They are very helpful when it comes to take money but not when it comes to solving problems with phones. When I went to get help to solve a problem with my phone they just told me to call a number to get help. They said the same thing to two other customers.

Service I use to date. Works pretty good. I dont have any major issues. Just wish it worked more places. Especially when I go out of town . customer service is good, & people at the store are always helpful.
