Horrible customer service! Waited 45 minutes looking at lights only to have the salesperson approach me and then argue with me about a light I wanted to purchase 2 of. I said I wanted to purchase this black light and she said it’s brown. I said it looked black but that’s fine- I’d like to purchase 2 of them. She continued to tell me they weren’t black, they are brown. English toffee. Even got a black notebook to show me the color difference. Ok, I just want to purchase 2 of them- “ but you can see they are not black right?” As she continued to explain I just told her never mind I was good to go somewhere else. You can be right or you can be happy. This woman needed to be right. What a waste of time!!!

This was the most fun experience weve had since we started building those ladies are a hoot! They cut up with us and let us enjoy picking things out without feeling rushed or inconvenienced! Would highly recommend! Great people and great selection of products!! Thank you both so much!!!

Customer service was able to fix my issue with a faulty dishwasher. It took a little bit of hassle but ultimately they made it right!

Horrible customer service and quality of their products are not the greatest. Bought a new construction home and day one the dishwasher from Clarksville lighting doesn’t work. Showed up on the home inspection report and they claimed to fix it. Move in and it doesn’t work. They keep stalling to fix or replace. Very disappointed.

We will never go back here. The rep was rude and ordered the wrong lights, then told us it was our fault. We had to pay over $200 for something similar to what we actually wanted just to have it fixed before we moved i to our new house. It was a horrible experience.

Great local business, with excellent selection and prices. I was surprised at how reasonable and competitive the prices were at Clarksville Lighting and Appliance. I picked up three lights and they were all beautiful and less expensive than similar lights at the big box stores. They also have a great selection of fans, chandeliers, and kitchen appliances.The staff was welcoming, but did not pester us as we walked around and checked everything out. However, once we were ready to make a selection they were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back for vanity lights for my bathrooms!

Very unhelpful. I went in hoping for a kitchen light (flush mount not pendant). The lady pointed and said they’re over there, they weren’t. She finally got up to help and took me to a different part of the store. If you know what you want and where it is in the store going in, this place is great. If you’re expecting good customer service, this place is not for you.

They have a great variety of appliances and lighting fixtures. The staff is friedlyz knowledgeable snd showed great patience when addressing all of our questions and concerns. Their level of customer service is exceptional!

The pricing for their merchandise is higher than necessary, but they have control over most of the region as far as new builds. If youre building a new home, talk to your contractor and shop around online or throughout town, you can get appliances cheaper if you look around.

Thet a rude and awful customer service...if my contractor hawkins didnt get appliances for a house we are having built i would have walked out...i will never recommend this location.

Unfortunately, our dishwasher did not work after having it for 4 days, as the entire motherboard inside it had completely fried. Instead of replacing it, they had us going through the warranty process with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out a repair man & the dishwasher motherboard is back ordered for over a month. Meaning we are without a dishwasher after we paid full price for one in our brand new home- for OVER a month.While I understand that this is the standard procedure for warranty issues, I am quite disappointed that Clarksville Lighting & Appliance will not stand behind their products when they are less than a week old. Especially given the business we gave this company, buying an entire house worth of lighting and kitchen appliances.Could not recommend.

The store was not that big but the selection was very good, and there prices on the lights and ceiling fans were a lot cheaper than the others that we saw at Lowes and Home Depot.
