If I could leave NO STAR I would. They are terrible. My car had to leave this place to go to another place. That doesn’t even sound right. Poor service! Very poor!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have to go get a whole new car bc they blew my HYBRID BATTERY which is $7000 and they are not trying to pay for it.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I HAD MY BRAKES DONE HERE IN DECEMBER HERE IT IS JUNE AND MY BRAKE LIGHT COMES ON AND MY BRAKES ARE SQUEALING.. I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF AT 10 AM CALLING AT 4 PM THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW MY CAR WAS THERE THE MANAGER STACY WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK MY KEYS AND ASKED COULD I DROP IT OFF AND THEN FORGOT MY CAR WAS THERE! HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO GET MY CAR! THERE WERE MORE ANGRY CUSTOMERS THERE ALONG WITH THE POLICE BECAUSE THEY WERE TREATED POORLY! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had a tie plugged here. They were nice, helpful, and professional from the jump.

My husband took his car and my car here they charged me over 400$ for a oil change and tune up I recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to have it inspected to make sure it was a reliable car. Well unknown to me the inspection was never done a day later the check engine light was on and the code was saying the exhaust o2 sensor something was bad if they lifted the car it’s not hard to see or hear that there’s an exhaust problem nothing mention lady up front told me oh yea it’s a safe reliable vehicle and now I can’t even get the car to pass an emissions test won’t be back here they took my money and didn’t provide the service I requested and left me in a bind with a non register car go somewhere else not worth the headache I also called to have my car dropped off and spoke with a lady that confirmed drop off time and date when arriving I was told the guys left for the day and to bring it back another time after I had paid them their money upfront to tune up and inspect my car as well as an oil change I feel I was cheated out of my money and didn’t get any help as to what I really came there for. Oh and side note the workers left all their trash in my car after words with corona going on that was a safety fail for me

Complete rip off! They charged us for a repair that was not needed! They over charged us for parts, we spent 1,000 bucks. The problem was not fixed, we took to another shop and they told us it was the battery...200 bucks to repair. Definitely will be reporting to BBB a to the news. This needs to stop! Please go elsewhere!

This is the worst shop to take your car. These people are the most dishonest, cheating, lying, unresponsible and daring people who can be found in this type of business. They had my vehicle to check some lights on the dash and to align the 4 wheels and in 6 days they did not do any repairs and in addition to this they charged me $ 201.77. I had to spend $ 50 on the Uber service to pick up my vehicle and return home because they did not have my vehicle in the workshop. They were using my vehicle for who knows what. Almost 3/4 of the gas tank was used, They stole 10 cans of energy drink that I had in the trunk of my car, they searched all the compartments of my car. They indulged in smoking in the car, leaving it with a terrible smell. The outside of my car was all muddy as if they had driven through mud. I had a discussion with their so-called managers in order to get them to give me back the money they wanted to steal from me. Help me share this post so that other people like me who sacrifice to earn our livelihood are not stolen by these lying thieves. Lets not let them continue to abuse the people who place their trust in these cheaters, thieves and liars. I am very displeased with the service here. Mainly due to lack of communication. My husband had front brakes and rotors done Monday evening. We were scheduled to leave Ohio for home in Indiana Tuesday morning. On our way home our 2018 Kia Optima began to violently shake. We returned and they said the issue was a wheel alignment as well as 4 new tires (we did need new tires :). The manager said it would only take a moment for the repairs but we waited an hour and a half for tires to arrive. This major issue was they kept telling us it would only be a moment even though they had not received the parts yet. I felt they were dishonest in their communication and wasted a ton of time.

My previous rating was in error. Very high praise for the care that is given to my vehicles over the past years. Always gives an honest answer and excellent service. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else ! Kelly is amazing ! They are like family and treat you as such. Great place to go.

I made an appointment for 10/3 @ 9am. I arrived at 9:01am and the representative advised me I could not be serviced that day due to lack of mechanics and workers and a lot of cars to work on. My issue really is they made me make an appointment due to COVID and took my number however, felled to call and cancel the appointment nor did the representative even apologize for any inconvenience. He just kept saying he couldn’t do it today. Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else after my tire went completely flat. Poor customer service is not acceptable.

They do a good job with servicing my car. They do a good job explaining what is wrong on the car. I always refer people to their company. My cousin has got her car service there and she likes the way the employees handle their business. The employees get you in and out. They are about their business. I will always come here to get my car fixed because the prices are reasonable too

Place is a rip off, Ron is a total rip off. Came out to give me estimate on brakes. Which was crazy, then told me he could do them on Sunday at his house way cheaper. What kind of place is this. Plus there was also someone in there yelling at him for messing up their car after it was fixed. Plus Ron smell like weed when talking to him. Told me owner of place is a joke. To talk like that about your boss like that is crazy.

I will be suing this company as soon as possible. My hub was not bended. I brought my car back in because I heard a little whining from the wheel barrier ypur installed. However after leaving your shop my car sound very loud, the same way it sound before you put the wheel barrier on the first time. I am very angry and will contact a small claim lawyer. Took my car there for about the 5th or 6 time for different things bad experiences on 2 occasions.This time took my car there before 8 am for a oil change and radiator flush and to seal the tires that leaks from the tires they put on and they want to charge me to seal the rims like they did the back 2 tires that I have no problem with It is now 2:30 in the afternoon 6 1/2 hours later and they havent even started on my car and the only response I got was you can take it somewhere else If I would have known I would have taken it somewhere else.Then I was standing there and a elderly couple was getting some work done to their truck and this guy quoted them a price I think for a tirerod of 129.00 and 2mins later he told them 139.00 I was gonna say something but the man told them that he didnt want them to do it .Last time I will be going there.Manager or who ever he is needs training

My husband made an appointment for 9:00 am because he had to be to work at 12:00pm. He was in for wheel bearings and a wheel alignment. First of all they didnt start on the car until 11:00 am. Second he asked to see if he could get a cheaper deal and the mechanic agreed. Only when he came to pick the car up the alignment wasnt on the receipt. So apparently the mechanics are doing under handed deals. Yea we should have got it in in writing but we learned our lesson. Especially because he didnt do the wheel alignment he just took our money and apparently pocketed the money. Then the next day our car wouldnt start and it turns out that our battery was tampered with and all of sudden our starter needed to be replaced. Unfortunately this was the recommendation from DriveTime as a trusted place to take our car. What should have simply costed us $100 possibly $172, ended up costing us almost $400 in one week because of these people. And now we still have to pay for a wheel alignment. So whatever you do, just save yourself the time and aggravation and stay away from this place.

Don’t come to this shop!!!! They took over a week to do brake calipers and still didn’t do the job right! Also i had no lights on now I have brake lights, park break lights and air in the line my line!!!! This place is trash!!!!!
