I was stranded in Cleveland after my car broke down and Rich was recommended to me. They worked me in and fixed my car quickly and competently. I got back on the road on the same day. They could not have been nicer or provided better service at a reasonable price. If I lived in Cleveland, Rich would definitely get all of my business!

Very prompt service and great work! Reasonable prices as well. My only issue was that they failed to call me for about an hour after my car was fixed, and the staff became defensive and rude when I asked why I wasnt notified sooner. However, I would definitely recommend them! Just be proactive about calling and checking on your cars status so you dont waste your time.

For the past 10 years, I have mostly taken my car to the dealership. I rarely take it elsewhere because the few times I have, it’s been an issue. One place put on some after market parts and didn’t hook them up correctly - I ended up getting pulled over and a police officer let me know my break lights were continuously running. I recently moved to Fairview Park and I was worried about taking my car all the way to the dealership given the way my car was driving. I decided to give this place a chance and I am so happy I did. I received great service, I was not talked down to, and I didn’t feel like I was being over-sold on services. My car left driving like it did in its prime and it didn’t cost me a fortune. Due to the convienent location and excellent service, this will be my car repair shop for the remainder of my car’s life.
