Can not say enough good things about Juan and his team. They are easy to get a quick estimate and they give you accurate time when they can complete something. Pricing is fair and quality of work is good. I have used them for diag/brakes/ mufflers /oil changes and maintenance on my vehicles and recommend them.

They eplaced a rusty door, welded a patch on a rusty fender, and repaired an old body putty patch that was scratched. The replacement door works fine and the new paint looks great.

I took my car there cuz I do with their other location as far as my car repair Pro collision and I went to the other department for car repair for my Automotive and then give a discount if you pay cash and they offer free car rental if you live on the West Side thats the place to go.

You cannot beat the price for an oil change you cannot buy oil air filter for Less and they do the job also if you have any other problems they will take care of it

Picked up my car after leaving it there for a day and instantly felt and heard sounds related to the original problem as I was driving away. When I called back I was told, Oh its probably the other side with the same problem now that needs to be fixed. Really? They had my car up in the air to inspect the entire front end and gave me a quote prior to fixing. How would you not notice identical issues on the other side of the car when examining/fixing it? They simply didnt fix it right to begin with and blamed it on my car. They made a point to tell me how dangerous it was to be driving my car in the state it was when I brought it in, yet had no qualms about letting me drive away with another issue unfixed or just a poor repair job. Theres just no excuse for my car to instantly make the same sounds as when I originally brought it in and then be told it was just something else suddenly going wrong the minute I drove off. Right! Passing the buck and no accountability. I spent a large amount of money and ended up with my car in the same shape it was before bringing it in. The worst part is they were recommended to me. Super disappointing and would not recommend.

I brought my car here on a Friday and was promised to have it after lunch... I got it back Monday. The price was great for the work but the guys working on it went through everything in the car and literally took every piece of change they could find. I also paid for an oil change and surprise! They didn’t change the filter. Complete rip off artists. I won’t trust them ever again. A week later and the part they fixed shows signs of not being installed correctly so I’ll have to take it to a reputable shop I guess. You get what you pay for :/Edit: I just took it to another shop and apparently PCS cracked the strut plate when they took things apart. I have a non-ripoff garage fixing it for me.

Fair pricing, prompt, staff is courteous and listens to what needed to be serviced. I dont need anyone trying to sell me services I dont need . This is why I like this place.

Cheap price,but nothing but a bunch of butchers zip tied my brake lines to the old ones, zip tied the gas line to the old ones, cut all the heat sheilds off around the gas tank to install a new fuel pump. Guess you get what you pay for. If your looking for quality work dont go there

I couldn’t be more happy with PCS. I took my car to fix two dents and got a fair, honest price. It’s nice to know there are still shops that aren’t trying to rip you off. And PCS is definitely an honest place. My car looks brand new, they even cleaned up my interior for me which was a nice surprise. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready before 6pm on Tuesday. Thank you PCS for a great experience. I’ll definitely be using PCS for all my future needs!

Very satisfied. I have been satisfied with the work and the cost. I have had 3 different cars in for work. All were good experiences. I still take the cars to the dealer for oil changes but when it gets a little more complicated, I have used PCS for work that is the same quality in less time and less money. I actually heard about PCS from my salesman at the dealership if you can believe that.

The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I with her vehicle. I Highly recommend them to anyone searching for repairs or cosmetic repair. Theyre amazing.

I used to think this was a great place to have work done on my auto.. Way back when Dave was there, I felt it was an honest place. Even after Juan got there, Not anymore..... I take my car in for Brakes, get a call my rear window is cracked.. Funny not prior to leaving my car with them... The story changed 3 times as to what happened to my cars window.. I had to pay to have the window fixed while my car was in the shop in their care... RIP OFF to the max .. After this 270$ I still had to get my brakes done.. They have lost a long time repeat customer.. I will never take even a matchbox car to have it fixed by them...

Paul and crew are one of the most professional shops I have dealt with. Usually I deal with a chain store because it shouldbe better, that is and has not been the case. I went to them on a referral and they have exceeded all expectations. Great job guys! And I tell everyone I can to go see you!

Ive been coming here for about five years because my husband loves it. Whats not to like about a $20 oil change and tire rotation? As a female, I hate doing this. I did not like the former management- at all. There is now a new manager and a completely different atmosphere. Juan is the boom. The place is clean and the guys are very friendly. The earlier you get in the better. Youre in and out for $20. Ladies- if youre on a budget- I highly recommend.

I own mag motors a independent mercedes benz repair shop. PCS is by far the best body shop around. If you want factory quality body work at a fair price this is where you go. They do the best work.

Got there at 8 oclock was 3rd in line for oil change waited hour and a 1/2 but it was only $15 so you cant go wrong staff was friendly waiting area was clean!

If i could less stars i would they called me a scumbag and said they are not going to lose business just cause of me not coming. What kind of place calls there customers scumbags on top of that i got the detailing and payed way to much to get a better detailing but they ended up not cleaning the rear interior of the car, they got a dent on it, and they ruined my engine cover. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

In regards to the two people below calling it a Federal offense to not charge a sales tax, you should know that sales tax is state by state. Therefore not a Federal offense. Plus, they could just include the sales tax as part of the set price, you dont keep their books do not make ignorant empty claims.I have been going to these guys for a year and a half now with complete satisfaction. I had a new tire put on that had an issue with it, by them, and they fixed it no charge. So that is my two cents on their EXCELLENT customer service.I wish they were open on Saturdays but other than that I have no complaints.

Firestone tried to sell me $1,600.00 in repairs to my front end.A coworker told me to try where he takes his car,he said he was pleased with services and prices.I brought my car in and explained the problem.I was given a loaner car at no cost .I received a phone call that confirmed that the parts needed replaced but their price was $500.00 less.I guess the commercials on TV cost $500.00 per car to pay for.I told my son to take his car their for a check engine light because they do not charge $100.00 just to check it out (that is a free service) I was so pleased with all my services I wrote this and passed out their Business cards to my coworkers

I went in with what I thought was significant damage to the quarter panel that was causing the door to jam. They fixed it in 5 minutes with no charge. These guys are honest and great at what they do.

I always go to PCS when I need anything for my car. They are always fair and honest and give the best price possible. Unlike most automotive places PCS will not try to cheat you or over charge for their services.

Do not ever take your car to this place because they are crooks. I had my car towed into this place To find out what was wrong with it. They Do not tell you at the very beginning that if you do not immediately pick up your car Then you B charge $40 per day as a storage free. They are money hungry and refused to allow me to get my personal items out of the vehicles and all my kids medical documents and important information is inside the vehicle and they refuse to let me get it out unless I pay,there storage fees. Do not take your car to this place

Very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give them 0 star. I was at the shop on Nov 6, 2017 for estimate. Paul gave me an oral estimate but when I went back there today, Nov. 10, 2017 for a written estimate and possibly drop my car off, he denied every conversation we had. I needed the estimate to compare with other auto shop estimates and my insurance estimate. But he insulted me, and sent me out of the workshop.

Typical rip-off artist garage. They are unable to troubleshoot and will put random parts on your car and tell you its fixed even when its not. None of the employees speak english. They used to be cheap labor buy the prices are on par with anywhere else now. Avoid.

I have to say I am very happy with pcs, I went in fearing my clutch needed to be replaced, everywhere told me at least 1,000+. Pcs told me between 700-800. But they also told me after having it for a day that they didnt think it was the clutch It was the pedal. Which it was. They fixed it and any other place would have first replaced the clutch the big ticket item and tried to get the most out of me they could. Deffinetly happy with their honesty!

Had some work done on my car here. The work was not completed correctly, and they would not give me my car unless I paid for it. The owner was rude and very unprofessional. His employees had to literally hold him back from coming at me. Not for sure if you want to deal with that kind of behavior if you complain about the work not being done correctly. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

I really love this place! GREAT prices/labor. FREE loaner vehicles. They did made one mistake once, but it did not damage the vehicle yet. Also I thought I had second mistake - but no mistake of that second job. Whew. Very high professionalism - LOT LOT better and friendlier than The Repair Company on W. 105 and madison ave! No matter where I live or will move to, Im GOING to that place no matter what!After the old intaker left, didnt like the new intaker. Last time I had a car serviced in like few years ago with david as the old intaker. He was understanding but when I saw the new intaker, he didn’t communicate well and one time in 2017, he refused my 1999 crown victoria just because of the wires was motifed so I took it to another shop and they fixed it so with that taker, no more dealing with the shop. I loved their car loaner programs but .. im done with them until that taker is replaced and the newer ones be more professionalLast time was somewhere in 2017

Horrible! Scam artists. Have been there twice this week. Each time I was very disappointed. If you go there to fix one problem you will surely leave with at least one if not several more issues than the one that brought you there originally. Dirty work!

Well let me start by saying PCS is shady little business. I had to get a new engine intake and a tune up in which i payed $500 for. Next day i start my engine and the starter is shot....ok so i take it back to pcs another $200 for a new starter. Heres the best part. I go to start my car in the pcs parking lot after i paid and the damn thing didnt even start. I had to wait another day. This process took a week to complete. I reccommend you do not go to pcs. Theyre a trap in disguise. thanks.
