The store manager does not pay his employees the correct amount of wages. This store has very great people but it needs a new manager as Theo is incompetent and cannot manage. During a pandemic, the manager should ensure everyone has correct pay. Also, he yells at his employees and is verbally abusive. Not a good work environment
We had scheduled a COVID test at this Walgreens for today. Yesterday Chris called and unfortunately had to cancel our test due to not having any delivered. He then went out of his way to try and find us tests since it was to take a flight. He is the kind of employee any company should be so thankful for. BIG THANKS to Chris.
Today, at the age of 81, I was attempting to get another COVID-19 test. It should be noted that I have had two shots of the Mernervia vaccine. After many attempts useing the Walgreens web page, with no success I went to the store. The store I chose was at the intersection of Belcher and Sunset Point in Clearwater Fl. I received outstanding support from Jasmine in the pharmacy area. She took time and used her own cell phone to sign me up for a drive through Covid-19 test. This second test was requested by my doctor as I was experiencing runny nose and cold symptoms. This young lady should recognize for her outstanding customer support. I did talk directly to the pharmacist concerning my appreciation, concerning the support I received. Jasmine stated, after I asked, that she was studying to become a doctor, she will do great and with her demeanor her patients will be praising her just as I am!

Be Aware!! Pharmacy Staff does not consistently wear masks. My boyfriend just had major back surgery and I have been dealing with his refills. Multiple times the cashier has her nose uncovered and pharmacists filling scripts in the backround have no masks at all.
Don’t care for this Walgreens at all. I drive to McMullen booth Walgreens better over there
Pharmacists here have helped me several times. Well stocked. Pricey but you can find what you need AND they carry Godiva chocolates.
I switched my Rx to this location because I loved the way the team treats their customers in the pharmacy UNTIL TODAY!!!! The pharmacy has a new manager “Sussie”. She NEEDS TO GO. Perhaps thru Customer Service 101 or maybe she needs to be sent to Walgreens Management training program AGAIN. She does not know how to talk to customers. They made a mistake with the insurance used when running my Rx. Explained to her it is a new year and new plan she gave me the biggest attitude demanding how I was going to pay for it like if I was going to run with it without paying (mind you I hadn’t even received my prescriptions yet). I kindly replied “we could be a little friendlier/nicer about it, again the insurance has not changed since the last time”. As I got on phone to clarify with provider she changed her demeanor and tonality and advised that they ran the wrong insurance. Poor customer service she has....

Sunday Aug 30...9:30 am young cashier extremely rude to elderly woman. Left without my 100.00 purchase.
I normally do not write reviews on Google, but for this place, I had to make an exception. Ill start by saying that the actual store itself is fine, its the pharmacy thats the problem. EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT THIS PHARMACY THERE IS SOME SORT OF ISSUE.If you only ever occasionally pick up a prescription then it might be OK, but if you get prescriptions on a monthly basis, stay FAR away from this place.They are constantly giving me problems about my sons medications, making me wait longer than I should to get a refill. Saying that Im trying to pick it up early when in fact, its the same amount of time as always, or in some cases, even longer. I have resorted to calling Walgreens corporate office because of this several times. All it gets me is an Im very sorry sir and a call from the store manager apologizing and offering me a $10 gift card. If they were really so sorry they could stop giving me hard time about my sons prescriptions and rectify their customer service problem.On one occasion they even gave me the completely wrong medicine. I was refilling my monthly supply of muscle relaxers and they decided I should have blood pressure medicine instead. Again, I called the corporate office and got the same results.All of the pharmacy technicians there have a SEVERE attitude problem (especially the short, fat Hispanic woman). They always greet you with a smug attitude and act like its killing them to do their job. And god forbid theres a problem with your order because then the attitude kicks into overdrive.I will say that the male Pharmacist is very nice and professional, but he is by far the only one.Safe to say I will never be using this, or any Walgreens, ever again. Im switching to Publix from now on. Hopefully they care more about their customers than Walgreens.

Long time customer, first experience of an unprofessional manager. Paul was handling overflow check out. There a vitamin supplement on sale buy one get one 50% off. However I wanted to buy 4 but there was only 2 left. I asked Paul for a rain check and he said no because I did purchase 2. So I asked him if I went outside came back in there would none on the shelf so could I get a rain check then. To my shock Paul rudely answered that he would not give me a rain check and that if I wanted one to go to the other cashier. Which I did and got my rain check but the experience was unbelievable . I never heard of a manager refusing to give a rain check when Walgreens was out of a product. The other cashier was so nice. Paul needs to be gone from that store.
Pleasant staff store wide; helpful pharmacy staff; enjoy going there to get my monthly prescriptions fill.
Ive been going to this Walgreens for over two years even though it is quite a bit out of my way. Everybody Im sure has their favorite, but I like this one as so far they have never giving me any grief when I have to use the pharmacy like other ones that I have been too for my prescription medicine.
They pharmacist literally never answers the phone. I’m always placed on hold without anyone even letting me know I’ll be placed, then once the call back starts it will just ring and ring and ring without anyone answering

Signs stuck to toy shelves say 50% Off under dozens of toys, but when you take to register, not one of them is on sale! Outdoor signs say 70% Off Easter to lure you in and then not one Easter item is in the store!!
This particular location does not stock many of the sales items at all. They will try to sell you a slightly different or smaller version at the same price, which is an illegal bait n switch.
