Always been satisfied for years until this morning. Only one employee to serve 5 customers, horrible!! He tried, but ended up being very inefficient and poor customer service trying to help a few at one time.

Dustin B. was extremely helpful with getting us the best deals for our family and with setting up our phones. He did a great job 👏

Worst experience ever... only one agent...waited ...didnt welcome in ...allowed people after us to ask us questions...finally went to counter need to decide on new ph ...didnt help at all and lost a sale because he just stared at us so we decided to leave, ..as leaving welcome people who came in after and apologized for wait...we sat for 30 with no acknowledgment

Matthew was a huge help for my husband and me. He took care of resolving a troubling and difficult situation for us. Spending 2 hours to ensure that our needs and concerns were met and addressed, his patience exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of Verizon products and services truly made our day. They were open and ready to assist me with my upgrade. Took only minutes to get my new iPhone 11 Pro. I love the green color and the smaller size coming from an iPhone 8 Plus, which was ideal. Thank you to Shane for all his amazing customer service.

Matthew Quintana provided great customer service I called him at closing time and he didnt turn me away he stayed open and sold me a new phone to replace my broken phone. He took over 1 hour of his own time to make sure my phone was ready to use he is very knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend them.

Theyre always helpful and professional.

Celina and Jessica were extremely helpful and patient during my phone upgrade process. They gave me demonstrations and showed me accessories for my new phone while I waited for my phone to upload. There was also no wait and I was able to get in and out quickly which was great since it was close to christmas and was able to avoid the Christmas rush.

Like others, I found Matthew to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We want to see him when we need a new phone.

First off Mathew is a great guy from now on when ever I need a new phone for myself or my wife I will go threw him. He is the reason why me and my family will continue to do business with the store. He was very willing to help and assist me in my needs it was a long three days of swapping phones for the right one. I had sent my wife in to do my exchange for the second time due to me not being very fond of the google pixel but the man by the name of Ryan did not even attempt to help my wife when she went in even though I called into the company and asked if it would be ok to swap the phone for the one I wanted he did not try to listen to my wife nothing pretty much just said no and gave some lame excuses why he couldn’t swap the phone for her for me so I called Verizon again and I told them the situation they said to get my money back because I only had the phone for not even twenty four hours and did not like it and just go to another store that they would do it for me because of the fourteen day return policy. I had to go down to the store myself but the Ryan guy was no longer Mathew was I told him what had happened and just wanted the money because Ryan told my wife no but Mathew like the good guy that he is told me that he will see what he could do and fixed everything for me this guy is manager material he knows how to listen to the customer and get stuff done with no bs he is awesome the guy Jesus was also very friendly and cool pretty much Matthew is the reason I will go back again and tell my family members to do business with him and that he will take care of them. Very good customer service, Matthew was a big help. Had issues with keeping my number from AT&T but he managed to get to the root of the problem, even dealt with AT&T on my behalf. Thanks Matthew!

🤗😄First time being a Verizon customer and Im so HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!🤩😘😍😁😄 Thank You Thank You I was lost and out of touch with everyone and it felt like everything I moved and had no service with my old phone company not gonna mention because they were a great service but just didnt have the network coverage all the way out where I am now so that was a very big deal coming to a new town new home and not being able to talk to anyone, play a game, or even find out the news couldnt even call to set up internet service or WiFi Ifelt lost then I asked all my new neighbors what service works out here they all said Verizon and they are RIGHT THANK YOU very much Verizon for having extremely great Coverage in so many places no other phone service does!! 🤗😄

Walking away without purchasing an iPhone 11 pro max because I was told even after you purchase the phone you have to purchase their screen protector package for $79.99 to walk out with it. I told them that didn’t make sense and was told it was because of their limited quantity. If you ask me that is a money grab scam to get ready buyers to spend more money.

I thought the sales people were very professional in setting up my families phones. They cared about our information and did not pressure us to buy anything we didnt need. I would recommend this store over most Verizons.

Sold me the worst phone I have ever bought. Told me to call corporate when I asked for help. Corproate replaced it and when it still didnt work said it was my fault and they were done trying. Done with Verizon as a whole but in particular this store for selling me on an LG.Edit: Got a call from a store manager saying they could do something maybe and they would call me back. Never got a call back. Basically sums up the whole Verizon experience. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go to ATT. If you really have to go to Verizon for some reason dont go to a reseller, go to an actual store because thats who youll be told to call if you ever need literally anything anyway.
