I did not have my car serviced but they had coffee and a nice waiting room with phone charging stations and video games for you to play

I just had my vehicle checked due to a recall. The staff are always very nice & keep you informed.

Chase Perry was my sales rep. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and had me get in my Chevy Sonic the same day! If I ever need another car Im definitely going to Kia of Cleveland and asking for him. I absolutely love my car! Thank you Chase and Kia of Cleveland!

Everyone was very nice and friendly, the wait was 45 minutes to an hour but it was worth it 👍
