Slow & incompetent.Theres a young man that works there that for some reason i always get stuck with. Always has to ask someone else for help and doesnt know the answer to basic questions. I always have issues but this is the closest cvs to me and my rx isnt covered at walgreens.
Horrible experience. I went on my lunch break. I specifically asked if I could quickly get a flu shot. The young lady asked the pharmacist and I was told that it could be done. Mind you I got there at 2:55 p.m., Im on my lunch break, Im watching the pharmacist fill drive thru RXs and eat. I approach the counter at 3:15 p.m. this same pharmacist, with an attitude proceeds to tell me that they are coming out with my flu shot. I mentioned she didnt need to have an attitude, this is also my time, and she didnt need to be unprofessional because I did ask if this could be done quickly and if they didnt have time they could have simply stated that. She then commented she wasnt told I mentioned quickly. I left immediately after. Based on prior reviews this is common practice, so I shouldnt be surprised.
Beware!!! They gouge you for pricing. Never been to a pharmacy that negotiates pricing before?? They charge almost double normal pricing without insurance. Go to Publix!! Horrible customer service. Christopher is so rude and incompetent. I ask to speak to manager and he hung up on me acting like I didn’t even say it. He Talked to me like a child.
Everytime i go this pharmacy to pick up medication the pharmacist always has something slick to say.Long as my Dr. monitors me and my medication prescribed i shouldnt be treated like a drug addict when i stop in to pick up scripts and i feel like i dont owe them explanation as to why my Dr. has prescribed the medication its not their business.I will be switching companies soon.I never had a issue when i used the Palm Harbor Cvs but these people here are rude...
The pharmacist at the Missouri St Clearwater was fantastic. He managed prescriptions, phone calls, customer questions and covid 19 tests and vaccinations like a pro. He was amazing 😉.The nurses were also great. Well Done 👍
Bad experience with the pharmacy. Someone on corporate should do something since I’m not the only one that have had bad experience here.
Worst service. So slow it drove us crazy
They never have prescriptions in stock even if you refill the same medication there every month. If your doctor sends a prescription to them they overlook it and never fill it unless you call. If you want your prescription filled in a timely manner go somewhere else.

This pharmacys customer service is terrible. I decided to switch to this location because it is close to where I work but after only three times filling prescriptions I am done. It takes forever to get through on the phone, the pharmacist seems like she hates her job and they dont have orders ready when promised (even when you get there 2 house after time given). On top of that, the store is dirty looking and poorly stocked. I will not have any more prescriptions sent to this location.

Had a really bad experience with a female pharmacist she said it would be an hour to.pick up and I honestly asked why. And she said because I said so. This was totally unprofessional and if I could i.prefer Walgreen anywaysMy suggestion is avoid this one at all costs.if there is a female african American behind the counter run for your lifeThank there was a young man a klopp so working good to have one professional adult back there
Hard to find someone to answer a question
The worst customer service I have ever experience, the lady in the pharmacy took my ID for a medication and then runs the ID in her system then tells me her system is acting up to wait. 30 mins later she tells me that she can’t give me the medication cause the system tells her that I have already bought that medication when this was the first time I have ever gotten this medication. She told me nothing she can do then I asked for the manager and he explains that she had already ran my ID on previous transactions that had to be voided. Now my ID won’t allow me to get this medication that I needed. I had to suffer because that lady could not do her job correctly please stay away from this trashy pharmacy
This is the worse pharmacy ever! Thank the lord there are several pharmacies everywhere. The pharmacist and technicians are not professional. You feel almost like you are buying illegal medicine although you are handing them a prescription. Save your time and fill your medicine at another pharmacy or you will wait days for simple prescriptions to be filled.
Great staff and always helpful they work as fast as they can when busy always ask me how Im doing.

Theres not a week that goes by that I dont visit this particular CVS for something. I have yet to meet a rude staff member and am always greeted with a friendly hello. The staff is always helpful and they make it a joy to come there. I am a customer for life.
Pharmacies are getting difficult. It seems they are more interested in being a walkin clinic and sell you overpriced merchandise not to mention alcohol, just no cigarettes. A little hypocrisy. It is hard now that insurance companies are making you transfer to competitors because of their inside deals, at least try and make it pleasant for the customers.
Worst pharmacy ever. Its take 2 days to fills scripts. I can call in my refill, they will tell me it will be ready by 5 and of course its never ready or they inform me in the drive thru they dont have enough pills to fill. Pharmacy needs to be closed down
Absolutely terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Sat on hold for almost 15 minutes and then was answered by an employee that didnt do as he said he would and had no idea what is going on over there. Seems like none of them do. These are medications that people need, in some instances, their life depends on it. You would think these employees have it together... or at least try to.
Front desk staff is very disrespectful
Dont know how they did this, but my review, and any other over a year old, disappeared. The pharmacist that used to work here (Max. B.) and is niw at the Dunedin cvs put my health at risk twice by partially filling prescription without notifying me at all. They were controlled substances so I had to go to my doctor to get the paper prescriptions again. If my review was still here you would know all the details.
You guys should really fifo your stuff. First in first out. i night two expired vitamins yes i should have checked the dste but you guys should also be checking them.

This by far the worst CVS that I have ever been to especially the pharmacy! They are always under staffed especially in the pharmacy! A single prescription that should normally take 15 to 20 minutes takes 5 to 6 hours to fill! Their excuse is always the pharmacist is the only one there and thats why, but its like that even when a tech is working too. The pharmacy also waits until you come back after the 5-6 hours for pick up to inform you that your medication is out of stock and they will not have back in stock for 2-3 days. Pharmacy staff is rude and very unprofessional. I have been going to this looks location for since November of 2018 and it has been like this since. This location has had enough time to fix their problems, Im taking my business elsewhere!
This is the worst CVS i have ever visited the store manager Blanna Short is rude and unprofessional not to mention she puts returned pharmacy items back on the shelf for resale this is not a CVS policy she need to be held accounable for her unprofessional actions
