They just want to hire young girls there,...sounds like age discrimination to me. I was pushed aside, not kool the manager said i might have a second interview just to push me out the door. And needs her roots done as well about 2 in a half inches out growth .

They have a good selection of products but unfortunately the staff (especially the manager) just kinda follow you around. Very much the “just buy & go” vibes. Personally it made me uncomfortable, so i won’t be shopping at this location again.

Upon entering the store Hannah was cleaning the baskets which indicates awareness and cleanliness. The store appeared neat and well stocked though it didnt have what I needed attempt was offered by Hannah to see if the item is available at any neighboring stores. This showed excellent customer service and resolution skills.

Product I was looking for...NOT sold at ALL SALLYS. That sucks!! Customer Service was amazing!! They took time to look for the 4 stores 25 miles away...that had the product. Thank You!

I have been ordering on line through Sally since the pandemicI just recently put in a order close to $100... part of it I had to pick at store...the other items were delivered...but they missed oneitem..when I called them they realized there mistake ...told me a mailing label must have fallen off ..and they would replace it free of charge FREE OFCHARGE ..WHAT A JOKE ...I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT !! THEY HAVE BECOME VERY POIR QITH CUSTOMWR SEEVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE ..

My first time here and I love it, great items and nice lady up front.

There are stores in the district that are not opening on time. I’ve been sitting in front of this store for more then an hour even though online, by phone and on their door it says they are supposed to open at 10 am. When you call to talk to a store team member, they let the phone ring and ring and then answer and immediately hang up. I have been shopping at Sally’s for years and this is just outright rude and something needs to be done. I’ve watched customers after customers walk up to the door try to open it and get mad because this store is supposed to be open at 10 am and clearly states on the door. This is just wrong so wrong!

I asked for a deep conditioner for my hair after going swimming into the pool. I had conditioned it myself week in and week out hoping it would get soft again. One of the cashiers directed me to the placenta conditioners, and what can I say after one use my hair has improved in texture significantly. I was definitely glad that I stopped in.

BEWARE OF MANAGER! We have been here afew times, and everytime we go shopping there the manager always rings up extra items. Come to find out, we were told by others that she rings up the things she needs, and they caught her taking the items to her car! Check your receipts folks! These are facts, not assuming! The caucasian lady with all the tattoos is her!

So I decided to do something completely out of my comfort zone and bleach my dark hair. I went in to this location and Julie helped me pick out all the products I need and she was amazing! However the toner didnt work considering my hair had a bunch of red untertones, so I brought back the used toner and received a complete refund and was directed to a different toner and it worked perfectly! The lady who helped me, I think her name was Mandy? She was originally from a Palm harbor store, she was amazing she told me if what she recommended didnt work come back and we will figure it out, she genuinely cared about my results and even told me her schedule and told me to update her. I have never received such good, genuine customer service. I am very pleased and will be back!

Clean store, helpful staff.

Im always treated like an inconvenience. The store clerks smile and say, Do you need any help?! And then act like it is really inconvenient to them when I do have a question. I dont want to shop here anymore because it seems I am always emotionally projected on for no reason. Dont offer help to someone if youre not prepared to give it. Its ok to say I dont know in a polite way as well. You dont have to project inferiority onto customers just because we both lack knowledge about a desired result.

The cashier at Sallys was very friendly and helpful. They were having a 75% off sale on flat irons, which is what I went there for. The store was clean and there was a large variety of products to choose from.

I went to do a exchange and I received bad faces and uncomfortable time at that store, sally at countryside, I felt the manager was a little discriminatory with me. Buy someone and you cant exchange even when I keep the Receipt and the item is in the box, isnt fair but I can understand that but Im dont understand a kind of customer service like that when the client feels uncomfortable without needs..

Great Sallys. I come here to get my dye. The two ladies who work there are very nice and helpful.

The girl that helped me was pretty rude at first. I didnt want to ask for help but I just really didnt know for sure what to do. After I said thank you so much and tried to destroy her life with kindness I was able to leave with the products that hopefully worked. She seems to know what shes talking about but I left feeling like my hat hair was just trash and I was a complete loser. Her last sentence was, good luck. Thanks? just be my friend. :-(

Sallys has always been good for me. In & out for everything I need for nails. Not everything has been good for hair. I read the reviews, & try things. Not everything works for each person.

I worked here for almost 2 years until robin jones took over (she is also the one who left the comment about the colab make up) she is completely unprofessional, degrading and just down rite rude. She would approve hiring girls who did drugs in the back (smoking or snorting she didnt discriminate) they hire people who are not liscensed professionals so be cautious of what advice you take. I know a manager and 3 associates who quit because of robin Jones. But dont worry you will never see her in the store but twice a year because she seems to be always on vacation.

There is a new manager named Teds. I have bever met a sneakier, more condescending woman in my life. She looks at everyone like theyre idiots, and I heard her blatantly lie to at least 2 customers while I was in there. Go to a different Sallys
