Jake Cansler was an amazing service rep. I give him a 10 in every area. He was professional, courteous and kept me informed every step. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. They have a comfortable waiting area with laptop and phone power hookups so I could do my work while I waited. They also have coffee, water and snacks available. I will definitely use this place again to service my Ram truck.

I have had several oil changes and tire rotations with crown dodge since I bought my challenger and I have never had a bad experience. Always professional and ready to help anyway they can. Don Goben is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help so you get the best service and products needed for your vehicle. He’s very informative about the products and services as well.

My Jeep was done before they said it would be. The end price was cheaper than they had quoted me. They have always been friendly and explain whats going on if I have an issue. Theyre one of the best places in town for any jeep or dodge brand vehicle in my opinion.

Don Goben was super knowledgeable and helpful! I had a list of recalls to do and he explained to me what each was. They fixed up my truck in while I worked from my laptop in the waiting area. It was very convenient.

We were heading back from vacation when my Ram started having issues. We stopped in at Crown and told them our situation. Knowing we were far from home, they immediately pulled my truck in and started diagnostics to figure out the issues. They discovered improper maintenance that had been done by another dodge dealership. The wheels almost came off my truck and the axle almost destroyed whilst driving on the interstate. Could have been seriously injured. The technicians and service manager explained everything and even talked with the other dealership to let them know what they did wrong. When the other dealership tried to make excuses and find any reason to get out of admitting fault, the staff at Crown spoke with them until they had to take responsibility, fix the damages, and provide us with another vehicle until the repairs are complete. The guys at Crown helped us tremendously and went above and beyond. They arranged transport for my broken truck and took us to get a replacement vehicle. Crown had no obligation to us, but they took care of us and handled the dealership who messed up my truck. Thank you Crown, and especially Don Goben (manager) for everything you did!!

I have an extremely busy work week and happened to have a free morning on a Monday. I needed an oil change and a change out on a hose recall. The gentleman that sold me the vehicles name is Mike. I texted him and asked could they fit me in.A few min later he messaged me to tell me Jake Cansler was waiting for me to bring my vehicle now. I spoke to Jake when I got there. They pulled my vehicle straight in and started working on it.These folks are wonderful! Hands down the best service and help I have had from any dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

They got us in quickly and got us out timely, Don was great and explained everything perfectly and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs we received.

I carried my truck in for general maintenance. I could see the work being performed from the waiting area. The technician put the truck on the lift and inspected it thoroughly. He topped off the fluids and changed the brake fluid. He rotated the tires and inspected the brakes. He checked the battery and battery connections. There is a lot more he did but I did not watch the entire time.This dealer has serviced the vehicle since new. The inspection was complete in about an hour and a half. The vehicle has been trou le free for the past seven years. It pays to keep the vehicle all ram. I trust crown and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an optimal customer service experience in a clean, safe and welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to Jake in Service, Brian in parts and the techs that correctly performed the maintenance on my vehicle (that I was able to watch from the beautiful customer lounge area). I was offered a free ride home and pick-up when my vehicle was done but the lounge was so spacious and well kept with complimentary beverages and free wi-fi I decided to stay. During my wait, Jake checked in with me to let me know the progress on my vehicle and specifically asked my permission before the repair was completed. All in all I could not imagine a more ideal experience. Thank you

I have had several experiences with this dealership in the past, both in Cleveland and Chattanooga, and all of them have been very bad. However, I must say that this trip was very different. I went to their all new dealership (very nice) in Cleveland and dealt with a young man in the service department(Thomas Trentham) who acted like he actually cared if I was happy or not, a first for Crown. He took care of my issue very quickly, and then worked with me to install an accessory on my truck that it did not have. He then sat in the truck with me to show me how to use it, and make sure I understood. An outstanding young man, the kind you enjoy doing business with. I hope this is a trend for Crown.

When I arrived service manager told me that they were closing the sop at 3PM because of a storm that was forecasted. He got my vehicle in the shop and completed changing oil and filter and rotating tires before they closed. That was much appreciated.

Thomas Trenham was our advisor. He has always went above and beyond every time weve been there. This time around, the repair was going take a little longer than planned. I had to pick my wife up and he provided me a loaner car to make sure she was picked up on time, at no charge. Thank you very much Thomas. And before it was my turn to check in, Thomas also took the time to install an elderly mans hub cap for him. Im sure he didnt have to do that but he went above and beyond to help that gentleman.

Was at Crown dealer in Chattanooga on Monday, April 20th to explore the possibility of purchasing a new Ram 1500. Kayla Neal, my assigned sales rep, was a very delightful, professional sales person. She knew the product and was able to show me all the great features of the truck I expressed an interest in. Unfortunately the truck in question was out of my price range. Was hoping for a better trade in value along with a greater discount. That being said, Crown of Clevelands new showroom is awesome. I wish the best for Kayla Neal in her pursuit of a successful career with the Crown family of Dodge, Ram Chrysler products. She is an asset to your dealership.

Everything was performed as expected. The service details were explained and no pressure was applied for further services. The dealership was clean and inviting. All in all, one could not ask for a better service experience.

If you need someone to help you with great character ask for Steven Lily..I can not begin to tell you how much He worked with my family & I into helping one of us ride off in a Jeep Cherokee(holding their shoulders higher as they did)...He is honest,and full of intergerty...Treats people with respect!!!
