Everything was fine, somewhat professional, when I asked why an oil change and tire rotation took so long I expected something more than it happens from one and it always takes at least 1.5 hours or more. If that’s true I would have the service department explain that while making the appointment.Overall was great but I would have dropped the truck off and been called once done, not waited, if I knew how long it would have taken

Was looking for a Subaru Acent, used. Was shown a black with brown leather interior. Ran the numbers and came up short. Consider lesser options but they were just not a Subaru Acent. Misty, sales lady extraordinaire, would not give up. I finally received a call from a lender in the area to confirm it was me applying and sure enough the loan went through.

The service department is quite awful here. I scheduled an appt for Wednesday but dropped my truck off earlier thinking they might be able to look at it. Wednesday comes and I called multiple times with no response from the service dept. Got a call back late Wednesday saying that they wrote my phone number down wrong and checked it out early in the morning and my fuel pump was bad.I was told to email my warranty info to the technician and he would take care of it. Called the following day multiple times to finally get a call back at the end of the day. Ask if he had run my warranty, get the response Oh, I havent checked my email from yesterday took another couple hours to get my warranty company to approve the repair. I was told it would be taken care of tomorrow (friday). Here it is, now Saturday and after calling again, multiple times, they say it will be done by the end of the day on Monday...I am appalled at the lack of communication from these people and lack of care for their customers vehicles and livelihood. This truck is my means of working, so now I have not had it for an entire week...It should not take me calling multiple times every day to hear back by the end of the day. Simple communication is not very difficult.Take your vehicle here if you dont want to hear anything and be left in the dark and have nobody take responsibility for anything at all.Thanks very much Mike Brown...

Bob Lopez and James Conley were professional, and very very helpful before and during my purchase. Dealership/Finance - The dealership has a splendid supply of new and used vehicles, I was able to find all of the vehicles I was interested in online. They price matched their online price and still had some wiggle room to barter. Always barter. Lindsay in finance had every piece of paperwork in order and ready to sign. It took less than 10 minutes in there to knock it all out. 5/53. Vehicle - the vehicle I bought, 2016 GMC Sierra Denali, was clean inside and out (9/10). Fresh oil change and a full tank of gas.I am ecstatic about my experience and would highly recommend you go through Joe Santos when you go there. I always get the best service. I have one suggestion, and that is to not send the link to phones so the customer can follow the progress. It doesnt work and makes the customer frustrated.

From one dealer(toyota) send you to the next (gmc) and from there send to the used car dealership apparently they were too busy to help up I was trying to sell my car based on what it was announced on TV on the used dealership it was appraisal I come back the next day to sell it but because the manager that appraisal the vehicle was not there they said cant do anything and come back when he comeback the next day but driving 45 minutes again the next day was not an option so I sell my car on another dealer the same day at much better price and better service

The service coordinator Mike Brown was excellent. He answered all questions and was professional. I asked for my used spark plugs and air filter and they didnt forget. Only complaint is that I traveled out of state and had misfires after preformed services. Fortunately I know about car maintenance and knew it had to be something with the spark plugs. Pulled over and found 2 spark plug wires were not replaced properly. That fixed the misfire. Please inform whomever did my service to be sure to double check wires. If that happened to someone that didnt know... it wouldve been a very stressful trip for them.

I was looking for a newer van. I decided on a Dodge Caravan. I had a few specifics about the van I wanted that I said I would not negotiate. It could not be white, it had to have automatic sliding doors and two other things. They found me exactly what I was looking for. James Cline and Vernon Smith, along with Jerry (whose last name I dont know) were wonderful. My biggest and most important issue was to transfer my wheelchair lift and controls from my old van to the new one. They not only assured me they could do it, they included it in the purchase price, meaning they didnt charge me more than the price they originally quoted. I cannot recommend them and Wyatt Johnson enough.

Nick answered all my questions, and even gave me tips on what to look out for in the future when buying a vehicle down the road. I wasnt treated like a customer, I was treated like a friend. The other sales staff where friendly, the manager Richard Reed was on top of all issues that needed to be addressed so that i could get a good monthly rate on my financing. Went there not to long ago and Danny McCann helped me out. If you go there and get him as your sales man you will not be disappointed. He will make sure all of your needs are met as close to possible. He is definitely someone I will keep coming back to in the future.

I came in to get headlights and fog light bulbs changed; I called first, while I was in the parking lot, and got the price of the bulbs only. I left my SUV because the tech said they couldnt get to it right away and I understood that. He told me before any work would be done hed call me first, he did. The cost was going to be $456.+ I was like no way, I just called and got the pricing for all four bulbs and it was about $104, so I said I couldnt afford that right now Im on my way. When I got there he told me the service manager told him that he has to charge me $85: $69.99 for labor and $7.15 for parts! Literally for doing nothing...I have two more oil changes with that $179 plan I purchased, then Im done with them. This isnt the first time Ive had a problem just the first time Im commenting.

Communication was horrible at best. I will have him call you tomorrow.......crickets. more than once.No one had answers. I am only reading whats in the notes. Thats all the information I have available.. If someone is out, the world does not stop.

I would say half of the items I wanted done or looked at weren’t done or on the paperwork. And the staff didn’t even go over the bill with me. I walked in and they said, “ok that’ll be $1,223….. I understand I had a few big ticket maintenance items done but the pure laziness of the staff to not go over the bill does not give you confidence it was money well spent. One of the only positives was that before I left they had a service tech come out and at least clear the debris in my cabin air filter to stop the noise.
