If you want you vehicle ransacked go right on ahead! Left my car unlocked had for a day and a half never said anything! Items missing even change missing! Then they followed me to the gas station after I went off about the state of my car and called me names! I have never experienced anything like this! I paid full price for my service even though I was disappointed in this! Very unprofessional and clearly poor management! Would not recommend and now I don’t trust the work done on my car is safe! Will be reporting to the police

Only took half a day (dropped off late, picked up early in the morning) to install four lowering springs on my 2015 Ford Mustang, only shop around that would do it at a very fair price. Recommend for anybody needing custom work done at a great price, thank you!

Two weeks after they worked on my car I was driving on the freeway and my tire flew off while my children were with me, it was the scariest thing that has ever happened. I called them the same day, he asked me to take pics, I sent the pics in, he called me back and stated there’s nothing he can do, he doubts if his insurance will do anything bc at the bottom of the receipt it says to come back within 24hrs, nobody ever explained that TO MY FACE, he simply took my $1300 and gave me a receipt. That was MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING THERE. If my husband were around I guarantee it would’ve went a different way. But they will get theirs. Now I’m a mother of 3 out of a car and it cost another $300 for repairs.DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Terrible will never go there again I took my car there and they broke the key fob now I cant start the car they try to blame it on me

Great experience call one day and Ned got me in the next he called back with a reasonable quote. His team did the work within a few days which was awesome because I expected it to be longer. 2 weeks later he texted to see how the vehicle was which was a plus for me. I know not one repair place that has taken the time to check on their work besides sending a annoying survey. This place gets 5 stars from me! We actually just sent another one of our vehicles over.....When you find a good thing you keep it.....Friendly, prompt, professional service is what I received. You wont be disappointed

This place have bad customer services, I had to give them a one star, and the mechanic put a power steering hose on, and I told the mechanic is it anything else wrong with my car, he said no and I drove the car home, and the car was leaking power steering fluid, and they didnt hear my exhaust making noise, and yall suppose to be professional mechanics, they dont know what they are doing, and I had to pay for a tow, and a lyfe to get out there, and when I get out there, I wanted them to show what they did to my car, and they refused to show me, and cussed me out, and one finally helped me but, didnt show me anything else, and they was late and they supposed to open up at 9:00 am, and I sat there with my lyfe driver about a 1hr and 5mins, and I will not recommend anybody going to this backyard mechanic shop.

Best prices, super friendly and great service. I broke down at 11:30pm, and had the tow truck driver drop my truck off at Jerome’s shop. Called in the morning and my truck was getting worked on that day. Come to find out Jerome drove through two counties to get the right drive shaft for the cheapest price to help me out. As a first time car owner, I knew I needed to find a good car mechanic. My friend referred me to Revoution Auto Care, and I am pleased with their service. When they inspected my car, they did not try to gimmick me into fixing things that did not need fixed, but told me what needed to be fixed with a reasonable price. A week after they did the work to my car, they even followed up with me to see how the work they did was going and if all seemed well! I am pleased with there work and costumer service.

Good Vibes and Great Customer ServiceI recently took my car in to get looked at. I wasnt looking to be charged just to have it looked at and they gave me that benefit from the jump. After inspecting my car they gave me a call, like they said they would, and let me know what was wrong. I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they took the extra effort to call the dealership to make sure my automobile was still covered under warranty.Moral of the story: Revolution Auto Care was willing to check my car for free and send a paying customer off to the dealership. Ive been going to Revolution since I got my first car in October of last year. The car was used and needed a lot of work. The guys here will take care of you! I had just about everything replaced on this car. Theyve done/fixed everything from an oil change to ignition coils to brakes. It also helps that they are affordable and work with you. Ned has a customer for life!

REPLY TO DANNY STETTIN.Danny Stettin has never been a customer of ours.Mr. Stettin came here with a vehicle he was trying to do side work on and asked us to help rig a car up in the parking lot.We refused and said we do not do hack repairs. We prefer to repair vehicles the right way.The vehicle he was working on had no heat. He asked us how to wire in multiple ceramic/space heaters so he did not have to address the actual problem with the vehicle.Mr. Stettin serioulsy wanted us to bypass the vehicles heater core with PVC pipe from home depot to avoid having the do the actual work required to properly fix the vehicle.We do not practice these shade tree practices that Mr. Stettin wanted us to do.MR. STETTIN Sorry we did not give you free work on car you were working on. It is sad you have to come on here and try to rub our name in the mud when we actually tried to show you how to do the proper repair. Best of luck to you.
