Was considering shopping here, but after receiving their ad in the mail (addressed to Local Postal Customer) I will NOT be shopping here. Advertising mailers are wasted on me, as I will do my own research regardless. I call to be taken off all mailing lists, as its an incredibly wasteful business practice. THIS mailer has no address, making removal impossible. I will not support such a wasteful and presumptuous company.

This place is awesome!! Gloria and Adam are awesome. Before Adam took over Steve was there he was helpful also we paid off one account and got the other one paid for like 6 months. at that time it was Gloria that helped us. We went back in there in May and reopened the one account and got some new items, Adam and one of the helpers came and set it up. Just recently my husband and I lost our jobs and Adam worked with us till we got on track again. Since the change of Steve not being there I have seen a major difference in the overall look of how they have it set up in there and how the workers are even interacting with the customers the morale of the company has changed for the good.I will always have a good thing to talk about with this company and I will refer people.

Needed some help on a deep freezer and one of the employees ( Adam) Super friendly guy helped pick the right one. Great customer service from him week after week and helps me find products Im looking for.

Have been a customer for several years and have never had an issue and have had an amazing experience...until Steve left and the new guy Adam took over. He is rude and doesnt like to work with his customers. 0% recommend them now. Will never give my business to this company again.

I am in a Bankruptcy right now they have done nothing but harass me about the item I have ..they have received a cease and desist letter from my attorney and the bankruptcy court yet still harass me for payments ... Be WARN AND BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM .They also 2 years ago when I wanted to rent a refrigerator from them brought me what was suppose to be a brand new one .wasnt it was dirty and had roaches... Some people in here crack me up, mad because they wont work with you or because you dont want to pay them cus a bankruptcy, lol . They do work with you I got laid off and couldnt expect a check for a minimum of three weeks. Steve looked at our rental history saw we pay on time and never miss and pushed our payments for a no thmto ensure we did not lose our things. The question is not will they work with you its do u deserve it and clearly if they wanted the come get thier things it was over 4 days of not hearing from you. Its sad that such a great biz has less than 5 stars because ppl dont want to pay and get mad about it! This place is the best rto out there and they guarantee low prices and if anything is wrong they replace the item will your item is being fixed if that is ever an issue . Thank you Steve and ataff

Order a washer and dryer eco friendly one. The brand new washer DIDNT WORK. They bought a cheap non eco friendly small washer with the promise to fix big eco sized bring back two weeks. It been 2 Months still havent seen the original signed for washer and they want to make weekly payments substantially more. Short story.. dont buy from this company. Furniture Scammers. Would not recommend and will be transfering business else were. My pay got messed up called before payment due and let them know it be a few days late. Advised they were not gonna work with me and coming to pick the stuff up. Every payment has been made ahead of due date.

This is a horrible company!I been paying weekly payments, been good.Went down to one job and requested to move to biweekly and was told it was fine and they called me the next Saturday for another payment after I paid two weeks worth. They still call me EVERY week still threaten to do this and that. And the thing is they call you 4 times ON your due date even when you are not late. Back to my story it been mis communication with them for the whole month when I went out of town thinking I had bi weekly payments and actually missed ONE payment on accident when they were told they could auto draft whats he point of having my card on file.I get voicemails about coming to pick up equipment.I even said you know what let me just pay the whole thing off next week so I wont do business with you all anymore. Thats not an option, so you want 180$ now which is BS thats a whole month payment 42x4weeks being a so called 2 weeks behind but wont let me pay the whole thing off the next week,poor sales mgmt. choosing 180 over the false amount they stated anyways $500+. Lol this company is trash worse managers to ever deal with and on top of that..when he dropped it off and put it together I came home and both doors were broken off my wife said they just fell off he didnt screw them in all the way I strongly advise NO ONE ever do business with this company or you will come out of pocket!This one is in Clarksville, TN 37042

Love the way they treat their customers

New policies took place without informing customers that already have a +1 year contract with different charges added on. I called about all these added charges that are NOT in the contract and the store associate (not mentioning his name) stated, We have to make money, so if you dont agree with it; you can do business with RAC! Sure did say that. I straight told him that we will NEVER purchase from them again. Called the headquarters and waited on the District Manager Eddie/Edward to call us-NEVER heard anything. Last I checked, if there is a complaint about your employees, new charges not in the contract, and so forth-you need to call the customer back!Their store associates are just like Used Cars Salesmen (Live to Falsify)!

Their good about getting what you ask for but getting any problems handled is a different story they will push you off as long as possible.

Josh is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
