Awesome and knowledgeable salesperson Jason equipped us with so much more information and assured us that we had made the right choice. One guy named Tony helped me out by ordering the needed harness and dash kit, and the guy who installed it, I didnt catch his name, but he did a bang up job on the install, and it was cheaper than the other audio installer I stopped by to get a quote from. Very happy with the service I received! Would highly recommend.
I have always had solid experiences working with the people at Electronic Express. I have purchased two TVs, a desktop computer, a laptop computer and a 4 piece appliance package. I have used Acceptance Now to finance the items Ive purchased and paid the purchases off within the 90 days same as CASH window. The service you receive is from knowledgeable and friendly store personnel. They dont try to upsell you or get you to purchase stuff you dont need. I like that!!! I recommend Electronic Express in Clarksville very highly. I can only imagine ALL of their locations provide a similar experience .......
Thanks for the opportunity to share. I bought almost $200 worth of equipment from your store on Monday the 29th but had my wife try to return two security cameras on the following Thursday since you told me at purchase that I I only had a 7 day return policy. Because she didn’t have my debit card you refused to accept the return and so she made a 70 mile (both ways) trip for nothing. Today I will again make the trip to Clarksville and try to return the cameras before my 7 day window closes. But the good news is that I won’t have to make the trip again because I won’t be going back to electronic express.
Got a monitor here a few weeks ago, that works like it should, but the reason for the 4 star is because when my dad and I walked in normally I like to browse. However, the whole time a worker kept following us very closely, and giving constant advise on what we should get. While I dont mind too much, I felt a bit rushed. Other than that, good quality equipment and fair priced.
First of all, the prices were good. The assistant manager at the Clarksville store, Austin, was very nice and very helpful. But the finance experience through Acceptance Now has been miserable. The women who helped us were confusing and bad at communicating. We repeatedly told them we wanted to put so much down and finance the rest. We were told we could NOT do that. They repeatedly said “we can’t split the payment.” Then at the end of the transaction when the paperwork was ready to be signed they asked us how much we wanted to put down. I don’t understand why they couldn’t understand what we wanted to do, but they didn’t. On top of it, they kept trying to send an email to me for some reason when all they had to do was put the paperwork through to a kiosk. We waited 44 minutes for an email that still hasn’t arrived a week later.Now, they were supposed to call and schedule the delivery with us. I called because it’s 5pm and they tell me we’re scheduled for delivery between 6-9pm!! They didn’t ask if that was ok. They just put it down and never called. The guy at the store said “I doubt they’ll be there that late.” So their time frame for delivery means absolutely nothing. We will HAVE to eat take out tomorrow evening because our kitchen will be disassembled waiting for them to bring a refrigerator.I will NEVER buy anything from them that has to have anything to do with financing or delivery ever again. I will stick to Best Buy. They’re getting two stars for Austin. Otherwise they’d get no stars.
I recently purchased a washer and dryer set on closeout. At the time of the purchase the system said that they had multiple units in the warehouse and it would take 3 days to get them in on the next truck. The evening prior to them coming in I was notified that the item had been over sold (this being a software issue they should address) and they were unsure if the truck had my order on it. I had been dealing with a broken washer, busted water valve and a plumber that left me hanging to do the work myself when I got the call and I lost my cool. The manager that spoke with me never flinched, he stayed calm and professional as I laid into him. After the call was over and I calmed down I received a call from the another manager appearing to be the higher up of the previous one. After lots of communication and some apologizing on my end for my behavior we decided to wait and see what was on the truck before rushing out and buying something else. The following day I received calls with updates that the truck was running a little behind and eventual the call I was waiting for that my order was indeed on the truck. I was able to get what I paid for and the whole time not once did I get an unprofessional person. The way they handled a very upset customer was spot on. This would be a 5 star review if it werent for the inventory system they use. That appears to be the weak link in this whole situation. If it updated in real-time this situation would have been avoided.
In December we bought a dishwasher and hired Electronic Express to install it. They came and installed it incorrectly and we had to have them come out again. They did install it correctly the second time but in the process they damaged our tile floor. The worker apologized and said that it would be taken care of however that has not happened. My wife called them shortly after and they said they they were aware of it and we took that as a promise of coming action to resolve the issue.After not being able to get in touch with anyone on the matter I reported them to the BBB. They then lied and said that the tile was broken before they came out. They are not only reckless in their work but dishonest. I am not sure what it would cost to replace the tile they broke, but their unwillingness to take responsibility for damage they caused is an unacceptable business practice.
I recently tried purchasing a Laptop from this place. I paid nearly $700 cash for an Hp Laptop. The lady that help me; said that I would have it by Wednesday. This was on a Sunday when it was purchased. Wednesday comes around and the Laptop didnt arrive. The manager called me and stated that the warehouse was having issues and I could either Recieve a full refund or choose another Laptop! So, I choose to receive my cash back. I wasnt able to go to the store myself. So my 7month Fiance had to go. The manager was being extremely disrespectful to my lady. Trying to bully her saying that hes not going to refund her the cash. An that I could either receive a gift card, or drive to Nashville to find the laptop. This really struck a nerve with me causing me to give the managers a piece of my mind. Informing them that Ill be up the next day to receive my money back regardless of their cowardly acts to run my 7 month Pregnant fiance off!! They finally buckled after they noticed the rage in my tone and returned the cash back to my fiance. Ive spent thousands of dollars buying electronics from this location. Ill never do business again with any Electronic Express again !! They will never receive another dime from me.
I would have given them 5 Stars for the actual customer service. I order a $3000 laptop and I tried to pick it up from the warehouse and was told I would have to cancel my order and redo it for pick up. Now I have to wait a week just to get it. Very disappointed at this point.

While staff was friendly, the owners or upper management was unwilling to help us. The clearance dishwasher we purchased from them with salesmans full assurance that it was in perfect condition had been the victim of warehouse mice or rats.We got home to discover all the rubber hoses underneath the dishwasher had been devoured with very little left behind.After the strain of 2-3hrs of accumulative travel at our expense for an item they failed to inspect, they were unwilling to offer any form of discount for the trouble and only had full price dishwashers available, with limited models having any actually in-store.Our $200 savings on the LG that the mice/rats enjoyed turned into having to spend an extra $219 to have a replacement to bring home tonight.

My 1st experience with this store was not a Great one but I thought I would take the chance and have my dash cam installed. The day of installation I arrive to be there by the manager stating that I do not have an appointment on this day!who made the appointment and ask him how I got a copy of the receipt.I stated to him that he made the appointment he gave me the receipt and then advised me the appointment for to be today. After he found me in the computer he said “Oh your appointment is next week” I said no sir, it’s for today. I asked he he could check with the installer if he can work on my project maybe later in the day I waited a few minutes and then he returned and said that the installer is very busy and could not do it today. I asked for a refund which was given to me I will never do business with them again the stores run by a bunch of young men who have no idea what they’re doing it’s almost as if it looks like a daycare service.

Horrible customer service experience!! I came in the store four months ago to inquire about purchasing a washing machine. The individual who helped me displayed good customer service. I was persuaded to purchase a new model of a Samsung washing machine. I decided to place the item in the layway. I made payments for the next three months. I finally decided to purchase the washing machine, however what the salesman failed to tell me in the beginning was that I had to pay for new hoses to hook the machine up from Electric Express. Well, I had already purchased a new set of hoses, and I wasnt going to threw them away. The gentlemen that checked me out at the counter insisted that in order for me to have the machine hooked up, I had to pay for a new pair of hoses so that would have brought the price of the machine up an additional $89.00 (plus the cost of a delivery fee added). So in my estimation this seemed like a hustle. When I told the manger this, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He even offered to cancel the transaction which I did!! Please let your sales people know to inform customers of all the up-front fees and additional purchases needed before they come in to purchase items!! Its common courtesy!!

We were in the store for 30 mins looking at TVs, they were not busy, no one ever approach us to assit with a purchase, but when we left a sales person hollered out have a nice day we went to another competive store and purchased our 65 inch tv and sound bar. We have always made our purchases at the rivergate electronic express nashville, tn and treated with the highest respect. We will never shop at the clarksville tn wilma Rudolph location again. Lots to choose from. Salesperson is well,a salesperson. But he helped me with financing with little work from me. Items are too notch. Limited supply of certain items compared to a bigger store nearby,but better customer service. I probably spent 2 hours there trying to make up my mind. But I honestly did not feel pressured into anything. And their sales are CLEARLY marked. And if they dont have an item you want,they can get it quick. I will most likely keep buying from there in the future. I did not try out there delivery service(because I have a truck),but it seemed to be rather quick if needed. And most importantly, you can find someone to help you without wondering aimlessly around the store looking for help.
Done business with this company in the past and had a decent experiences nothing amazing. Today I go into store for advertised price of he dryer 535.00 First attempt . Salesman told me I must by both units I cant just buy a dryer. Same unit was in sent section. They had same model . Again he said I must buy both I said that doesnt seem right. And I said can you get me a price . He then runs off and comes back and offers me 545.00 for open box item . I had enough . Apparently clarksville EE had some managerial fraud issues going on. Just be willing if you shop here to cover all your bases. They are lyets and frauds. If desperate for what you need. Bring a lawyer.

This place is horrible I went in to buy a refrigerator they lied about the size of it so I had to return it when it was returned they didn’t have anything else but a 30 inch they was supposed to refund 219.00 to my bank card and the next day the one they gave me I had to take back an they took 219.00 more off my card so all together for a refrigerator that was 699.00 I paid a total of 1205.00 for it not including moving fees gas back an forth. When I asked about my money not being refunded I was told I could call corporate and they don’t care basically an that I’d get my money back whenever the bank decides to send it back to my account the manager and whoever Tony is that works there was rude an didn’t really care Tony told me that when people come in an want to buy something they just take the money an give you the product. I was never given a receipt with any kind of exchange or return policy on it only thing I was told is that I had 30 days to exchange it or refund it with no questions asked but when I called to return it I was asked 9 million questions I do not recommend this place to anyone if you want a good deal on appliances Home Depot is very professional and took care of everything I needed an I came out cheaper! So if you want a deal an not screwed out of your hard earned money I’d suggest anywhere but here!
Was given a sub/amp Kicker HS10, purchased on 3/27/21. Upon opening the box, it was obvious this was a used unit, as the unit was dirty, and the wiring harness was shoved in the box.This was sold as new product, which is not.Taking back in the morning, waste of time, and frankly dishonest!!!!!!
After 3 years of spending over $9k at Electronic Express in Clarksville TN..the wife and I had the worst experience ever here. All over a $100 install misunderstanding. I will never shop here again ever. I will be willing to pay more anywhere else simply on just principle and the way we were treated today. Worst customer service. I will recommend other places for anybody who ask me regarding their electronic needs. There is no way to prove it but my wife believes one of the rude delivery guys stole $15 that was sitting on top of her purse because she found him in the room with the purse and he said he was looking for his sunglasses. Tried to return an item 3 days after the purchase. I had the reciept and made the purchase on a debt card. They said they could only refund me with the same debt card or a store gift card. I couldnt give them the debt card because I had to cancel it due to fraud on the account and I hadnt gotten the replacement yet. They refused to give me cash for a simple $30 item. The manager treated me very rude. I then calmly called corporate and was hung up on. Called back and the call center manager said she would try to resolve my case and call me bac . Week later and still no call. Ball dropped at every stage. Super poor service.

Shopping here was a great experience from start to finish. Our old refrigerator decided to up and quit on us one day, so after stopping in several stores and not finding what I wanted, I came here, and they had the exact fridge I had been looking for. I ended up buying an entire appliance package to update my kitchen.J.J., the salesperson who helped me, was perfect! He wasnt pushy, didnt hover, and offered the perfect amount of input and advice.Purchasing and setting up delivery went much more quickly than I had expected. I was even able to meet the delivery person while I was in the store, which was nice, because I am always a bit uneasy when welcoming strangers into my home, so meeting him in advance was great.As far as the actual delivery, it went very smoothly as well. The guys were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a great experience all around, and I will definitely shop here in the future.

I have been to Electronic Express twice looking for a Sound Bar. The negative to this store is the sales peoples seem to be on commission and they can be a little more present than I would like.The first time, I was annoyed by the sales person, so I left. I did shop around at several stores.I never found what i wanted elsewhere, so I returned to Electronic Express and this time I let them know that I wanted to shop by myself. They did leave me alone, until I asked for assistance. The sales person showed me an alternative to what I had selected because he was aware of special pricing that I did not notice. I am happy with the deal that I received. I will return again.

A nice friendly staff...if you need any installation for your stereo system, Eric Tharpe is amazing friendly as well as being very knowledgeable at his job. Id highly recommend his work. Hes always helped me if Ive ever needed ANY help with my stereo that was purchased there a few years ago. No major issues, just a minor tweak to my Bluetooth. Im not at ALL knowledgeable in that department.
I once bought a digital camera from this company. The one I picked from the display just so happened to be the last one of that particular camera. They had everything for it and wouldnt mark it down for being a display. I reluctantly bought it and took it home.Once I got home, I began playing with it and realized that it was defective and every image I took had a huge hole in it from something being defective in the camera. Within two hours of purchase I was back in the store and they would not return it. Pointed to the policy posted on the wall, no where near the register that I was never informed of.Asked for their district managers number, who kept me on hold for over ten minutes because the store called him before I did. He listened to their side of the story first and basically told me to pound sand.Long story short, if you have a problem, youre on your own. Dont expect them to do anything to help you. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Worst service EVER. Terrible attitudes (except for Von) and blew my speakers, lied about it, and blamed me. Over $500 worth of work done to my stereo system and got it back and back speakers didnt work. Next day, black guy with long hair in the install garage said they were blown when I brought it in the day before. He wasnt even there the day before. Ken was, and Ken was the one that installed the sub woofer, satellite radio, and two new door speakers (and blew the rear speakers in the process). At no point did Ken ever tell me oh, by the way, your rear speakers are shot, do you want me to replace them? No, he never mentioned it to me because he was the one to blow them. If the rear speakers were blown before I took the car in, I would have know it, and I would have had NO PROBLEM buying new ones to replace them!Worst service EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I gave two stars one for the Good prices on deep freezers, and the other for Mark who helped me. I really didnt want to give them that. Now, when it comes to pricing its a hit or miss. Some stuff is a good price, and some stuff is way over priced compared to Bestbuy. The sales staff I had was pretty nice, but I cant speak for all of them. That being said two need to be fired. One instead of helping anyone was sitting on her phone ignoring everyone. The other apparently cannot read symbols on a box, and now because she decided to ignore them I came home with damaged product. I will be returning, and taking my business to Bestbuy where I should have went anyways. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a headache. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
Tried to have a radio installed in my car. First they told me I need this part they gave me the part number and bought it. Come to find out none of my steering controls work, and DVD player will not work unless they do more work and buy new parts and pay them more money to fix it.talked to numerous associates and a manager and they told me theres nothing they will do to fix the right way.
