Everyone at the dealership was helpful and willing to answer all of my questions.I don’t know the name of the man I dealt with but he was tall and older, maybe a manager in service, but he was really patient with me and worked with me on the price.I would rate them highly.

I’ve had good dealings with the Volkswagen Clarksburg dealer.The staff is helpful and pleasant.I love the new dealership. It’s a gold star for our area.

The new dealership is truly beautiful, nice spacious waiting area, and they were nice enough to offer to bring my Tiguan to my home if I didn’t want to wait on it.We have been coming to the old dealership for years and happy to see the service area getting better and better.

I am a long time VW fan. I’ve owned 13 of them so far and have come in contact with a lot of dealerships through the years.I don’t think I’m an expert but I can tell who really knows German cars and who doesn’t. This dealership definitely knows German cars. Mine is a 2013. No problem whatsoever with their technicians. I like to ask a few questions just to see who I’m dealing with and make sure they know what they are doing.I was impressed by the service managers general knowledge and more so the guys working on the cars.I’ll be coming here from now on.

VW in Bridgeport looks awesome. We stopped in for an oil change and what a surprise.They still have construction going on but the dealership looks phenomenal. Katie helped us and said that by the first of August they should be 100% ready.It’s super exciting to have a first rate VW dealership here for us.

So we have had VW’s for a long time and have been coming here off and on for many years.The level of service has really improved in the last few years. We have been impressed with the staff and they have taken the time to make sure that we have been happy.That may not sound like a lot but it goes a long way. It’s nice to know that we can rely on people that actually care about our vehicles and not just getting the next dollar from us.I would recommend them with 10 stars.

I am a big fan of this dealership.I’ve owned a few VW’s and have been through the ringer while shopping for a Tiguan.Chauncey, my sales guy, was great. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and he made the deal easy. It’s obvious that this dealership knows how customers want to do business these days. They were up front with everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction.

The shop does not seem so busy that you have to wait weeks. I called Morgantown and Parkersburg for an appointment for a simple warranty job and the soonest I could get in was 15 days.Clarksburg got me in 4. They did the job well and quickly and got me back on the road.

I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have them serviced here as well. The team here is one of the best around. Always trying to give the best service possible. The complimentary car wash is pretty awesome as well. Parts always has the part I need either in stock or next day. Will be doing some service again here soon. Again I highly recommend this dealership.

The best dealership in the state hands down! Every time I go in for anything I am greeted with a home town feel! Everyone knows me by name and are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the dealership! Every question I have ever asked was answered immediately and if they didn’t know they found it out before I left. Managers also make it point come out and speak with me and actually get to know me and my family. The Sales Manager Chris came out of his office and spoke to me on the lot, he didn’t have to but he did to make sure I am well taken care of. The salesman too are very friendly and know their stuff, i was working with Alec but Ray and Chauncey did not hesitate to answer any questions I had while Alec was busy making sure my experience was outstanding! I have never had that kind of experience anywhere else! The Finance Manager Craig even let my restless daughter sit on his lap as we did paperwork on my new Atlas so she too had a fun experience. I also got to talk to the General Manager John, who you would have thought I knew for years as much as we talked. If you are looking for a dealership that you will enjoy visiting and make you feel like family and not a consumer then look no further!!

I had my Jetta in a shop in Parkersburg for 3 weeks! They did nothing besides charge me over $1400 and gave me my car back with the same problems.I was beyond frustrated and my friend told me to take it to Clarksburg and see if they could help me. These guys were totally awesome. They obviously have experience dealing with a lot of TDI’s. Not only did they do a new turbo and a few other things, they took the time to look into the warranty and saved me thousands of dollars. Most people don’t do that these days. They just want your money and don’t care what happens after that.I will tell everyone I know to go to Volkswagen Clarksburg. They are caring people that don’t try to rip you off. And my Jetta has been running great ever since.

I broke down on my way home from FL to Toronto and they took me in, helped me out and couldnt have been more helpful and hospitable. Nothing but the best things to say about this location, Im forever grateful the staff at the service bay were so compassionate.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all the cars on their lot. I didn’t find the car I was ready to purchase, but when I do I will surely be back to see Ray!

We’ve had outstanding service at the Clarksburg dealer.

This was my first visit to this VW shop. My first impression was not good. The building is really old and dingy. However my experience with the people inside that building changed my mind.The service manager was attentive and polite. They were very knowledgeable about my Golf R and explained everything they were doing.I travel extensively and tend to use whatever dealership is in the area that I happen to be in. But I will make a point to return here whenever I can. They even detailed my car after the service work and had it polished and looking great for me. As someone who does business at many dealerships I can say that this one has a top notch group. They mentioned that they are moving to a new building though I’m not certain where that is.

Awesome selection of cars! Our lease is up in a couple of months so we wanted to get a head start shopping for our next car. The salesman Ray Thompson was incredible. His knowledge of the cars overwhelmed me. I found my new car sales guy going forward !

My husband (Charles Bailey and myself) just purchased our 4th car from this dealership, have always been treated with the utmost respect by all the people weve met over the years, purchased the first two vehicles when it was Saturn of Clarksburg, (2 new Saturns an Ion and Aura) a Volkswagen Jetta several years ago and just last week a beautiful Jeep Compass with very low mileage. We love this dealership and would not consider giving anyone else our business, thats why we drive from Morgantown to Clarksburg to this dealership. We had a pleasant buying experience here. Our sales person, Alex, was fantastic. He did all of the things I need from a sales guy without turning us off with any pushy tactics.Their selection was actually very impressive. I remember them being a smaller dealership, so I normally didn’t look at them, but they have certainly expanded their inventory and have a better selection than Morgantown.The car is perfect. The staff I dealt with was awesome.We are thrilled with the deal and our new Volkswagen.

Hands down the nicest VW dealership I’ve ever been to! Traveling back to Florida from Elkins, WV and only made it an hour down the road and had trouble with our Tiguan. Got towed from Buckhannon to Clarksburg and they got us right in and fixed the issue and the tech worked through his lunch break to get us back on the road! Everyone there was SO nice to me and my mother and I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing service on their VW! God bless everyone that works there! They are very kind!

We’ve had a few bumps along the way with our VW but the staff at Clarksburg has been top shelf the entire time.Their General Manager has taken an interest in making sure our concerns are taken care and he always makes us feel welcome and valued each time we are in. A lot of places run from customers that have a problem but they have treated us like it was their car that had the issue. You don’t expect to buy a new car and have any problems but it’s not a perfect world.We just sincerely appreciate the entire staff and all of the hard work and HONESTY we have gotten along the way
