I have been going to Mr.C & Me for over 10 yrs. I believe that this is the best auto repair shop in Cleveland. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable. most of the repairs that Ive ever had done there are done in a few hours and no less than a day. He is extremely honest and prices are very reasonable. Prices were on par with affordable muffler. They could work on communication and expectations of when your getting your car back though.

Not professional at all, went for a catalytic converter change.I was there looking like I had no idea why I needed to be done, just showing my inspection not passing.They told me they had to order the parts (2 catalytic converters) so it was going to take a couple days, I was required to leave a deposit and they were calling me back to bring the car in.Never called, I ended calling 5 days later and they told me to bring the car in.After a whole day and $650 they “made” the repairs so I took my car straight to the inspection, didn’t passed but they gave me a waiver and even called them to make sure they “did” the repair so I’ve got my plates with barely no problem.A couple days later, engine light came on, I took it to AutoZone just to make sure it was what I suspected... and not a surprise it was the same code that I first took it to this place for...I made it to this place again to try to get a warranty or something... and they looked at the car and said:“ You never told us about a third catalytic converter, so the ones we replaced just got broken and screw the other one, we can clean it for 180 dollars until you save the 650 and you can bring it again”That sounds like scam for me...BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE

Never judge a book by its cover. Mr. C is a very smart and knowledgeable kind man with help from his son overseeing the business while his wife keeps the books totally correct. With his wife overseeing the office and a handful of smart mechanics I have not seen anything they can not fix. Mr. C and his group has kept my work truck my other two vehicles my wife car my daughters car and several friends that I know vehicles running way longer than expected. His work is great and very inexpensive, this is not one of those mechanics shops thats trying to get rich overnight. He may not be able to guarantee your vehicle but he will guarantee his work. And Ive also noticed that most of his parts are near 10 to 20% cheaper than other mechanic shops. At this day and age who can afford a new car every 4 to 5 years, I truly recommend Mr C to keep your vehicle running right.

Mr. Cs is a very reliable business that puts all their customers first. The work done there is unquestionable. I go here for all my mufflers, brakes, belts, and any other work I may need on my cars. Top of the line work and service.

Very reasonable prices, willing to work with you and sensitive to your budget. I appreciated them showing me the underside of my car, what exactly was wrong, several options for what could be done about it and the prices, and then showing me the car after the work was done. The customer service was good, the service wasnt bad what I didnt appreciate is: My vehicle was parked across the street under a tree where bird poop and leaves was on the vehicle. Then I had the same problem when as when I bought the car in so I decided not to even call them back period

I was very happy with the service but very upset with the switch price. Yes they will fix your car but make sure you go in there with cash and not a credit card or a Visa or debit card because they will switch the price on you due to what they say taxes.The price they give you the first time make sure you have the cash. A little overpriced and took forever

I will not take my car anywhere else ever again. Only Mr. C and Me!! I cannot get over how nice and knowlegdeable everyone there is. I kind of want to go there to just hang out on my days off because I had such a great experience (I may have no life haha).But seriously, I thought that I needed to get a new car because the repairs were going to be too costly (according to a different shop I went to). Gary came from the back asking if I wanted to see what the damage is under the car before he even touched anything. He showed me exactly what he was going to do before he did it and then showed me how it looked after he was done. Never had a mechanic do that for me before. It is crazy how it was a SIMPLE repair here and the other shop was telling me it was more involved than that!!THANK YOU MR. C. :)

They always been fair and responsible friendly fast pace work but right been coming here since I had my first car they like family come threw

I give this creep no stars. Mr. C is not trustworthy and he is very money hungry. I took my husbands honda to him and collected money from me and did not even do the job. I finally had to confront him about this and then he finally fixed the car. The next time I took my Acura TSX to him and ask him to put the starter, alternator on my car. After he put these on not even a second later my car was trying to shut off, battery light kept coming on and car had a hard time starting. Does this sound like he fixed anything? After a grueling couple of months of trying to get him to fix the problem he stated that it was an electrical issue with the car. After about a month or two later my car stopped. I missed work my children missed school. My husband called his father over and found out that in fact it was the very starter that this so called unfair man put in my car. Upon finding out my husband called him and told him why did he just pay for a starter job and now in less than a month his starter was not working. He stated get this everyone, he stated that it was the gasket and this was suppose to protect the starter and that I would have to pay for that. My question is you must have known this because you immediately told me what you did not put on the starter when you fixed it in the first place. This man purposely did not put all the parts on the starter and knew that it was never an electrical issue because he knew it was the starter in the first place. All to keep me coming because he knew I had a good job so he can keep milking me out of money. Not only that he will quote you a price and then make you pay more after he finishes the job stating that he had to pay more for something. He is not trustworthy like these made up reviews said this man is a cun artist and will take your money mess up or half fix something in your car only to keep you coming back to give him money. Beware of this man like the saying says you get what you pay for. Most of his mechanics are not even certified and watch youtube videos to do your car. Please go to a certified mechanic so you would not have the nightmare that me and my family did. Because of his selfish acts my children and I suffered.

Horrible place to get vehicle fix....they try to take a long time so they can over charge you...then they order parts without telling you...then charge you...and your vehicle still isnt fix right...

I have a 2003 expedition, and my car would not start ! I had my car towed to rainbow muffler and they told me it was my fuel pump and it will be about $500 to get it fixed. I then have the car towed to Mr. Cs auto repair and got my fuel pump fixed for $300 after getting the car fixed is still wouldnt start because rainbow muffler had missed diagnosed my car ! Finally the mechanic that worked on my car told me it was an electrical problem and they will have the electrician come out to fix my car probably about an hour later my car was up and running not only did they fix my car but they understood that I couldnt pay all At once ! I really appreciate that they didnt take advantage of me and they actually fixed my car with no problems I would recommend them to anyone !!!

Horrible service. Went in and asked if they can take a look at my muffler. An hour and a half later Im still waiting and see multiple cars and people come and go. Everytime I asked when they could check my car out I was brushed off.
