Courtney is rad!! So I went not thinking that I was going to walk away with a car but I had to try. My fiancé was telling me what a horrible idea it was to go especially because we had our two kids with us. They made sure we got the car we wanted and for a price we could afford and a down payment we could afford. Never. Ever in my life has a car lot done that. We also got the best warranty on the vehicle. It was all very fast too. They also took my awful trade in. My car wasn’t falling apart but it wasn’t the greatest either. Everyone was so nice. Courtney went out of her way to make sure we knew about the car and how it worked. She made sure we were getting a deal that we could afford and also gave us info for an insurance company that might be better. They went above and beyond. 10/10.

We just bought a used 2012 Kia Soul from the Kia Store in Clarksville and we were VERY highly satisfied with the service and the price. Our Sales Consultant Nathan Jones did a fantastic job showing us around to any car we wanted to look at and did not pressure us in any way to get a new car instead or look at something else out of our price range. He was very quick and efficient and the whole process basically only took a couple hours and we drove home a new car! I came here to buy a used Mazda and had a really good experience at this dealership! I was incredibly nervous beforehand, because I’d always been told dealerships/sales people can be overwhelming, but Nathan Jones helped me and made the whole process very easy! There was never a point that he made me feel intimidated, or forced into any kind of decision. And even though I wasn’t buying a Kia, he helped inform me on any questions I had about the car or the buying process. My car buying experience was phenomenal.. My salesperson Ron was nice to work with. Thats the reason for the 2 stars.Now the reason for the other 3 missing stars. Dealing with their dealership afterwards has unfortunately been extremely frustrating. The vehicle I purchased is in need of a repair.. I cant take it back to Clarksville Indiana because were currently out of state due to my sons hospital treatments.In the beginning they were very communicative with myself and the Kia dealership in Cincinnati I took my vehicle to. Once the Cincinnati Kia dealership determined the problem and tried to call them, Kia Clarksville stopped returning calls to both myself and surprisingly the Kia dealership in Ohio.The Ohio Kia dealership were very shocked that a fellow Kia dealership would ghost them (their words, not mine).Now the Warranty company is involved and theyre not returning their calls either. Ive had this vehicle 5 weeks and its been parked for 4 weeks waiting to be repairedSadly it appears that once you walk out the door youre nothing but a number to them. Which is sad because Ive never had a problem with any Kia dealership in over 20 years.Very disappointed and will never purchase from them again.And as I write this, myself, the warranty company and the repair facility are still waiting for them to provide a used car inspection invoice so the warranty company can authorize the repair of my vehicle.**UPDATE**Kia Clarksville reached out to me. Apparently they had been calling me for weeks and for some reason the gentlemans number was showing up as a Possible Scam on my cellphone caller ID and being blocked by my cellphone provider. I was able to verify this with my cellphone provider records.They are extremely eager to help get this taken care of. I appreciate them helping me make this right. The blocked calls were at no fault of their own. Talking to them today was the Kia experience Ive had for over a decade. Thankful to have gotten this resolved.

Bad business owners I came in to buy a car and salesman sold me a car everything was good, but the finance department is horrible. They are not on the same page with the salesman. They allow people to pay out money and then leave. They have nasty people that call you Robert and Dylan harassing and calling you if there is something else they need far as paperwork. This is the 4 time I have heard they have did this. This car lot have too many discrepancies they have no business need at all l, never again will recommend anyone to Waist your time and money, go to another car lot please.
We were looking for a newer car for my wife, and she decide she wanted a Kia. Brand new 2021 Rios are hard to find but Kia Clarksville had a preowned 2021 with 300 miles on it, and it is blue, my wifes school color!Matthew was very helpful, and since we knew what car we wanted, the sale process went smooth as silk. We came away happy Kia owners once again!
Bought a brand new 2021 Kia in May. Bought the entire maintenance package with my car. Scheduled my first oil change, asked how long to expect and was told 1 hour, 1.5 max.Arrived at my appt (after an hour drive to the dealership) and my oil change took FOUR HOURS before I drove off the lot. They apologized for my wait and explained it was a new technician, however, someone should have stepped in after that period of time as many oil changes arrived/left during mine. I got my car, got in, steering wheel was absolutely covered in grease. So much so my hands were black from grabbing the wheel. Went back in and got wipes to remove. On the drive home I called the dealership to speak to the Service manager. Couldn’t reach anyone in the service department, called over to sales and they transferred me to the service department manager, then the person who answered was not the manager and informed me the manager no longer worked there and that I would need to email the area manager as that would be the best route for a resolution. I emailed the area manager and never received a response. Unfortunately I have the maintenance plan and clearly was not a priority as I’m a guaranteed payor source it seems.7 hours of my day dedicated to an oil change. Unbelievable! Have called since and can rarely reach anyone by phone.Luckily didn’t have a bad sales experience as I already knew what I wanted/needed but a clearly horrific service experience.

After having the car a week, which I believe to be ample time to correct any issues with the sales experience, which admittedly started of great. Until my 1 owner honda with factory all weather floor mats is missing the driver floor mat. Maybe not a big deal to some but while theyre looking for the floor mat they lost, the carpet in my $25,000 car is getting ruined. If I paid 25k for a car I expect to get everything that should be there, and no I dont want some random floor mat from someone elses car. I feel like once the money was theirs, they were done with me. So no, I wont be back. Not if, after spending all the money I did on a car, to now have to pay out another $100 at Honda to replace what they lost. Not a good way to establish customer loyalty, but its possible commission, not loyalty is the goal here. Ill go buy my floor mat from Honda, fine. But I wont be back and Id encourage anyone shopping to be sure of EVERYTHING before giving them anything. We were also told they put $25 in the gas tank, must have been actual paper money because from empty, the car barely holds $26, we took the car home with the same amount of fuel it had in it when we test drove it, definitely wasnt on empty when we left it. Wont be back, but having made their money and commission off me it probably makes no difference, so maybe this review will.

I guess, out of this whole car buying experience with Kia, and the many troubles I have had with my vehicle, I have just learned a valuable lesson. I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed in this car.Here’s a little back story. We owned a Ford Escape Hybrid previously. The Escape was not purchased at the Kia store. Anyway, it was older and was having all sorts of issues. Mainly, it would go dead, while driving down the middle of the interstate. We had it fixed a couple of times, but after so many times of being stranded and scared to bits with my oldest son in the car with me, we decided, before our youngest was born, we wanted to get a more reliable vehicle. This was in November 2016.We ended up at Kia of Clarksville, where we purchased a very roomy 2017 Kia Sorento. I did fall in love with how much room the car had, being that we were getting ready to have another baby. Plenty of leg room, plenty of room for a carseat, and an incredible amount of trunk space. All in all, I loved it. We had a great salesman as well.Now, here we are. Close to 5 years later and this car is truly a piece of junk. We have had so many issues with it. I get that vehicles sometimes have things go wrong with them. However, the problems just keep piling up with this thing. Including having to have it in the shop there, for a blown motor because there was a recall on it.We have had several other issues with it relating to that and having to get it fixed. It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating when you go to start your car and you hope that it starts and gets you from point A to point B.I definitely will not be purchasing another Kia in the future.

I purchased a 2011 Kia Rio from here at Kia of Clarksville. Had one small issue but they fixed it immediately. Matt was extremely helpful and understanding. Entire staff was very friendly and just great to talk to. As of now, Im just waiting for the application of title to be sent over to Indiana BMV so I can register and title it. Will come back again due to how the whole thing went.

Ordered a 2022 Telluride about a month ago, was told 8 weeks to deliver, received it in about 5 weeks. With kids they offered to drive it to my house, deliver the new car, then take my trade in. Pain-free application and approval process (almost fun actually, kind of like deal or no deal). Ask for Matt if he is there. He even helped me pull an April Fools Prank on my husband. Thought they were good, but refinanced my car, to lower payments, and now Kia, and the refinance company are both taking payments. $900 a month is really starting to tick me off. I even got an over payment check from Kia, but they are still taking money, and not refunding me the full amount I am over paying. May need to get a lawyer to stop from paying double the loan to two different companies.

She was extremely professional, personable, and thoughtful. She was one of the main factors I didn’t not take my business else where. Other sales reps at other dealerships did not treat me with the same respect. I could not recommend this saleswoman more!

Unfortunately this is a follow up review to amend an original my wife wrote the day of our purchase. We love the vehicle and the experience in the dealership the day of the sale was great. There was a piece removed from the vehicle they had stated in writing we would get. They used dealer speak to get around it. I knew that but it was still a deal we drove 2 hours for so I wasnt going to let that be a breaker. Unfortunately we left our garage door opener in our previous vehicle. Admittedly, my fault. I contacted the dealership and they said they would send it out on Monday since they would be closed the next day. No big deal. We also discovered the keys to the roof rails were not with the vehicle. I reached back out and they stated that they would locate them and send them as well. It is 3 weeks later and we havent received anything in the mail. I know the post office is backed up but 3 weeks to go 75 miles is still suspect. Im not suggesting that this dealer is downright a bad business but occasionally customer care falls through the cracks and it is apparent our number came up this time. It is more frustrating still that the manager on the deal has ceased communicating and passed the buck to the sales staff. We lease on average 2 vehicles every 18 months so Im familiar with how exemplary customer service looks and right now they are falling short which will influence our next dealer location for a purchase especially since we love Kia vehiclesUpdate: I spoke with the dealership and everything was worked out and resolved. So I will once again adjust the score. I am satisfied with the explanation as long as it holds.
