I came in for an inspection, recall, oil change, and tire rotation. I told the guy that the passenger rear tire was loosing 10 psi overnight every night. My recall was on tires, so I was curious if that was the reason but the tires weren’t included in the recall. He said that they looked and didn’t see anything. When I got home the same tire was loosing air, so the tires weren’t rotated. I took my vehicle the next day to a tire shop and there was a nail in the tire, so I guess they really didn’t look. It makes me question if my oil and filter were even changed because they didn’t put a sticker on my windshield like the previous time. Waiting 1.5 hours, I feel like they should have done something.
The old geaser’s don’t want to offer a fair price for your vehicle your trading in, they won’t budge on their vehicle but want to pick yours apart. When you pick theirs apart they say “well it’s a used car” lol honestly a huge waste of my time. First off I want to say I was already pre approved for the car I was interested in (had money to put down as well) . I just wanted $1,500 off of asking price (you can get a better deal just get on cargurus)
The parts department was great. They went out of their way to try and help get us back on the road. They got us the part we needed the next morning
They were prompt, courteous, and performed my service in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
My experience at Dan cava’s was a pleasure as it was the first time an it being a second time and having a dedicated sales man to assist me with every step of the way with a finance person is truly a great experience. I wanna thank John Tiano for taking the time to sale me the new truck and Kevin Magee for assisting me with the greatest financial options for financing the new truck. Thank you!
John and Shawn both were both very responsive to getting all my questions answered and honest throughout the entire buying process. Drove in from out of state to get a vehicle that was priced $3,500 cheaper than any same model 4runner in Ohio. Was able to do the entire deal over the phone and received more $ for my trade in that other dealerships. Overall was a great and easy process, would definitely buy a car from them again and recommend to friends/family.
Had a service for oil change and transmission fluid filter replacement. Was told a couple hours. Took 5.5 hours charged over 500 dollars and was told sorry for the long wait and gave me a 20 discount. Really!! Not impressed.
Hard to see the service parking area. I had to walk through a mad to get to the service desk inside with none to help out cost signage. I made an Appointment and still had to wait 10 minutes with people walking by me not asking if i was being helped or needed something. As an authorized dealer it was frustrating that they couldnt get parts & do certain repairs that only thrt were supposed to do. One guy told me they can do the work, so i made an appointment. I got there and was told no We dont do that work. Thanks for lying to me (just be honest across the board) and wasting my time. What repairs they did do to longer than they told me. Thats OK but at least keep me informed (i had to call them for updates) on delays. Picking up the car, at the guys desk he had out find if other invoices and paperwork. I could see personal info everywhere (data privacy issues all over the place). I dont trust this place not feel my info is safe here. Their diagnostic of my car was wrong too. I went somewhere else and had it diagnosed & repaired with no problem.
Pleasant greeting upon arrival, nice area to wait in while work was being done, quick turnaround for an afternoon appointment, didnt have to wait long!
This place is beyond terrible. Conflicting statements with GMC, have to struggle to get a simple service completed such as a tire rotation. Fraudulently stating they did services on my vehicle that they didnt. Frustrating.....
Bought three products for our truck. Scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and dropped it off the night before. Was told that installation would only take a few hours. Next day never received a call and when I finally got through was told that the instructions for one product had been unclear so it took all day and the other products were not started. Again promised a call when done. Friday never received a call, stopped at the dealership and was told that the parts, that had been verified by their parts department that would work with the back cover, would now not work. So both products would have to be sent back and they were still working on the one product they had started. Finally able to pick our truck up Saturday morning, pulled out from the dealership and saw “wash me” that someone had written on the back of the tailgate with their fingers. I knew that it had not been there when it was dropped off. Was so disappointed by the unprofessional way the department handled this and how I was misled in buying products they had said would work for the truck as these has been intended Christmas gifts. Will not be taking our truck back.
Always friendly, professional and willing to work with me for what I need.
GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE S ARE POLITE HOLDS DOORS OPEN FOR YOU TREAT YOU LIKE YOU BELONG THEIR GREAT LOBBY TO WAIT IN WITH TV
I was able to get an appointment easily. I explained I had purchased my new Buick in 2019 in Charleston and due to my husbands death, did not want to make the two-hour trip from Buckhannon anymore for future appointments. I needed an oil change. They made me an appointment about a week after my call. My appointment went well, I was only in the shop about an hour and they did the oil change, rotated tires, performed full service check. They noticed I needed a sticker, came and asked me if I wanted it, and of course I did, so they did that too. All within the hour. I had very pleasant conversations with Jon and Pau in the office, and Chris at the desk, then I waited comfortably in a very nice waiting area, with bottled water and soft drinks if I wanted, and watched tv with a friend who had gone with me. Had a pleasant conversation with another staff member who came through. When my car was ready, Jon came and got me and gave me my bill, showed me where to go to pay, and the girl behind that desk was equally nice. I was pleasantly surprised that on my bill they had given me a discount on the oil change portion, which maybe represents what I would have received had I gone to my Moses dealership in Charleston like in the past. I had shown them my discount coupon from Moses when I came in with the car, and think they graciously did give it to me at Dan Cava. All of this was very nice. Just like at the Moses dealership which I always liked, Dan Cava had a drive up door to the garage that opened when I pulled in, which allowed me to get out of the car in the dry, and when my car was ready they had driven it outside the door, ready for me to get in and drive out of their lot on to the highway. I was very pleased by the total experience. I feel bad about leaving the Moses dealership where I purchased the car, and may still call them to thank them for what theyve done for my husband and me in the past, but I will tell them Ive found a new Buick service department nearer my home, and I will definitely go back to the Dan Cava dealership for future service. Thank you very much.
Dan Cava never disappoints. All around great service from everyone in the dealership.
Very friendly, excellent customer service and they fixed my car the same day!!!!
Extremely RUDE! Walked in today with a worker in front of me, who didn’t even hold the door open, let it shut right in front of me! Once I was in the building the staff member was sitting at his desk with his feet up on the desk on his cell phone. So I had to ask for help. Nobody was wearing masks, nobody wanted to help. So I left.. Will never go back!
Thank you for covering the technical service bulletin work on my vehicle.
Disappointed beyond disappointed. Poor customer service. Was lied to several times and will tell all my friends to never go there and I will never go back. Ill trade my gmc for a Ford before I go through what I went through
I took my GMC in for repair at 9:00am and it wasnt ready by 4:00pm. All that was needed was an oxygen sensor. I know it doesnt take that long to install.
It went great
We had our camaro in their shop to have a noise in the motor fixed. They had the car for a week while having the car for a week they only changed a few fuses and told me that I had a crack in the windshield. After all this they told me I needed to order delete chip and that this would fix my problem. None the less it didn’t work and I still had to take it to another garage to find out what’s wrong with the car. The chip was 200.00 dollars with no returns and 600.00 for 5 hours of diagnostics! They aren’t real mechanics! They are quick lube tech’s. Stay away from this shop!! I wish I could give it a half star!
Smooth and easy trade-in process. Drove all the way from Northern VA because I was interested in getting the 2020 Buick Encore GX. No haggling or typical car salesman spiels. Received an honest, decently priced value for my 2019 Buick Encore (although I did receive higher offers at other dealerships in NOVA) and a great OTD price on the newer GX. The staff were friendly and prompt throughout the entire process.
I stopped here today to ask them to please look at my front end after hearing a loud clunk an my steering being impaired on my 2016 GMC Sierra. I had no appointment but they made time for me, looked at the truck and there was a nut that had come loose on the left side of the truck that was involved with suspension and steering. They tightened the nut and made sure the truck was safe to drive, the Service advisor refused payment, all in the service dept were as nice an accommodating as can be and I was very impressed and would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.!
Ive had nothing but good experiences with this establishment. I came in knowing what needed to be done, passed them some useful information and they did great work.. even when the work was covered by the manufacturer. Its refreshing to know there are still good places for service who arent just out to take your money.
Completed very timely manner
This is hands down one of the best places to buy a vehicle. The staff were great at helping us choose the right vehicle.Scott and the staff went above and beyond for us.Thank you all
Great people
Ppl there are misleading and claim to be able to do, to being told if I didnt take my unk and leave bc they told me they could fix it co UK ld not then tried to charge me for the job they could not do.
Drove over 3 hours to look at a truck that I was told by the dealer was a perfect truck other than 1 small issue that would be fixed under warranty. When I got there the truck was dirty covered in small dents and scratches. Found 2 seals leaking on the truck showed the salesmen and instead of offering to fix them or make things right with the truck I got the reply “ I guess this isn’t the truck for you then” so I left went 3 miles down the road to another dealer and bought a flawless truck for the same price. Don’t waste your time with these people
Sales person was refreshingly very helpful and informative without being pushy at all.
Very well cared for. I had a jack that was being used for the first time. Got the car up then the jack just collapsed, fortunately no one was injured. Trickett has ordered me another jack but I will not feel comfortable using it unless it is different than the piece of *#&/ I had. Just a warning to others on the Jacks in 2017 Buick lacrosse
Friendly and courteous service. They make you want to come back.
Our most recent following or initial purchase, which was seamless, was to install clear protective film on the front of the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up and returned as scheduled. Installation was completed well. Dealership was accommodating.
Great experience when we traded in our vehicle & got a newer one today! Kevin & John were wonderful to deal with!
Friendly staff, nice waiting room!
Best place around to get a new or used Cadillac. Highly recomend!
Excellent service! Highly recommend
Everyone was polite and helpful. The layout was a little confusing for a first time customer; service was excellant
It took 3 hrs to program a key for my car.
Regular maintenance with tire rotation. Lug nuts chewed up and now rusting. Shame nice aluminum polished wheels with rusting lug nuts. There are coated lug sockets sold on line and in Sears
If you need service done save yourself some time and frustration and go to Harry Greens. Way better service and attitude up the hill. Way better.
Fast service, fair pricing,no appointment and they fixed it right away. I was impressed.
Terrible customer service. Absolute worst listening skills I’ve ever encountered. You’re better off going to a different GM dealer.
Friendly informative and fast
Only place I will buy from. They treat you great and continue after the sale.
Where to start..I had a transmission put in my car at xyz shop, said shop towed it to bob tricketts to get the transmission programmed(gm transmission, gm certified dealer/service garage), after a day(Monday August,27) of having it bob tricketts calls and says the transmission is bad that it has no rev and slips taking off. Ensue panic on my end trying to figure out what to do with this situation. I call them back and ask if the warranty will replace the transmission if they could install it and program it, the man Ralph that I spoke with said yes can and even quoted me a price for the labor. So I call where I got the transmission from and they call bob tricketts to see what is going on and come to find out bob tricketts doesnt even have a certified transmission technician in their service department, so who even looked at my car?! Not someone who had the skills to do so. Upon finding that out, I search for another GM dealer to look at my car, HARRY GREENS. I pay Bob tricketts 94 to get my car keys back, pay to have my car towed to harry greens. Harry greens calls me Tuesday august 28th after having my care a mere 2 hours to tell me that all it needed was 4.5 quarts of transmission fluid and that it was running perfect. So thank you bob tricketts for giving me the biggest headache ever over 50 dollars worth of transmission fluid, which if you had a transmission technician probably wouldnt have happened in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go to another gm service center if you dont want to endure 99 problems.
Very friendly sales people
