Unbelievable, they spoke Spanish the whole time I was in there knowing I didnt speak the language. This made feel very left out or like they had some type of inside joke. It was very poor customer service as for as communicating what exactly was going on. I was told my bill would be a certain price upon leaving the store, it was more than twice that once I was sent my first bill. The people working here seemed very laxidasixal and incompetent at their job. Id recommend going somewhere else forsure.

Had a great experience at this store. Helped us by giving us multiple options and going through everything to let us know what we would be charged. Super helpful would definitely go back.

Store is okay if you are buying new or upgrading your device. Been three times and walked out with no resolution to my phone issues or even my colleagues new phone errors. We found it just much easier to file a claim and mail our phones than having to deal with Russell Cellular.

The sales lady was so courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go though for my cellular needs in the future!

Lorena was a great sales representative at this Verizon location. She discussed many additional options with me such as device protection, Verizon credit card and other device promotions. Even though I only got a few accessories, she did not pressure me into anything I didnt want after politely saying no. She was also very patient during the process. Highly recommend her and this location.

The ladies at the Verizon with Russell cellular gave me excellent service. They did all they could to help save the account. And spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend them if you have a problem with your cell service.

The service was superb! I came in full of questions and they went above and beyond to answer all of them. They gave me all the amazing promos and worked well with any financial situation presented to them. Alan and Devon spent more than 2 hours working with us and Making sure we were happy. They found a way to lower my bill and get me an additional iPad. I really appreciated all the time and effort they put in and they alone made the trip worth it.

Im trying to pay my bill. Ive been here for almost an hour. No greeting, no explanation of whats going on. I asked if there is somewhere else I can pay my bill and I get unfortunately we are under staffed.

Franchised Verizon Dealer does not accept checks and some cellular phone accessories are not available for sale.

My wife and I needed new phones. Stopped in and Devon was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous. He not only found the perfect phones for us, he saved us a ton of money.
