Although I couldnt resolve my issues with asurion...the insurance people the women in store were there to help time and time again.Many thanks.. the store by the mall refused to even help print out my claim...what a joke... do not go there. Go to this location. Very nice and understanding people...great customer service. ...still five stars even though I couldnt resolve my claim.. it was my fault not theirs...best service ever.. they are so patient. ♡♡♡

I went in yesterday & switched from At&t to CricketI decided to get the family plan. 4 phones unlimited for $100 a month. Not bad huh? I was paying as almost twice as that for 2 phones with At&t. The lady who helped us out was Monica. I cant remember her last name or I would give her more props. She was very helpful & nice informative & patient with all our concerns. She did a great job. I recommend anyone to switch & save money..

BYOP, I laugh at this. I wouldnt do it.cannot connect to wifis& when i do Im booted within 10mins if lucky, they have changed there prices, policys & stores know how/rules & general stuff is NEVER on same page with customer service # you call. if could afford to go elsewhere I WOULD.
