The service was exquisite!!! Impeccable even!!!! They look for the most effective and least expensive way to fix a problem and then explain it to you before they do anything to your vehicle!!! Two thumbs way the f up!

Ive used them since they opened up. Just had my car towed there because it was acting up and thinking it was the catalytic converter. One of the workers there decided to test the catalytic converter for back pressure before he just replaced it and it came back okay. Did not charge me anything for doing this. They normally do charge but he was nice because I bared the expense of having the car towed there. Anyway, saved me the unneeded expense of a replacement catalytic converter. Very happy to have them in the community.

These guys are fast, courteous & professional. They did great work at an excellent price. I am highly satisfied. I highly recommend you check them out. You can only go wrong if you go somewhere else.

They are that good booked in advance I had no idea but I was lucky enough to be seen the same day, the earlier the better good guys just taken care of their customers is what they do!!!

Took my vehicle to get fixed yesterday (I made an appointment in advance). They were very friendly, informative and the price was great. The only problem is, as soon as I got back on the highway after repairs were completed, my muffler was still loud. I called them this morning to advise my exhaust is still loud. They gladly got me in for next week, so hopefully they will be able to figure it out!

Maybe they do good work buttt I will never know...Went to drop off my car for service after hoursPulled in to a chained off parking lot which is understandable. Seven black cats met me sitting in a half circle all staring at me. Couldnt find a secure drop box for keys only a plastic tub on the side of the building and no paperwork or envelope. I got screamed at by a passing car.The universe told me hell no and I listened

My muffler sounded lousy and my mechanic does not do exhaust work, so I gave Mufflers for Less a try. I am not sure if I caught them at just the right time or what, but I was in and out in less than an hour. Very professional, took my car in and in less than 15 minutes they took me out to show me the damage. They quoted me a fair price, got to work, and in less than half an hour I was back on the road. Its not just a catchy name. They really fix Mufflers for Less than anywhere else! Its not even close. Ive had other places quote me as much as 10x more than what this place charges! They always do great work and have pretty good warranties.

Took my car to another well known shop and they quoted me over $1000 and said my complete exhaust system was shot and needed to be replaced. Discouraged I called Mufflers 4 Less to see what they could do.... they said my exhaust was perfectly fine, I just had a break and a hole and welded in new section for about $150!!I hate how mechanics try to rip you off!! Especially when youre a woman!!!Aldi and the entire team at mufflers 4 less were professional and kind. Took me under the car and showed me everything and took time to explain in a way I could understand. I felt like they were my brothers helping me, not some fast talking con-artists! They were fast too, completed the repairs while I waited!! Top notch service!You can trust these guys!!! And judging by the packed waiting room, they have a rock solid reputation as well!! Very nice and very professional, they pull you back into the shop to talk about your car before they start working on it. Prices are fair and wait time isn’t that bad. They are very professionals and do the things on time. I have been told at other repair shop that it would take $900 to fix the exhaust pipe and mufflers for less did it just under $100. I would definitely recommend going there.

About two years ago I was looking for a shop to remove a resonator from my 16 Audi S6. Someone recommended this shop, so I gave it a shot. I met with a gentleman named Aldi who did most of the work on VW/Audi products. He brought me into the shop to walk under the car and chat about the custom fabrication work that I wanted done. After agreeing on a setup, Aldi hand built an x-pipe to fit perfectly where the resonator once sat. Im writing this review because someone once again pulled up to me on the street and complimented me on how sweet the exhaust sounds. Thats happened probably every week since the work was done.Phenomenal job at a phenomenal price. Tuners and car enthusiasts, give these guys a call! Dont be swayed by the name, these guys are pros.

My go to spot after the harsh Cleveland winter reeks havoc on my vehicle. Ive had extensive work done like mufflers and exhaust systems replaced as well as smaller jobs like shields removed. They were just a let down and a waste of time I didnt get any work done, but the job they said they could do over the phone proved to be a little too complex. When I arrived they put my car on a lift quickly, but then informed me that they didnt stock the part they told me they had, and that they couldnt do the work I needed with the vehicle intact and it needed to be removed and brought to them. All I needed was some bracing stitch welded to a down pipe, and a flex pipe installed. Wasted my time and my girlfriends, who came to pick me up, due to a lack of effort in my opinion. Theyre probably good for mufflers though. Oh well.

I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon because of exhaust noise. They were very quick in getting it up and figuring out the problem. They called me at 11 the next day saying that everything was done and good. I picked up my car about half hour before they closed. When I got to my car the door was unlocked (unprofessional) and the cupholder was out (I specifically put it in, why would they need to use it at all?).When I went to leave, my car wouldnt start. The battery was dead. I went back in and the man who checked me out had a younger guy bring out the battery charger. When we got to my car the guy said that they had to jump the battery that morning. Why didnt you tell me this when you called me after my car was done? Why didnt you test the battery? I understand the battery is not new but I have not had a problem with it. So Im assuming someone didnt shut my door all the way, or because they didnt lock it someone went through it and left the door cracked. You guys missed an opportunity for a quick sale and lost any future business from me. (for the record, my car is not new. Ive had it five years and I regularly get work done to it.)Also, the guy who jumped my car walked off with my hood still up, SUPER PROFESSIONAL.

Best place for any muffler/exhaust system repair you need. I have a 2004 corolla that needed the catalytic converter (fumes coming into car, not good) and they were the cheapest quote I got. Being 22, I have to spend as little money as possible, but boy am I glad I came here! They patched up another small leak I had no charge! Now my exhaust is quiet and no fumes! Professional repair shop, indeed. Thanks, mufflers for less! They also patched my fathers 1999 Toyota Avalon exhaust at the best price! His mechanic even said he couldn’t beat their prices!

I literally went in here just to ask a question that probably could’ve been answered in 30 seconds and the guy was rude to me and told me I needed to make an appointment.

Came here to get a muffler repair job done and I was very pleased with the quality of their work, the speed at which they worked (minor delay because they had to wait for the muffler to be delivered from their supply location), their explanation of the failure and my options to fix it, and general affability of character. Would highly recommend this shop. Full marks all across the board.

Staff was nice, friendly but very pushy. I understand they wanted me to get me in and out as quick as possible but I like quality over quantity. I went in to get a tailpipe for my car because I cut the muffler off and the pipe was in middle, I just wanted it to stick out. So they welded a pipe but it turns out they used a smaller diameter pipe then the original. They used a 2inch diameter instead of a 2.25inch like it was supposed to. So now my car sounds terrible. Then I called back the next day to schedule an appointment and I asked if they could weld me a 3inch tailpipe for my car instead of the small 2inch. The phone operator gave me an attitude saying “well why do you need a 3inch on that?” Because it’s my car Tim not yours I can do what I want with it. So just a heads up for people coming to get custom work done, don’t come to this place. If you want to get your muffler replaced they can do that just fine and you’ll be in and out. But don’t expect a custom job.

Amazing service. wanted a a cherry bomb installed, the part i ordered was too small, they were able to get me a different one that fit perfectly and was exactly what i wanted. did the work in under an hour, and fit me in a day after i called. good place!

I had an aftermark exhaust I needed installed on my i4 2007 Honda Accord. They were able to make the necessary adapter (1.75 Honda to 2.50 Magnaflow) and get it installed in about 90 mins. They are great in telling you how they will do it and also what they are doing, and are very clear in pricing. Top notch guys and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work.

Amazing customer service experience. This place came recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I took their advice. A local repair shop wanted to charge me $1000 for “exhaust repairs” on an under carriage rattle. Mufflers4Less determined the issue was a loose heat shield and fixed it in 5 minutes for free. They have made a very grateful new customer today and I will be recommending them to anyone I know.

Highly recommend by my brother who is a mechanic. My muffler needed extensive work and welding that his shop could not accommodate. The owners were extremely friendly and hilarious! The guys here were amazing today! Those wavy brick roads in Lakewood/ Cleveland area did a number on my car yesterday and about 24 hours later, Im back on the road. They were able to work with my exhaust pipe and weld it instead of ordering a replacement, added new mounts and did quick work for less than a hundred bucks. They also were able to fit me in last minute. What I appreciated the most was that once my car was up on the lift they walked me under it to explain the different options I had to repair it so I could select the best job for my needs. EXCELLENT service, so to friends and family in the area Id like to recommend that you call these guys first.

This place is often cheaper than anyone else for an exhaust system, especially for foreign cars. Probably because they bend their own pipes. I found them to be very honest and reasonable.

This is the second vehicle theyve done for me. They did dual exhaust on my 2001 Ford Excursion. Every place I took it to said it could not be done because of clearance in the rear axle and gas tank. These guys did a phenomenal job. Five different muffler places including Rainbow, Affordable, and All Star all said it could not be done. I highly recommend their work.

I have an 86 Vette that needed exhaust for headers to the tail. Custom set up. ALDI is the PICASSO of muffler installation. It was a work of art. True dual exhaust with cats, Xpipe and s10 mufflers. Sounds like a synphony.

They had two guys under my car for half an hour evaluating and correcting some kinks Id put in the pipe.I was ready to pay like $eighty/ ninety.They charged $40 and tax.Ill be back.
