The customer service is good but the phone is always running s-l-o-w even though I paid big bucks for a good phone it doesnt work that great. Ive been in twice to get it resolved and was told there having problems with the 5g thing. I never had these problems with sprint.No way would I recommend this net work to my friends but probably will ask them who they go with and can they get online with there phones.
Not sure if this was a processing error on either side, but my bank card when swiped didnt go thru. Salesperson questioned whether I had another address associated with my card. That dumbfounded me, since it is my main bank account and my address has been the same for 20 years. I then wondered whether the breach into T-Mobile accounts may have compromised my data. I insisted they run it through again and then it cleared. So that was resolved, but it left me feeling a little perplexed and now anxious. This was the first time I experienced an issue with T-Mobile in all my years as a loyal customer. Thus, I couldnt rate it a full 5 stars on this visit. 😑
Whats up with T-Mobile wanting to charge $30 to be able to buy a phone in store. I have been a customer for 10+ years but this makes me want to find another provider. Im already a paying customer and you want me to pay extra for people to do their actual jobs. What a joke!
I was amazed how fast and friendly they were.I went to verizon and they took forver.I had to wait 40 min so i went next door to t mobile and i was in and out.I got the phones i wanted with friendly service.She is really good at her job.I was in and out so fast that the 40 min i had to wait at Verizon i still had about 10 min that i wouldve had to wait at Verizon.T mobile is the bomb and i recommend them to anybody that wants good phones and speedy friendly service.
Jake is the man! Was able to help us transfer account ownership and save us some money on our bills with outdated obsolete services (visual voicemail). Would definitely recommend his services!

Since I was shopping around for a new cell provider, I decided to stop into the T-Mobile store to see what they had to offer. I was greeted by Brandon and he worked with me on some issues that I had experienced with other providers. He was extremely helpful. Another manager also introduced himself to ensure I was being taken care of. I appreciate this level of customer service.
Would have given a ZERO. Not sure if the recent controversy had anything to do with the service rendered for Asians, but as Asians my family did not feel the warm welcome! Sad to say we had to visit another T-Mobile store on Herndon to get our service completed. My husband actually considered paying off our phones and leaving the carrier completely. Please be courteous with your COVID policy. Don’t be sending text messages telling customers to “head back and check in” if it’s not their turn yet. Hated to say we got three text messages and returned to the store only to be turned away because YOUR device sent it out by ACCIDENT!
Great experience today at this store. In general dislike going in store to handle things which can be done online but in this case was well worth the trip. Karine was extremely helpful in purchasing some new equipment and finding answers to all my questions regarding all the various promos T-Mobile constantly has and is changing daily.

Clovis store normally decently staffed and somewhat prompt. Today not that at all. Told 5 min. Left after 40. Bo place to sit and hadnt planned in taking morning off from work. At least gave a break to comparison shop online.
Too long of a wait, I just left. Bit they have a great plan for military.

Wanted to get my phone service here but they discriminate against people with medical exemptions and not wearing the MASK. One employee attempted to help me right outside but the other employee went in the back door and came back saying sorry they cant help me at all. The employees were polite and friendly but their boss or corporate is dicrimating people with medical or religious exemptions and should be held accountable.

I went in with the family and got a family plan. It was 140 for 5 with 10GB data and unlimited text and call. I am happy with the plan and they staff member who was helping us, Carlos was a very polite and helpful guy. He also knew his stuff! I enjoyed my visit and even though there were some software difficulties (probably my fault), we resolved them if a good amount of time. Thanks T-Mobile! 😁👍🤟😎📱 Also the beats Bluetooth earbuds are cool! 😍
Service sucks! Told me to wait 30 minutes for a call outside. Once I got text messages TWICE telling me to head back to the store, I did. Rep had the nerve to tell me texts were sent by accident. Yea right!
Pointless store associate did not know anything about phones associate told me to look up online the phones details. The associate did not know what phones were in stock. Associate was unable to look up the details or print the details for the phones period so she was unable to look into other stores to see if they had them in stock. I waited 30 minutes for this kid to tell me that I should look it up and research it myself I could have just done that at home and bought it. And thats what I did I left bought it online from another reseller and had it shipped to my home cuz I was easier than going into the store.
After 5 days of trying to get an AT&T phone unlocked with a SIM PUK, Javon was the only one willing to really try and figure it out. A last he even found out that it was impossible to unlock. So a new phone was bought with great service and professionalism. Thanks T Mobile

My Dad went in to ask for help and the customer service was terrible. He said three people were standing around and one person finally asked what he wanted. He has a new phone through t-mobile and he just needed help knowing where the App Store was. The gentleman that was ‘helping’ him said “well, we don’t really help with apps”. All he needed was to be shown where the App Store was on his home screen. Obviously there are incompetent and the opposite of courteous. They made my Dad feel like he was interrupting their unrelated work conversations. I’m very unhappy. I feel they discriminated against him due to his age and therefore didn’t want to bother with helping him.

Who would have ever guessed having a great experience at a cell phone store? Ive always dreaded going into any phone store with friends and family and havent had a phone in years. Brought in a used phone to get a new service yesterday at this T-Mobile and was highly impressed by the incredibly easy-going service. Walked right in, had a good idea of what I wanted, a very nice young lady assisted me and everything went so smoothly. The manager was extremely cool offering all customers in the store water, help, etc. Chose a plan easily, paid, and I even brought my phone in with a completely dead battery and they showed absolutely no sign of impatience or bother. Everything was sincere and even the rest of the employees (and the customers) were insanely kind. Just an overall great environment and you might call it luck, but that was my best experience yet in any cell phone store! Thanks T-Mobile in Clovis! :D
Companies are making serious gambles when going outside of local ordinance and restrictions related to the virus. This company has chosen to do just that. Be prepared to be turned away at the door.

I was impressed with Carlos ability to flex with my friend, including self, with his impressive knowledge of all the great technology offered through T-Mobile. I have to admit I was standoffish being already a Verizon customer atm. Even though I was rudely but professionally short with him, he gave us the time to check out the tech and later filled us in with tidbits of useful and very interesting ideas regarding not just the different phones but also payment options. I would highly recommend anyone switching over to speak with Carlos with his friendly attitude and conventionally inviting personality mixed with his creative knowledge of different convenient payment options to get your phone the same day.
Shout out to Javon W for helping me out with my new phone. I updated to the One Plus 7T Pro McLaren Edition, and had trouble connecting to the network. Javon spent his time trying to figure it out and I appreciate how he was able to find the solution instead of telling me to just return the phone. Kudos to you Javon W!

This review is regarding Tmobiles insurance through Assurant. Something a potential customer should know is if something happens to your phone and you need to file a claim for a new one first is the customer service is terrible through Assurant, and second you are not guaranteed the device you originally had. They will send you a different color and say that your insurance doesnt cover color just the device. And if they dont have your phone model they will send you what they consider to be a comparable model. Tmobile has no control or say over it even though they are who you are paying for your phone. Because of this I will be switching carriers. Tmobile your chosen insurance carrier is a terrible representation of your company. You guys can do better!!!

Horrible experience exchanging a not working galaxy s7 that they gave me. I used the warranty to receive another phone that they said was new. I asked again if they were sure it was new and working in which they verified. I also had to pay the fee for the phone by the way. So, I go in the next day to smart switch and they send me home. I spend about two hours fixing everything up to find the phone doesnt have any signal. I go back in the next day for them to tell me its used and that I have to wait again for another, Maya the employee told me this, and that I have to pay again. So, by this time shes pretty annoyed and I can tell. I go in the next day and use Samsung pay which didnt work because their system isnt working, so I have to drive all they home. I come back to Nanita, their employee, at this point her customer service is going downhill because shes annoyed that Im annoyed at their incompetence. I also have to mention that their district manager is about six feet away letting this happen. I have to take over and Smart switch myself and factory reset my phone myself. I ask her if its done and she replies with a bad look, no eye contact with a sad Yeah. I dont say a word and leave. Horrible experience. I called customer service and they told me I shouldnt have had to pay a fee if the phone wasnt working at which Nanita said you had to but she didnt know why.
