I took my truck over there & they diagnosed my transmission as the problem. $10000. Had it towed to Nashville to a transmission specialist. It was not my transmission it was my caytlic converter $1500 a big difference! It was at wyatt Johnson 3 weeks with wrong diagnosis. I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. I’d been looking at the new 2020 Sonata for months. Being a previous customer at WJ Hyundai, I got on the waiting list for a call when they knew the new models were coming. Sure enough I got that call. Once the plan came together I put a deposit down so I’d be the first test driver. Scott in sales worked with me. When I came in to test drive one model, I discovered they’d received the Sonata Limited that I’d really wanted all along. So to the delight of Scott and his manager I test drove it and fell in love. I did test drive the SE but after the limited and all of its upgrades it just wouldn’t do for me. I went off to my bank after haggling on the price and got a cashiers check. I bought that 2020 Sonata Limited. I bought the first one in the state of TN. Wyatt Johnson and Scott were great. As a sales person Scott isn’t pushy. He really works with you in making the right decision. His manager was great also but I can’t remember his name to save my life. He worked with me on the price. Even though he didn’t much want to, throwing out the previous customer, bought another car from them certainly helped. To say I’d recommend this dealership is an understatement. They’re great across the board. From New to Used. Wilbur in their Used Sales is awesome as Scott. They really have a great hiring program for their sales people because they’ve been phenomenal. And you can’t usually say that about car sales people. Not the case here. Do yourself a favor and go see these guys when you need a car.

I have had 5 Hyundai cars and had great experiences with Hyundai dealerships servicing my cars and then I moved here and my bubble burst. This has to be the worst dealership and if it aint the dealership it has to be the HR department. They never seem to have enough employees to handle the volume of business they get and it dont seem to bother them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I am headed to Nashville to service my cars and buy my future cars. To the owners, wake up greed only gets you so far, I say this as a business owner.
