Truly excellent customer service. I have been to many Audi dealers mostly over the east coast.This one has been the best.They communicated with me via text the whole time, which I appreciate. I was able to go about my work day without wondering when my car will be done, or what it needed.I imagine most dealerships will have to move to this level of service in the coming years, but Bridgeport Audi is doing it now. I will be telling colleagues and friends that this the place to go.

Mike in service did a great job with my A4.He got it right in and had it diagnosed within an hour.The price was ok for the level of service I received.I’m very happy with them.

Austin and Chris were great at helping us out the long distance purchase of a 2015 Jeep Rubicon.They took the time to walk around with a video and undercarriage video as well. I flew in from out of town to purchase one of their cars I found online. Chauncey one of the salesmen was great with customer service, helped to get all my finances figured out over the phone in the price range I wanted and sent me extra pictures since I wasn’t doing a test drive. He also picked me up from the airport in my new car. Once I got to the dealership the finalization was smooth and quick. Great online car buying experience.

The appointment was at 1300 for an oil change & state inspection sticker. Approximately 2 hours & 40 minutes later the job was finally complete. The work took entirely too long to complete & consumed the majority of my afternoon. Last year I had the same service at the Clarksburg location which only took 1 hour & 15 minutes. I can understand if their was staffing issues but was not advised before or after of such issues. I would have made other arrangements as to not effect my day off work.

Management is the key to business. The management here is excellent.They were easy to access and able to help us immediately. My husband and I are thankful for that.I strongly recommend this Audi dealership to friends, family, and anyone that is in the market for a car.

Wow, the new dealership that is actually in Bridgeport is great. I wish they had more cars but I know there is something going on with chips right now.Ray Thomas was very helpful and polite. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy when they have a larger selection.

Audi of Clarksburg is a really great company to buy from. Definitely my quickest and easiest car buying experience so far. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service from Bridgeport dealership.We traveled from Maryland for a specific vehicle and found all of our dealings with the staff to be excellent.Management was highly involved and provided all of the information we requested prior to committing to drive that far.When we arrived the deal and the car were just as they had said. Everything was prepared for us ahead of time. They are a very efficient team and I strongly suggest anyone should give them a try.

Love this place especially the atmosphere. Has a old school dealer/auto shop to it. Mike kept me informed along the way. Great extra is filming and showing your car being serviced. If you love retro dealerships and Audis can’t pass this shop up

Katy in service was helpful and nice to deal with. I was able to take care of everything online, which was nice. They offered to pick up my car. I don’t recall them doing that in the past, so that was a nice surprise.

The new dealership looks like it should be opening soon. I’ve thought it long over due but if you can overlook the patchy lot and crumby building the service here is actually pretty darn good. The owner should have upgraded this place long ago but I won’t hold that against the employees. They do a good job and are always courteous and easy to get along with.

Service department is a total joke. The cashier who handles all of the paper work is extremely rude and compares your vehicle to hers? Just because yours doesn’t have a problem doesn’t mean mine also doesn’t. Lol. Besides that, I’ve always gotten pretty good deals from the sales team.

The dealership does not reflect the prestige of the Audi brand but rather that of a small, used car dealer. The facilities were very run down and lacked cleanliness and organization. Employees did not make us feel like valued customers and we got the vibe that we were a bother to them. They were unwilling to negotiate when it came to price or even offer to correct items that were mentioned upon our overview and inspection of the vehicle. It would be best for this particular dealership to find a new location and start fresh from the ground up as no one would or should want to pay Audi prices from a dealership that looks like a rundown garage and has zero customer service experience.

Out of all the dealerships we met with, Audi of Clarksburg was professional, friendly and efficient. There was a minor issue with the vehicle we just bought and they promised to fix it and did within 72 hours! The whole buying process was the quickest compared to other dealerships weve purchased from. Id highly recommend!

Fantastic service here.I always feel valued and appreciated by the service folks.The little things mean a lot. It’s nice to see a smiling face that seems genuinely happy to be at work and to take care of my car.They always go over the service record and tell me what is upcoming down the road. It’s very transparent and I appreciate that.Most of the time they detail my car as well- without me requesting that. That’s what I mean by the little things. The price is just the same as any of these other little places I can get oil changes or tires. I really recommend this dealership.

Audi Clarksburg has a lifelong customer. I bought a Q5 last year and it was the easiest car buying experience I’d been involved with. Everything from finding the right vehicle to financing was a pleasant, low pressure experience. Whenever I take the vehicle for routine maintenance, the staff are always some of the most respectful, helpful, and professional people you could imagine. Whenever a friend or family member mentions buying a new car, I always suggest that they visit Audi Clarksburg.

I went in for my first oil change and a recall on my 2019 Q5. The oil change seemed to be done fine. However, I can see every spot inside and out where the technician touched the car. There was oil/grease marks everywhere!The recall was to replace or fix the plastic outlining the rear wheels. I looked at these pieces when I got home and saw that neither plastic piece was snapped in. I pushed them in until it clicked and they seem to be fine.Overall, I expect much more considering the cost of maintenance on an Audi. I’ve found much better service from competitor luxury brands in the past.On another note the service rep, Katie, was extremely friendly and helpful!

Love love love the new dealership in Bridgeport!

Usually costs more than expected, always costs more than the website estimates... much more. Also I like the convenience of scheduling online but once again the estimates are way off. Scheduled service online and wasn’t told the vehicle would need to be left overnight because the transmission fluid had to be cold, so that portion of the service will have to be rescheduled. I love my TDI though so I want it serviced by VW technicians.

AUDI DIESEL OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!!! This service department charged me $40.00 to top off AdBlue and No other authorized Audi service department has ever charged me for the AdBlue because every service department I have been to across this country say it is complimentary..This is the Tackiest Audi Service Department I have ever been to and I have traveled with my diesel from the East Coast to the West Coast.. I told the manager (a man with glasses) that this is a complimentary service and he said Not here it is, we charge our customers $40.00 The manager is obviously very greedy and I would never do business with him ever again.

I needed to find a part for a friends car. We stopped by and talked with Jeremy and he was extremely friendly and very helpful. Even though we were women, we never felt like he was mansplaining. He got us squared away and we got our part. We highly recommend him and this dealership for all your vehicle and parts needs. The cars are built to last and the customer service is as great as the cars.

Awesome experience at Audi Clarksburg. From the time i arrived the staff was attentive and moved me through the servicing very quickly.It was a tough day for me as I had appointments I had to make that morning and the service work was not planned- just one of those mornings.Anyhow, the staff was perfect. They got me fixed quickly and gave me an Audi of theirs to get to my meetings that day. It was unexpected but definitely appreciated. This is my new dealership and suggest you check them out.

Audi always treats me very well. We bought our Chevy suburban used at the Audi of Clarksburg dealership from Ray. He has always been so very helpful and nice to us and the service department is amazing as well.

I was hesitant to bring my car here for service. I never had any bad experiences but I knew the staff was not the best and I just wasn’t that comfortable with them handling my car.I’m pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. First of all the management staff is new. I appreciated the introduction and the desire John showed to keep my business. The service work was easy and painless. That’s all I am ever looking for. They did the work efficiently and kept me informed the whole way. Plus I didn’t have to wait on it at the dealership. They had an Audi ready for me when I arrived and I came back the next day to pick up my car. It sounds so simple but so many dealers put us through the ringer. I used to go out of the area to get my Audi worked on- I don’t have to do that anymore. If anyone reads these things, you really should give Audi Clarksburg a chance at your business. They are good people that will deliver on their word.

They always do a wonderful job with our vehicle. I suggested that our neighbor check them out and she came home with a beautiful new Audi and felt the same way we have.The Clarksburg dealership has caring and honest staff that make it easy to want to do business with them.

The dealership was easy to find. The girl at the service desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I got the oil change package and some filters replaced all under 100.00! I recommend and would definitely go back.

I spoke to Jeremy regarding a remote starter as a Christmas present for my boyfriend’s VW. Jeremy was very helpful explaining how it would work and what I should be looking for. Jeremy was so helpful that I recently contacted him again for advice on buying a stereo for my boyfriend’s other car for his birthday. I highly recommend Jeremy for parts, he is very knowledgeable.

We brought my VW Tiguan in for an oil change and my license plate light was broken along with a tire light alert on the dash. I reported when making appointment about the license plate light not working and broken. My husband drives there and waits and is told all is good. He pays and goes home. I then go to the store and open the back and low and behold the license plate light is still broken. I believe they just replaced the bulb and not the actual light that was broken. So now I am duct taping it until I can get back in town and call them back. VW is a good 45 min away, I am not sure when I will have the time to drop it off again. Le sigh.

Great customer service, speedy response, and great inventory. I looked them up online received a call the same day. It took me 4 days to close the deal and it would of been sooner but I had to get off work to drive there.
