The RX here is slow because there are many tourists and it’s the big player by the beach. With that being said, it’s large and convenient (open late), and has many accessories for the beach like flip flops and towels as well as beer and wine and mixers. No liquor though, gotta go somewhere else for that!

Walgreens is my favorite drug store! Nancy is always so very helpful to every one of the customers that come in. She has been so helpful to me and I have also seen her interact with others in that manner as well. She goes above and beyond! She is definately an asset to Walgreens! David the pharmacist is always very helpful as well. If my medication is not in stock, he looks to see if another Walgreens may have it. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

Unlike the Publix nearby, at least this place was helpful on letting me know where the court office was located at. What Publix lacked from saying Just down a block & not pointing me to where I needed to go, at least this place helped me find it and Im very thankful for the help.Hopefully Ill be back when the weather is favorable enough to go to the beach without the red tide & if I dont go back anytime soon, then hopefully plenty other customers will come here. Just like here in Lakeland, this place is also very clean. :-)

Outstanding service! Pharmacist David and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I had the awful experience of dealing with Sarah at the pharmacy, who seemed like she didnt know what she was doing, and never even took the patients information to try and assist me. Just told me call back in an hour to speak to the pharmacist, because he went to lunch. I was hung up on twice and then just put on hold over and over, when I called back to speak to a supervisor. This is absolutely unprofessional and rude, especially when a doctors office is trying to respond to a fax that was sent. I will not be responding to faxes from this location any longer. If this pharmacy needs clarification or a medication alternative, from now on, they can call the office directly to make request.

Staff here is rude and inconsiderate. I use this walgreens regularly and will definitely be going to CVS from now on.

I have received wonderful service every time I have used this store. I had surgery & they provided me with my meds, put together the bandages bandages I needed so they could be picked up with the meds & in general, treated me with the care & friendliness of a small town pharmacy of 50 years ago.

Do not show up to the counter with crazy expectations. Not because your doctor send the prescription it means is going to ready right away and if it is too soon to fill then worst. Do not make trouble for other customers and not talked about these professionals that are trying to get prescriptions out without mistakes. The pharmacy is not food chain store. If you do bad reviews is because you were disrespectful and childish.

Go here a few times a week and Im always in and out. If I ever asked for help with finding an item, I got good customer service. All the people working here besides one are very nice and fast check outs.

The perfect place to pick up some pepto-bismol on vacation.

Couldnt buy anything. The cashier at the front was on the phone for 5 minutes without acknowledging the customers waiting in line. I walked to the Pharmacy and waited for 5 minutes for one person to check out with no end in sight. So I dropped all my stuff and walked out. Going to CVS or somewhere they wont waste my valuable time.

I don’t appreciate when I drop off my prescription when they open, and I don’t hear anything for 4 hours. The technician tells me “30 minutes” until I can pick it up, then come 4 hours later with no text or call - I stop by to check while on my Lunch break, and I’m told it was never entered/ counted so they never actual filled my prescription. I had to waste 30 min. of my lunch break, waiting in the store for them to fill it... Disappointing, and not what I wanted to be doing on my lunch...

Its more expensive than a supermarket but I like shopping here because it is uncrowded and the staff are friendly. The buy 1 get 1 free offers to Walgreens card holders are unbeatable value and this is how I buy most of my vitamins

I will never go here again.. The pharmacy staff was very unprofessional ! Especially the older Spanish lady . She was very rude and mean . I can’t even believe that Walgreens has people like that working for them . They were not helpful at all and wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there !!!

The pharmacy staff was not helpful in getting my prescription filled. They needed to contact my doctors for a question and had the wrong fax number. You would think they would call the doctor to check about the issue but they just ignored it. I had to call and update the number in THEIR system. Not only that, when they got the correct # the staff did not re-fax the issue to my doctor. So I’m waiting another day to get it filled. I called and asked as politely as I could if they would call my doctor to resolve the issue since clearly their faxing skills are not up to par. Nicole at the front said she would try and have someone do it when they could but it probably wouldn’t be until tomorrow. Overall not helpful and very frustrating to work with.
