Went into the Cleveland store looking for a new set of tires for my 2013 superduty. They worked with me and got the tires I wanted. They aligned the truck and mounted and balanced the tires for me. The truck drove like a stock truck on over sized tires. Definitely recommend 4 wheel parts

A friend referred me to 4 wheel. They did an awesome job own my lights, and I purchased tires from this company. But their so busy. Which is great! Means they do good Business! But its a lil hard getting your vehicle in after your first time service. I called twice about my lights not working, and I need a tire rotation. I was told twice I would receive a call back. 2weeks later still no call. Its hard to do my job without the proper lighting, and now Im a couple hundred miles over due for a tire rotation, on a plan I payed for, when I purchased the tires. Great Guys up there, theyre just busy. Guess Ill called again today, because my tires are riding a little loud now.

Nice place. Good selection and good advice from the service advisor. But I think theyre very understaffed and everyone seems just exhausted and frustrated from the front on back. Parts pickup was pretty easy, though and they helped me load everything up. Team gets and A but management needs to get them some help.

*Note, there was a miss communication but the manager contact me immediately and took care of the problem. I can say.... great costumer service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! CALLED ME 15 MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSED TO TELL ME MY ORDER WAS READY. THEN EXPLAINED TO THEM I NEEDED IT BY TODAY AND THAT MY FIANCÉ WOULD PICK IT UP TOMORROW SINCE ITS ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY REFUSED. THE MANAGER STATED THEY CALLED ME LATE YESTERDAY BECAUSE “ THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED AND NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS WHO WERE THERE IN PERSON”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I JUST SPENT $400 WITH YOUR COMPANY, AND THEN YOU HAVE ENOUGH NERVE TO TELL ME I DONT MATTER AS A CUSTOMER?!! I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND EVERYONE I KNOW, KNOWS TO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Manager is absolutely rude, has no respect and doesnt know how to talk to people.

Paid cash for a lift for my truck. In the end they couldnt get my tires. Wanted my money back. 2 months later still havent received my money. These guys dont seem to know what theyre doing. Be careful on returns.

I took my 96 F250 to get an alignment and a leaving kit out on, I had purchased the kit online so I already had it and it still coasted me $806 would not recommend

I ordered online and paid via PayPal. They took my money the day i ordered. The website said my product would arrive in their store for pickup on Sunday. Free installation was supposed to be included. The next several days i checked my order status online. Their website found my order number and had my name but every time it showed that my order was cancelled.I was patient and understood that during this pandemic things sometimes take longer, but on Monday, with their website still saying my order was cancelled, i decided to call and find out what was going on. The guy in the local store said he still showed the order in his system. So five more days later, six days after the item was supposed to arrive i got a call saying it was there. I went to the store and waited for the guy in the store to get off his ridiculously long phone call. He took my info and went into the back to get my item. He brought it out front and dropped it. Very heavy item, over a thousand dollars. No offer to help take it to my vehicle. No installation. Thats okay though because im sure i take more care and do things my way. Its just that it was never mentioned. I wasnt real happy about the quality of the item, but i wasnt taking it back or anything. Couple days later i get an email asking me to review the product. I ignore it. Several more days go by and Im still getting these emails asking for a review. I give in. l say that the item doesnt live up to its reputation and isnt what it used to be. Its not very secure and security was supposed to be its top feature. Very PG too. No cursing or calling anyone anything. Didnt say it was trash or junk. A couple days later i get an email saying they wont post my review. These people ask for my review then dont want it? They didnt like that i said the product wasnt great & are hiding the bad reviews. Be careful of any company that hides the bad reviews. I didnt even say anything bad about the store. I know Ill never buy there again or recommend them to anyone. Unless your looking for lies about when items will arrive, that it will be installed, be asked for your opinion only to be told it doesnt matter or deal with people who dont tell you the bad information.

Was looking for tires and rims. They have a great selection and sale going this month. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. We went out to the truck discussed options and they gave me best price and information on everything.

They have just about everything you could imagine for your truck

Absolute worst customer service ever! Ordered a lift kit from these guys, and what a mistake that was. When they called to confirm my order I made sure to ask if I had purchased the right kit for a truck. They said yes. Arrived the next day missing half the bolts needed to install and the ball joints were incorrect. So not only did I have to go out of my way to buy the bolts needed for my $1000+ lift kit but also had to go spend another 200 for the correct ball joints needed for the install. They offered Absolutely no help what so ever other than receiving the bolts 5 days later! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never spend another dime with them again.

I ordered and received an ARB bull bar for $1,000 from these guys only to find out on opening the shipment that none of the mounting hardware was provided. The bumper is useless without the mounting kit. They refuse to talk to me about it. They just keep telling me they will call me back but never do. Customer service gave me a ticket number but wont respond to my inquiry. $1,000 down the drain. This is BS. I am going to try to file in small claims court.

Staff are friendly and approachable, and I have had good service in the past. However when I brought my jeep in for an alignment today, this was not the case. I waited a while assuming the alignment was being done. Eventually I was called to the desk and was told the alignment wasnt done and that I had $2600 of work to do on the front axle before an alignment could be performed.The mechanic diagnosed the problems to be: bad wheel bearings, driver side ball joints, both front u-joints, track bar, and a cracked upper control arm bracket on the axle. With labor this was quoted at $2600.For a second opinion, I did not trust the shop that did my repairs prior to my visit to 4WP. I took the quote with me to a shop recommended to me by a friend to have the vehicle looked over.This second shop inspected the vehicle and found the only problems to be the cracked control arm bracket, some looseness in the driver side ball joints, and the lower front shock mounting bolts were very loose, causing a popping noise when driving. They indicated that the bracket would need to be replaced and that the ball joints could wait, and tightened the lower shock bolts. I was given a quote for almost $400 parts/labor to have a new control arm bracket welded on to the axle.I am disappointed by the immense difference in service compared to the second shop. I was hoping 4WP could be my go-to place for any jeep repairs that I needed. The service in the past was satisfactory, and the service desk employees are very friendly and relatable.

Very unhappy with the customer service. I called today to check on my parts that I purchased Tuesday of last week. They told me they were in so I told them I could come in any day after this wensday any time. The guy on the phone then snapped and said were booked. I said well I was told when I bought these mud flaps it takes a half hour and I could get them put on. So the guy on the phone then tells me Ill have too look and check in a very bad tone. Then he comes back after I was put on hold and tells me they can get me in. I asked when and he snapped and was rude and said wensday at 9 am. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was busy call back. I. Very disappointed. Wish I could talk to corporate

Great service both times Ive been there! What impressed me most to leave this review was I came in and ordered some rain guards yesterday on Friday around 230pm. The guy helping me told me that if its shipped to my house I might see it Monday but expect it Tuesday. Came home 10 mins ago and it was waiting for me at my door 1230pm on Saturday! Not even 24 hrs! Amazing turnaround time! Would definitely recommend this place over and over and will be shopping there again!

A good place to go and get off road parts or to dress up your truck or jeep

Dropped off our Wrangler first thing in the morning and got the call the lift was installed shortly after. Fast service and the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

4WP recently installed the Bilstein 5100 front shocks along with 20 Method wheels wrapped with 33 BFG ATs on my 2018 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 and they did a great job! The overall experience was great - from the time I received my initial estimate to the time I picked up my truck it was all a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend these guys!

Service was too notch. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and were not pushing any particular products. The prices are fair but not the cheapest. They do occasionally have sales, but you come here yo talk to the guys who know their stuff and if you want them to install your peoducts.

Nice store until you decide to check out 30 minutes wait to pay for our items and pick up wheels and tires that were were paid for. Need to organize a lane or number system for checkout. Next time ship to house and they can loose the in store sale.

Scheduled tire rotation and oil change. My daughter arrived at 9 AM appointment at 8:55 AM. Was told it would be one hour 3 1/2 hours. Inexcusable.

Had an appointment at 8:55am was there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and 4-tire rotation. No one spoke to me for 3.5 hours with an update. One other person was there getting work done on their car. Ridiculous.

If you have questions or need any kind of help with your jeep Mike P. Is the guy to talk to. He gives you no bullshit and uses everything he recommends on his jeep. I perfer to do all work on my jeep myself but it was hard to pass on there tire warranty. Thanks guys job well done.

Very cool place for getting aftermarket parts for offroad toys or if you need a small accessory for your car. Basic steel wheels are remarkably cheap here. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure you are buying the proppee parts

WAY TOO EXPENSIVEAsked them for a bumper light with the plugs and the guy said they didn’t have them and couldn’t get it, but then I brought the Jeep for an electronic inspection and they told me they’re able to fix the lightbulb ended up paying $80, $18 for the lightbulb with the plug and payed $62 for 5 minutes of labor....They don’t catch me there again!

Called their sales center and was told that Bilstein doesnt make any shocks that fit my truck (they do, I ordered them elsewhere). Bought a U-bolt kit from them with 2-day shipping... they shipped it ground, and said there was nothing they could do about it. I wont waste my time again.

Great bunch of guys! Ive gone there to have most of the addon work done to my Jeep. Theyre honest and wont try to upsell you.

If you are buying things to put on your rig yourself they are good. The staff is snooty if you ask them questions. Their service is overpriced and over quoted. They will tell you if you get an inspection that you will need the JK Special which is $1500 in front end work. Go to a trusted independent mechanic like i did. Everything was tight and did not need any work as they stated.

I wasnt sure if Assistant Manager I was talking to was completely clueless of the products hes selling or just did not wanted to make a sale. Went to pick up couple of Timken bearings I ordered day before. did not get Timken. Instead I was handed National brand. Asked about picking up an ARB locker RD100, and within half a second I was told that they do not stock anything for my jeep. I guess Ill order my stuff online from places that can deliver product that they sell.

I Wont Let Anyone Work On My Truck Except For These Guys!!!!!

Been in here every year because my bushings go bad. My name and everything is in the system and they see that this is a repeated problem. They do everything to try and explain how I have a lifetime warranty on my shocks but not the bushings that come with them. I havent nor will I ever recommended this place to anyone.
