Bought a washer and dryer from them and they are great. They actually care about you and will go out their way to take care of you. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a budget friendly appliance.

Last week we purchased a refurbished washer & dryer. The price was a great deal considering our budget. Terrance was super personable. He answered all our questions. He went over in detail their 30-day warranty policy.We took our new-to-us appliances home and installed the dryer first. To test it, I pressed the start button and became concerned that when I let go of the button, the dryer stopped. We contacted Terrance who assured us he would swing by on the same day to troubleshoot the issue. Within three hours, Terrance arrived and within 30 minutes he resolved the issue. He also assured us that the visit would not count as a warranty call.He installed the washer and ensured that both appliances worked as promised when we purchased them. Terrance made us a priority and we appreciate his customer service.The issue we had with the start button may have been a fluke. If they dont already use one, I suggest a checklist before they put appliances on the sales floor. However, this does not drop my 5-star rating at all.We recommend S & T Appliance Repair!

I purchased a 2017 model appliance from S&T and told it was in good working order. When delivered & installed by S&T they had forgotten to bring all parts necessary for use of said appliance. I was unable too produce a single /successful use for 4 days. I contacted S&T immediately upon their next business day. Furthermore; I strongly feel I was purposefully delayed by S&T at every turn (during further mentioned process), if only to run out their 30-day warranty. S&T (owners) proceeded to; reschedule my appointments, delay returning my calls, delay on inspecting the machine at all, obtain parts for a proper repair, not show up on time, etc. S&T (owner) eventually showed up with only 3 days left on their warranty, and 4 days until their next business day .Following S&Ts single-unsuccessful repair they (owners) left before properly testing the appliance too confirming working order, stating reason as: end of work day. I proceeded to leave multiple voicemails over their 3 closed bus. days, making them aware that their repair was unsuccessful. Once I finally reached them on their very next business day, i was told the WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED & ONLY OFFERED to exchange the appliance. In an attempt to work with them further; I expressed my willingness to do so only if S&T had a similar product, for which they did not, stating they had simply; sold and/or repaired a small amount of this particular type of appliance. In even further attempts to work with the owner until the issue(s) were rectified, I called S&T on multiple occasions throughout the following weeks. I called checking their stock for a similar type appliance, or a satisfactory repair. At this time i was informed they DO NOT employee a proper mechanic containing any ability to rectify further complaints with said appliance. I ask that they please contact me when S&T Co. gained ability/knowledge to properly repair this appliance, or a similar appliance for which I could trade. Three (3) months later yet no further information/contact has been attempted to me by S&T Co. & its business owner(s) /operator(s).

Purchased a Frigidaire Dryer and it work for about 1 week with no issues but the 2nd week we starting having issues and is currently not useable. I have tried to contact the Store but I keep getting there voicemail and they seem to always be closed. At the moment I am very unhappy with the product and the customer service. I am hoping they stick to there 30 day warranty and fix or replace the malfunctioning Dryer. If they fix or replace the Dryer I will update my review with a better rating.The following Wednesday I was contacted by S&T and they made arrangements to come pick the malfunctioning Dryer up. I was informed that they would either fix the dryer or replace it. They ended up replacing it and had it delivered to my house that Saturday. They also informed me of there normal work days (Wednesday thru Saturday), which was why I did not receive a reply sooner

The folks at S & T were super knowledgeable about the repairs my dryer needed and got me hooked up with a new deep freezer all in one visit. 10/10 would recommend

S&T came to my house to fix my refrigerator and they did a great job! Even setting the appointment for the repair was a great experience. Very fast and accommodating. The gentleman were very polite and professional as well. So happy I found them and will use their services from now on.

I read the reviews, thats one reason I chose this service. I was completely disappointed with the whole experience. We had a circuit board go out on our refrigerator. That was Thursday. I understand that the part was not readily available. So Saturday I texted the repair man and he assured me we had an appointment slot for 3 -6 pm. No problem. At 9:45 pm he shows up, takes about 5 to 7 minutes to put the part on and then we pay $ 343.00. It wasnt so much the cost, but the fact that he was on another job during our appointed slot time. And coming at that late hour? I will never use this company again!

Honestly would have given them 5 stars if we didn’t have to go out & buy a new dryer. We went in & bought a washer, dryer & freezer. We paid for delivery & told them the day we bought it when we were moving. They didn’t tell us until after we had paid for everything & left the store that they weren’t open that day or the day after when someone would be home. They were able to work around my schedule & deliver on my lunch hour though. The men who delivered were prompt & set everything up for me. Here’s the problem...I had to dry my first load of laundry 4 times. My husband didn’t want the hassle so he told me to call & ask for a refund on just the dryer. They wouldn’t do that but said they could come look at it but it wouldn’t be for another 4 days. This is putting me in a new house with no way to clean everything for almost 2 weeks & for anyone with kids you know what a hassle that is. We went & bought a new dryer & when we hooked it up we realized S&T hooked up the plugged wrong so in reality the dryer may work but someone’s incompetence made it not work properly. So now I have an extra dryer sitting in my garage that I won’t be able to get my money back for.

Couldn’t answer a few simple questions about some washers they were selling. After dealing with them it’s clear all they care about is money. Go to Goolsby instead. They were much more helpful.

Upon our arrival and delivery of our house hold goods to the Clarksville area, we noticed our washer keep filling the bottom tray with water. Called them on Saturday they identified the busted pump. Had it ordered on Monday, delivered and installed on Tuesday. Great customer service and speedy assistance!! Great little business, will definitely recommend them!!

They were referred to us, we were told they did great work. They should up late, could not give me an estimate cost on repairing my washer and told me just put a pot under where it’s leaking till you can get it fixed. We have to order the the part and someone will call you in a few hours to make the order. That was a week ago. I have called with no response. Very disappointed I paid $80 for the to all to put a pot under my washer to catch the leaking water. Like who does that????

I was in need of a washer & dryer so i googled where to get a used set in Clarksville tn s&t had great reviews i called them 10 min before closing time on a saturday evening he told us to come on over he stayed open just for us it seems that this young man is a hard working honest man that takes pride in his inventory and his reputation i would definitely recommend them

This place was recommended to me. I have bought 2 dryers and 1 washer from here in 1 1/2 years. My washer went out shortly after I bought my 2nd dryer. They said it would be $80 for them to come out and find the problem, and that is before any repair costs. So to fix a washer, it is almost as much as buying one from them? Ridiculous. I am headed to Goolsby tomorrow to see what they are like.

Do not buy from here! Said they’d deliver in the morning. I had to call at 12:30 at which time they lied and said “I was just getting ready to call you”. I tried to cancel my order since I hadn’t even received the product yet but they refused “saying no refunds”...even though I haven’t even received the product. Will never get my service again.
