My mother and I went in on 9/8 to shop for a refrigerator. They had a nice selection but most of what we viewed had “ Sold” tags on the appliance. We also found a gas range we really liked. Although there were more than five employees sitting near the front of the store, not one offered assistance. Therefore we left bought a refrigerator at a neighboring store. We were pretty incredulous about our experience.!

The supply of scratch and dent is pretty limited, but had a good selection of new appliances. My only knock is a lack of in house delivery for those of who dont have a truck or trailer.

Got a great price on an upright freezer that had small hardly noticeable dings on the bottom sides. Very friendly and delivery price was reasonable.I would think that the price they sell items for depends greatly on what they paid for them, they have to make a little profit. Every single thing there might not be a super great deal but there are still great deals there to be had. If you didnt find something there that worked for you the last time you looked doesnt mean you wont find something next time.

We had to go back and pick up a gas hose for the dryer because it wasnt included as it was supposed to have been. Annoying, but more importantly DO NOT use the delivery service they recommend Daugherty. Particularly if you want your equipment set up. They have no idea what theyre doing and weve had to re-do what they did. They did not stack the appliances or connect anything properly. Just a warning.

Andrea suggested that I call back in 2 days when a delivery would arrive. I called & Andrea had just what I wanted. The best part of my experience is that I didn’t have to wait 4 weeks for a delivery and I saved $200.00. Definitely a 5 star rating. Very helpful and considerate staff.

Came in looking for a new washer/dryer set after my dryer stopped working. I was met with Andrea, who was more than helpful in assisting my husband and me. I have purchased two houses of GE Cafe kitchen appliances from My Scratch in the last several months. The first kitchen was ordered new from GE and came I in about a week at a price better than I was able to find anywhere else. The second kitchen were all scratch and dent (although the flaws were all nearly imperceptible) and was purchased at a fraction of the costs of retail. Jason, Chris and Melinda were all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend My Scratch and Dent to anyone in the market for new appliances.

We just left this store. It was our first time there. Our fridge died on us so we are looking to replace it. They had alot of options. We found one we really like, and will go back to purchase. Brand name at a great price. The lady working was very helpful and informative. She seemed to know the product she was selling. The fridge cost more than we assumed wed pay so we didnt have all the money on us. They do not offer layaway but she said she could hold it for us for 2 days. They had many options for other appliances as well as some home decor. We will definitely return when we replace the washer and dryer and dishwasher.

The store is OK. But one thing to pay attention: DO NOT USE the Daugherty moving they recommend. The moving company is not professional at all. I got stood up twice. They lied about their schedule, and even making excuse saying due to the tax season they were super busy. What kind of excuse is that? Also if they miss the 1st time and promise you they will make it the best next time. Dont believe it! They will be late and lie again! Totally absurd. Stay away from this DAUGHERTY!

Called this business about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday to see if they were open, due to covid-19. They answered and told me they were open. Their closing time was in 30 minutes. I told them I was on my way. I arrived less than 15 minutes later and the doors were locked 15 minutes before closing.They could have saved me a trip if they would have told me they were closing early. I told them I was on my way and all they said was ‘ok’. Extremely bad customer service.

Had them put a fridge hold so my wife can hopefully go check out the fridge tomorrow. Super friendly staff. Here is to hoping I get a new fridge tomorrow

We waited almost 2 months to be told the order from a box store was delayed again 3 weeks. Called and walked in and left with our range.

You really dont get that big of a discount for the scratch and dent stuff, maybe roughly 50 bucks. I noticed that most of their stuff they sell is brand new and is roughly about the same price at competing stores. The reason why I give it three stars is because once we bought a brand new dryer and a scratch and dent washer they reminded us of all the extra things were going to need I E power cords dryer vents Etc. And I feel like I got bait and switch a little. To be fair Im not sure what a brand new washer and dryer would come with at Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards. However, I feel like a power cord it would have came with.

Prices not very much(if at all) cheaper than new, at the store. Maybe the 90 day same as cash option is worth it, since it isnt based on credit, i dont know. But, not gonna save you a whole lot of money to walk in and buy. Had a decent selection to choose from, but again, not a big drop in price on anything the we saw there.

Stopped in today, prices were more than the box stores like Lowes and Home depot. In addition, three staff members were chatting loudly towards the back counter and totally ignored me as I walked through looking. I dont bother with places that ignore customers. Will never be back

All but the French door fridge had NO cosmetic issues that we could even find. The fridge had substantial dents on one side but they dont show once the fridge is slid into our cabinets. Not a minutes problem with any.
