Warranty Warning... I have a F150 37k miles bought from Wyatt-Johnson Kia. Always serviced at Jenkins and Winn Ford.Needed to take for work and they said they no longer allow the Wyatt-Johnson warranty due to the company being in default with paying for service. Buyer beware... not sure about other dealers. However, now I will have to have it towed to Nashville.However, having trouble getting a service advisor at the Wyatt-Johnson Ford. Hmmmmm......

I contacted Wyatt Johnson GMC about a truck on Wednesday. Sales lady made me an appointment for Friday morning to look at the truck because it was going through inspection, and would not be ready until then. Friday came, and I showed up for my appointment, and the truck was TRASH!!!!The used car management offered to show me a newer truck, with less miles, but a little more money. I agreed, and it was a very nice truck!The salesman and I went in to do paperwork for financing, and I SPECIFICALLY SAID “DONT SHOTGUN MY CREDIT “. Well turns out, they sent it to 11 different banks!!!….wow!!!!! When I called the salesman, and asked what happened, he said he would get back to me….never heard a word.So, not only did I not buy the truck, I went back to Carl Black Chevy in Nashville, where I bought my last 2..2020 models,the sent my #s to GM Financial” like I wanted this dealer to ONLY do”, and they got me into a BRAND NEW truck within 30 minutes.I’ll never shop the Wyatt Johnson brand.Eric Epstein

Yes the reviews are good, but be careful...I bought my vehicle in January. On the way home I immediately noticed something wrong with the acceleration. But I thought maybe it’s a new car and it’s my fault somehow. The next day after we bought it I tried to call the dealership as soon as they opened feeling like this was a bad purchase. The issues continued, and I found out the dealership decides that they don’t take returns, so we couldn’t do that. They had a technician look at it I drove with the technician and he knew that there was something going on with the vehicle even though they couldn’t find it. But that was the last time I saw that technician even though he was supposed to look at it again.A few days after I bought it a noise started to come on when I would turn the vehicle on. Very low noise, but there. I expressed this to them and they i told me it just sounded like a car that was starting. And I was told because the sales person and the manager drove the vehicle down a back road, and didn’t experience the issues I did that meant they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I was even told that they would not sell me a vehicle that was unsafe for my family, because THEY have kids and understand.Last week when I was driving the vehicle turned off on me in the middle of downtown on a HILL I had no breaks, acceleration, or wheel control. I called them for the warranty and it still took them forever to get back to me I had to keep calling them. I had three of my kids in the backseat! So as you can imagine, I was extremely upset already.Needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from Wyatt Johnson or anywhere in the state of Tennessee after learning how the laws and the business works. I think if a business truly stands behind what they say then they would’ve had no issue taking it back if it was really just me.I knew that I needed this vehicle for my family and they knew that I’m still in the position where I need a vehicle for my family and there is little to no concern. I now am stuck with a car note for a faulty vehicle I dont trust with good reason.

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them since June 2015, to include my recent one 04/19/2021. I had ZERO issues or complaints with the first two cars. I was always able to get scheduled maintenance needs with out any issues. The last one that I just purchased.I did run into some unexpected mechanical issues with-in 3 hours of finalizing the car trade in and rebuy. I called them up, explained what it was doing, they recommended I safely come back immediately, I only lived about 7 minutes from the car lot. They patiently put me back into my original car that Monday after I dropped it back off, they sent my new to me 2014 Nissan Armada car off to the closest Nissan shop to see what the problem was and they assessed the problem, even went out of way to fix a recall I had while they had it as well as covering it all and I had the car back by Friday.They have definitely stepped above and beyond then most do not around here. I highly recommend working with them for future purchases, as well as taking your maintenance needs to them!!

Came in yesterday to look at a used Expedition for my 72 year old mother in-law. Sales man seemed very disgruntled that he had to wait for my arrival. When I got there, he started the vehicle, sounded good but I commented that the tires were worn to the wear bars: to this he replied look man, its a $6000 ride, what do you expect?. Further inspection revealed that the door to the back hatch had paint bubbling and was indicative of corrosion under the paint, again, I commented on it. At this point he replies, it aint even metal I then said its corrosion on the aluminum bubbling the paint up. He then takes a magnetic plate and starts tossing it at the door and said see, it dont stick. Seeing the damage around the vehicle coupled with the painted over corroding parts, I had made my mind up and thats as good as hers being made up. I turned to tell her that this isnt the one for her and asked of she wanted to keep looking through the lot only to see the salesman leaning on my brand new truck tapping the plate on my tonneau cover, I then told him in a not so polite manner to get off. He did and stormed off in a huff laughing to his partners. We left and went to Jenkins and Wynne and bought a 2017 Expedition with the cash she had in her purse. This place is a joke and I sincerely dont expect this to be published if the dealership has any control over it.

After looking at many places for a car I was full of anxiety and stress but I got a recommendation to use Tyler Hawks and he was phenomenal. Got a car from here & started noticing that the tires kept reading low pressure. Come to find out there very nails in two of our tires & that the tires had been over inflated, meaning whoever went over the car did NOT do a good job & they refuse to anything for us. So we have driven our car less than 500 miles and already need brand new tires. The only decent person their was our sales guy that did everything he could to help us. But the manager refused to do anything about it.
