especially good branch of GameStop. My brother and I have been coming here for a number of years now and we have never once been disappointed. The staff members are crazy friendly and they try to get to know you. The selection of collectibles is a fun addition. The prices are on par with what you would pay anywhere else. My only gripe with GameStop is the ridiculous trade in values.

It would be nice when a company advertises tee shirts for sale 5 bucks it sounds great, but when you go to look and see that they only have 2 different shirts to choose from it blows.

Went here cause my daughters Nintendo Switch wasnt working. Sorry I didnt get the guys name, but Im thinking he was the manager. He told us they dont repair gaming devices, but went ahead and took a look at it anyway. He figured out the problem within a couple of minutes. After a small purchase for a part, we were on our way. Great place to go if you need video game stuff or more. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Always have what Im looking for and if you have the rewards club or whatever you save even more. They also carry headphones, tablets, and other things besides video games.

The amount they gave me when selling my ps4 game that was still fairly new and popular was not even worth the gas to get there. It was frustrating. However, customer service was good and they do have a pretty good return policy if you arent happy with a purchase within a certain amount of days...So that is a positive.. some games are over priced but most stores seem like they are like that, especially when buying it brand new.....

One of the best gamestops i have been to. The customer service is totally there!! I felt like at home!! The clean area adds more to it as well! I just like visiting to browse because i felt soo welcomed. Never have i been pressured here! I totally recommend if you want to shop, this gamestop is the one!

The staff was great, helped me diagnose the issue with my xbox1. Found out it was just a a burned out power pack and the console was fine.So rather than misdirecting me and selling me a $400 console I really didnt need I walked out spending $30 on a refurbished power pack after a $20 trade in credit for my broken power pack.I was very happy and very satisfied.

The staff who helped me around Christmas time were TERRIFIC. I was looking for something like a blanket with Overwatch on it for a family member, but I had NO idea what Overwatch looked like. One employee walked me around the store and told me what to look for and found the perfect gift that was even better than a blanket (an apron some character wears in the game).

These employees have great customer service and they know a lot about the video game you want to purchase or are looking for. Just understand that they are known for ripping people off as well as low-balling people with games.

Theyre Always a great help in this store definitely my favorite store in this area.

Probably my favorite GameStop in town, nice store layout and its larger than others so you dont feel so cramped. Also a good selection of toys and collectables aside from the games. Staff are super friendly and always eager to help, provided they dont have a line of customers.

Having hit hard times I had to sell a gaming console I owned. Since it was brand new, they were very belittling and asked a bunch of questions assuming it was stolen property. I basically had to explain my situation and did not appreciate the way I was treated. I will never shop in that store again based on my experience. Terrible customer service.

It gets a little ridiculous that you cant just run in and pick something up without having to say no repsatedly to extended warranties, disc insurance, or a preorder. Just let me trade my games for little to no credit so i can buy your brand new opened games quickly.

Called into the store to see if they bought VR Headsets and the woman tells me they do. I tell her the brand that my VR Headset is and she says i can get $70 for it. I arrive there and she then says they don’t take that kind of Headsets and she claims she said PlayStation VR Headset. Which makes no sense because I don’t not have I ever owned a PlayStation so if that what she had said I wouldnt have wasted my time and gas and gone in. Maybe they should actually pay attention to what they say instead of wasting people’s time.
