Worst customer service. I was in the store today for about 15 min. Saw 2 employees. A older longer gray haired lady and a 40 something man. Both saw me twice. Neither said hi. I went up to the register to make my purchase. The lady was at the register. As I approached, she started walking off. I said I would like to purchase this. She said quote for quote “do you not know how to use the self serve”, and literally walked off. I would have walked out, except I really needed the product and have great customer service back home at every location I have ever been to. I would give them a negative, but that is not option. Next door at at the 5 below store, I bought the additional Tylenol I would have bought at cvs with the other product I bought. Great customer service.
Im on an extended stay in Clearwater from NYC, where I havent been happy with my CVS. Came in here taking a chance but doubting I could get much help with an issue (especially since I had a not helpful encounter with a worker in the aisle the day before), but, the wonderful Rose in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me out. She contacted NY and made sure I could get my meds transferred. God bless and protect that woman!
The pharmacy is the worst. They dont answer calls, let people wait for half hour without an answer. When people go to the pharmacy, they dont find anything and they dont prepare the prescription.Neither bring better staff member or just close the location.
Very helpful. Always listens to my queries.
The staff in the store are mostly competent. Jeff, the Manager is awesome! Hes friendly and knows where everything is!!The pharmacy staff USED to be perfect. I felt like I was in a mom and pop pharmacy. They knew their regular customers by name, were super friendly and helpful when you had a problem. They were also knowledgeable about your meds, answered most questions easily and didnt complain verbally or with facial expressions when I asked a question about meds, timing, price, pre-auth etc...Now I wish they had a drive-through. The pharmacist and the techs are just basically unpleasant. They have no customer service skills and often times look obviously bothered when I have a question. They are also quickly dismissive when they feel theyve answered your question or concerns even if you still look confused or are processing information to see if youre satisfied with the response.I am not sure why the other pharmacy team is not there anymore and that is not my business. However it is my business that the current staff is not up to par. Im not saying theyre incompetent, just commenting on their customer service skills.Thank you for providing a platform where customers can provide input.P.S. I agree with the other posters that prices for OTC medications, bandages, regular household products are priced higher than many other stores.
You have taken out care and gone to far. We give trust, and you as company take advantage of simple people who need medicine and trust. You are disgusting. Shame on you for money.
The new head pharmacist is very inconsistent and regularly incorrect on refill dates. I’ve waited 32-35 days on a prescriptions that should have been approved to refill after 30. Their previous pharmacist, Dina, never made mistakes like these
This location is the very best! The staff and pharmacist here are so friendly and caring! This location is actually further from my house and I drive past the location on highland ave because the service is so poor at that location. We will be transferring all of our family to this location because they actually make you feel like they care about you! Thank you so much!
Excellent pharmacy. High quality products. Fast friendly service. Well organized store. I have exclusively used them for prescription medication for several years. However, some OTC medications are slightly overpriced. Overall, a great place to shop.
Shopped here today and purchased more than I could carry. The manager allowed me to get my stuff home with their shopping cart. I returned the cart and greatfully thanked him for his trust. Wonderful store and staff.
Be very careful if you get a UPS package delivered here. I had proof of delivery and had to come back twice because they couldnt find it.
On Thursday 1/17/19 between 11 am and noon I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I was asked by the assistant to please wait till she finished filling out a prescription, no problem. As I was waiting she dropped a pill onto the floor, then picked it up and put it in the pill bottle. When she came to the register I asked her if she did what I saw her do. She said Yes. I told her that was disgusting. She did not respond, so I called over the pharmacist and told her what happened. She asked the girl if she knew which container it went in. I knew as soon as I left nothing would be done because now the whole bottle was contaminated. Could you imagine if someone with low germ resistance such as a elderly person got this contaminated container. If Headquarters has not received a turn in of medication from the pharmacy, it went to some poor unsuspecting soul. By the way the floor was filthy.
The staff at this location are very unfriendly and no customer service! Take the drive and go to the location on enterprise and mcmullen booth. Super nice staff and all ways willing to help.
Getting your scripts is fast. Everyone is nice. A few items in the grocery aisle might be a little high.
Was getting my prescriptions elsewhere with my insurance didnt cover that place so I went back to CVS which I had no problems going to before but the other place it been closer but the professionalism of the clerks and the pharmacy on top of the best
ZERO customer service in this location. I made the mistake of getting passport photos done here only to find out 2 weeks later that they were unclear and needed to be redone. Do you think the manager here would honor replacements? Nope! Wouldnt even come out from behind his manager area to explain why. I went to another CVS and explained what happened and they gladly re-did the photos and apologized for my expeirence. Thanks Gulf-to-bay CVS... you guys are much better at Custer service and honoring a CVS mistake.
Their pharmacy staff is top notch. That being said, I will no longer shop at this location, as they are NOT coupon friendly. The cashier that seems to be working every time I shop there frequently tells me I cant use certain coupons when I would have been able to at any other CVS and/or competitor, and the manager that was on register duty on my last visit apparently gets flustered when you try to use more than one coupon per transaction; so much so that he incorrectly allocated my store coupons (one that PER THEIR POLICY) shouldnt have even been able to be used ($4 off $25) he rang up for $.01 and kept my $1 ECB and didnt even apply it. Stooge! Two stars for the pharmacy staff only.
Fantastic pharmacy with customer service-easy transfer of prescriptions from another branch. Two thumbs up!! :)
Pharmacy opens at 9am, but when I arrived at about 9:05 the pharmacy gates were still down. I asked the front cashier what time the pharmacy opens, and she responded, “Oh, anytime now...” I walked to the back and watched as two pharmacists were busily stocking shelves and filling orders. After being ignored for near on 5 min, I piped up and asked if they were open. One says, “Is it 9:00 already?!” I wait another 5 minutes for her coworker to unlock the gates, and then when I handed her the prescription she tells me that because I’ve never filled at CVS before, it’s gonna take 30-45 minutes to “get me in the system.” I took my rx and left to go to Publix.
Went in, no cashier. Brought my things to counter, no cashier. Hello... no answer. Left, called from Walgreens in case someone cared. They called me a liar. Update. Have had to go back, but since my complaint, I have always been greeted and always someone at the counter 11/18
Just had an unpleasant expirence at this CVS 2528 McMullen Both. The manager who identified herself as Mia did not address my concerns, was very short, did not acknowledge me as a customer, responded in a condescending manner when questioned ad displays. I was in the store making purchases after my interaction with Mia I decided to leave without purchasing any of the items I intended to buy. I hope CVS does bring this culture to their healthcare ventures!
Waited over 25 min on hold to talk to someone in pharmacy. Got to ask one question and then they hung up without asking if needed anything else. Pretty frustrating to say the least
Afternoon of Jan 10th I had to pick up script from this cvs. Had a question for the Pharmacy. Was on hold for 33 minutes. When I got there, still on hold, i brought it to the attention of the clerk Chris in the back he snapped that well this is me on a broken ankle..we all have our issues. So loud & rude. The Manager on duty was right there and said nothing! This store is dirty & always a mess. I will NEVER shop here again.
Excellent! The pharmacy staff is exceptional and the rest of the staff and the manager are pleasant and extremely courteous and helpful.
The service from the pharmacy is top notch, and the store is good too. This is a smaller CVS without a drive through, but Id rather shop this location over any others.
With construction this place is impossible to get into if you come from 19.
Love this store!
