Purchased a brand new LG washer and dryer set from this location. They stated it would be available for pickup in three days. When I came on the day to pick it up they informed me that the dryer had been delivered but the washer had not. The manager came over to talk to me and about three or four minutes later they told me that I would get the floor models of the next higher model. I agreed. They started to do the paperwork and then told me that I would get a new washer and the floor model dryer. I agreed happily since this model was almost $300 dollars more than the one that I originally purchased. They were very nice and understanding and they definitely took me (the customer) into consideration. Not a lot of business today do that which I was really surprised about. Even though it was there fault they still made me out to feel like they cared and you dont get that anymore. I would recommend them to anyone especially the manage who tried to work with us on the original purchase and when they messed up on the order. I know people have had bad experiences according to there reviews but mine was almost the total opposite.
I have purchased items at this store numerous times and am always treated well as a potential customer and customer. They always ask to help as soon as I walk in the store and the sales people I have dealt with were either very knowledgeable about the equipment or would get someone whom was if needed. Their prices are fair and they sometimes will work with you on the prices.
Great deals and very nice sales staff. If the person I was talking to wasnt 100% sure about my question he would find find someone who was. The sales staff really seemed to support each other other
Purchased a microwave from them. When I opened the box at home it looked as if it had been smashed. Misshapen and bent. Made it back to the store less than two hours after the purchase and was told that they do not have any more in stock, but I could either wait for them to order one or take a different model. They barely had any selection in the first place, and none of the models they had in stock were acceptable (the first one a known ONE star rated microwave and the other two had the wrong dimensions). When the salesman tried to talk me into just getting the low rated microwave, even though he already acknowledged that he was aware of the flaws, I finally just told him to give me my money back. He told me I needed to wait for a check in the mail and that they dont give money back in store. Unbelievable --I paid just two hours ago for a broken microwave and I dont get my money back eventhough THEY dont have the stock and THEY sold a broken item. Long story short: THEY did not help me bring the broken microwave back in to the store and I carried it in myself. When I bought it two hours ago they ad a man carry it out for me though. Seems now I was not getting that privilege anymore. I left, bought a microwave at SEARS, called the 1800HHGREGG number about the situation The woman told me they were supposed to give me the money back. I drove back to the store and they had already been contacted by the 1800people and told to give me my cash back. They were extremely rude. Made comments about my call, slammed the money on the counter, rolled their eyes, made me feel very uncomfortable, and ended up only giving me half of my cash because they supposedly needed the rest in their register. (How did they have the cash before I paid????) Never again.
HORRIBLE! I hate to even give 1 flipping star. They havent even got to my house yet and they promised me it would be between 4:15-7:15. I would have never known they were running behind because they never bothered to call me. I had to call them for them to tell me that they wont be by until 9 pm. Guess what- it is already 9 oclock and they just now got to the house before me and that house has 5 pieces that they are having delivered. I also paid $80 for them to deliver. I will give another review after they leave. SOB
Great price beat everybody out by at least 300 on a new Samsung 4k tv. Will definitely do business again
My husband and I went into the Clarksville location to get a washer and dryer, we purchased the set for $1,200 and we had a promotional period apparently. where we werent told that if we didnt pay it off by a certain time, then we would be charged the interest during that year. I find that very unprofessional of the employee to not make that known, I would have never purchased the set in that case, but I learned my lesson and I wont be back.
Awful customer service!!!! Patrick Galfen (prob not spelling this correctly) is the manager and he is the worst manager that I have ever had to deal with HH Gregg should fire him and hire someone with people skills. Bought a very expensive Samsung washer/ dryer not even a year old and the dryer stops drying. 8 days after calling a repair guy comes out says the part that we need is not in their system nor Samsungs (I find this very hard to believe) he says he will be back 2 weeks later OMG already been to the laundry mat 4 times. So we call HH Greggg and see if they will bring us a dryer until ours can get fixed (now mind you that the 2 week return of the repair guy doesnt mean the part will be there) we Patrick will not do this. We are LONG time customers the whole family buys from there. Well guess what we dont anymore and as far as I am concerned no one that we know will either!!! DONE with the crap that HH Gregg sells JUNK!!!
As most of you know they send out fliers and dont have the product they advertise, or not enough. Ive chosen to Boycott them all together. Its an ongoing thing with them.
