My go to place. Ive gone here for many repairs now on two different vehicles. Very trustworthy and reasonable. You can tell that theyre good because they are always packed full, but somehow they still manage to get quality work done, with little notice, in a reasonable timeframe. If you get cheap work done with cheap parts elsewhere, this is where youll go to next to undo the damage of your previous mechanic. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Very friendly, very honest.....I took my car there thinking I needed a wheel bearing and possibly another part not only was there price fair but my car didnt end up needing anything done . I know lots of places that would have done the work even though it did need it just to make money and take advantage of a woman and they didnt there is a part just starting to go bad but nothing that needs attention at this time when it comes time to get it fixed this is where I will go .I have had my oil changed there before and the are fast and thorough ......I love this place you should try it your self and see what Im talking about ....Thanks Guys .Roxanne

Ward Palker is frankly our new American hero. About 90 miles outside of Cleveland, our AC died in 90 degree weather and 100% humidity. We limped into town at 6 pm. while on vacation, headed from Chicago to Baltimore on a tight schedule. Imagine a week in Baltimore and D.C. during a heat wave in July, without AC.Ward kept his shop open late to take a look at our minivan. Yup, there wS huge hole in the condenser with gas hissing out and ruining our fragile environment. He sees we are desperate and calls a parts supplier and drives and gets the part for us. At 6:30 at night. AFTER HES CLOSED FOR THE DAY. Then this amazing man fixes the car for us at a reasonable price.We walk up the road to dinner at the only decent place in walking distance. We are finishing dinner, and in walks Wonderful Ward with our keys to tell us the car is ready. HOLY COW!! I mean seriously, that is service.We were on the road in under 2 hours from the time we arrived at his shop, hot, tired, frustrated, and exhausted. We left refreshed and happy, with renewed faith in humanity - or at least faith in Ward Palker.Thank you for saving our vacation!

Trash mechanics. Do not take your car here. Usually I do not rate places, however they have really bothered me. Took my car in to get my brakes done. They installed them wrong and they were squeaking. Took them back for reinstallation, again were installed wrong still squeaking. Took it back a third time, all they did was paint anti-squeaking paint on the pads, and the front 2 brakes were locking up. Had to take my car to a different mechanic who serviced them properly. Dont waste your time or money with these fools.

Went to Palkers to get a repair done on my exhaust. Ward not only got it done quickly, but also did it on the house. While it was a small job, I certainly didnt expect that kind of treatment. Please patronize this place if you can, they are few and far between these days.
