Went in to buy a car, early on a Saturday. Jesus came up and immediately began helping me out. Ended up purchasing a 2021 Tacoma Sr. My family and I were treated amazingly. This was my second time buying a car as an adult. Over at Wyatt Johnson Toyota, Zachary Sanders eagerly greeted me before I could even get in the door. This salesman emanated a level of professionalism and trust that created an amazing environment to buy a car in not met by any other dealership in the area. I was upfront with him and told him exactly what I wanted, and he did everything in his power to get me in the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The first day I was in, Mr. Sanders was more than forthcoming with the invoice price, MSRP, and ADP as well as complying with an itemized list of costs of the vehicle. The vehicle I wanted wasn’t available at the time I was there so I did leave to shop around. Mr. Sanders maintained an open line of communication with me, even answering my questions about other dealership fees. He even went so far as to call me to explain how dealers receive their inventory to give me a full scope of understanding of my car buying experience. Best experience I’ve ever had on a car lot!I came into Wyatt Johnson looking to buy/finance my first brand new car, as I’ve always just paid outright for used cars in the past. I walked in the doors with a very specific Tacoma package in mind, and from the moment I did, my customer service experience was exceptional.James took excellent care of me, and didn’t engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. He got me a test drive in the truck I was looking for within 5 minutes, despite these 4x4s being hard to find, and he knew his stuff about the vehicle. He was very open and transparent about the supply chain woes facing auto lots (and their effect on pricing), but was still able to get me the truck I wanted for a price that worked for me.On top of everything, James also didn’t bristle when I asked for a night to think it over, and let me put a low, refundable deposit on the vehicle in the meantime. The next day, he also treated my wife just as professionally as he treated me, shaking her hand and addressing her in conjunction with me, recognizing that this was a joint decision.I will definitely be back here for future vehicle needs, and I’m even going by today to pick up some additional bed options for my truck.Thank you to James and the entire team that made this purchase so easy!

I looked at 2021 Avalon and JJ, the sales manager showed me a ‘19 Avalon. It had more options, 7,000 miles and 10k less. So they focus on getting you the most practical deal instead of getting you into the most expensive car so they can make money. Then they were able to put my wife into a ‘18 4runner limited. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. Easily the best car dealership in Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas.

It is hard to be a picky buyer and still want to get a good deal in this tough car market but Jesus and Wyatt Johnson got it done. In the event that I do ever land on a Toyota product I will return to Wyatt Johnson Toyota and see Mr. Cody again. The facilities were clean and well kept, and everyone was very friendly. I went in to have my mothers van serviced and was kind of browsing around at the cars while I waited and Mr. James Bickford came and introduced himself and offered his assistance. After I looked around I decided to test drive a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Mr. Bickford was incredibly friendly and helpful with this. After driving I decided I wanted to try to buy it. I did not think it would happen as I have fairly poor credit that I am working to rebuild. Mr. Bickford got my information and after a short while they got me approved at an acceptable interest rate. I was very surprised but happy with their service. I bought the truck with an excellent extended warranty and couldnt be happier. This was definitely the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I couldnt be happier with the service that Mr. Bickford and the rest of the staff provided me. The used car looked good, and the only thing that I need to do is put new tires on it, which I didnt realize until later. But I gave them a 5 star because of their professionalism customer courtesy, and willing to go the extra mile to help me get a vehicle that I needed. And they do a 160 point check on the vehicle, if it doesnt pass, they dont pass it off to somebody else which is a rarity in todays time.So time will let me know whether they did the kind of check on the vehicle, for now I have no complaints I am thankful for the vehicle. And I will recommend Wyatt Johnson Toyota dealership; to my friends.

On 09/18/2021 bought a car from James Bickford. Easy experience and everyone was really friendly. I bought a 2013 Mazda CX9 that had a few issues. The taillight was out, there was interior and exterior cosmetic damage, and the passenger side window had a motor issue. I was assured this would be taken care of no problem. Also, as it was the weekend, they had no one available to detail the car- no problem they said they would take care of it next time I came in. I brought my car in twice that same week in September and had the car at the dealership all day only to be told that they hadn’t been able to do anything during that time except fix the window. I had to go out of town and they assured me they would fix everything when I got back. When I got back to town and tried to make contact I got radio silence from my seller James Bickford. I went into the dealership to talk to someone- James was not available and neither was a manager. The man I talked to told me James has an issue getting back to customers and he’d have him reach our to me. James did reach our twice to schedule an appointment and then ten days went by without a response when I tried to verify when would be a good day. I called the dealership again to get in contact with someone and there was no manager available and they told me they could take a message. In the five weeks I’ve had my car I’ve now been told the breaks are shot and the radiator needs to be replaced. I do not know about other Wyatt Johnson locations or other sellers but I would definitely think twice before buying a car from this location. It’s insane that they would even sell a car without a working taillight and even crazier that five weeks later they haven’t had the capability to address this issue. I would not feel safe with any family or friends driving a car from this dealership now knowing the product and service they put forth.

The car needed a new windshield, new floor mats and the tires were right at 60% but we were able to work a deal to get the windshield replaced, discounted tires and floor mats. First: Shout out to Hermes. He helped me tremendously!I went on a 3k trip from Ann Arbor MI to Fort Sill OK. I decided to rotate my tires at 20k near Fort Campbell.Hermes immediately told me there was a recall on my fuel pump, fixed it on the spot (few hours) at no cost. I continued my road trip to Fort Sill and back to Michigan with no issues!Ive own Subaru, Dodge, Ford, BMW and now Toyota......No Brand of Vehicle has treated me with the best customer service literally world wide. I bought my truck in Germany and its the same....World Class customer service when you need it and when you buy a Toyota, its almost like integrating into a family. This is even after being in the Impreza community for many years by the way.Please, do yourself a favor and turn in your non-Toyota for a Toyota. I have two more reviews to write, thats for my Wifes 4 Runner ;)Toyota for ever!If you are military, and you want reliability with all those PCSing moves....get a Toyota!Oh and we have owned our two Toyotas for nearly 3 years, and we have spent only on tire rotations, nothing else.....so maintenance costs has literally been around $40 for 3 years for two 2019 Toyotas....Good luck getting that out of the other brands :) (which you wont)

I am very disappointed in our last experience there.I bought my Toyota Camry XSE from Wyatt Johnson Toyota and always had my vehicle serviced with them except when I had brand new Toyota rims put on with the warranty I purchased, I went to Hopkinsville Toyota in Kentucky for that to be done. When these new rims were put on, my tire pressure sensor monitors should have been also is what my warranty department informed me of. I drove off the lot in Hopkinsville and the sensors were not working or reading any pressure. I came back in 24 hours later and they replaced them. Now fast forward to just a week and a couple days ago. I went into my trusted Toyota service department in Clarksville TN with the original service of an oil change (which is regular for me with them). I was told I am not due for one but a balance I am. From the point of Hopkinsville to this day I brought my car into Wyatt Johnson, the tire pressure sensor did NOT give me any issues.When I drove off the lot the day of getting my car back from the balance done, what do you know the light is blinking and not reading tire pressure. I understand accidents happen as long as it will get resolved. First service wanted to charge me a diagnostics for the light, not happening. Then when they found out the problem, they did not want to take ANY credit for the mistake. When a customer takes anything into the shop to be fixed if ANYTHING is wrong that was NOT there before bringing it in, THAT in itself would be a good business to fix the issue especially only being 24 hours later I call with the issue.They do not want to fix the problem at all. So now because I went in with my business, I left with another problem.Im not sure what kind of business runs like that but I will not be coming back to either purchase a new vehicle or have mine serviced. I will gladly travel any distance when it comes to positive CUSTOMER CARE.Very disappointing Toyota.

No regrets.......After purchasing my fabulous car and having it only a few weeks, a leak was discovered. The repair was not under warranty, however, the sales manager personally paid for the repair himself!!! I went to look at some SUVs not knowing very much about them. I am a recent widow and this is my first car buying experience alone. A nice young man named Cody T. came to greet me. He showed me everything I asked for that they had in stock. Every button or knob that I asked about, he answered or showed me how to find it in the car manual. I told him I really needed to think about all the different options that he showed me and that I would be back in a few days. I thought he would be upset that I wasted his time, but he said he completely understood and would be more than happy to answer any additional questions I might have. He made a lady feel safe and secure and I will definitely be buying my SUV from Cody this weekend. He is a fine young man!

This place is hit or miss. When theyre good, theyre awesome, but overall, I say mediocre. Ive had consistently great service at Bill Wright Toyota in Bakersfield, California. Jaime is the BEST! They just tried to charge me a shop fee for rags, etc. on top of the fee they quoted for the service. Give me a break!

Aydden was such a huge help. He guided us in the right direction, and was such a fun and bubbly person with my kids . My daughter now calls him papa . I would definitely come back and he will be the salesman I will buy from. I 100% recommended Aydden !

We were on our way to Pigeon Forge from Missouri and noticed our tail light was out. We stopped thinking it would be a quick bulb replacement but it ended up being a wiring issue. Mark in the service department was extremely kind, humble, and caring and made sure we were taken care of. They should change the name Clarksville to Marksville….John (I believe that was his name) the master tech did what he could to get us back on the road when normally it would have been a two day repair. Both guys were awesome.These days customer service is hard to find but we really felt like they were trying their best to help us. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy our vacation!
