My hatch ajar light kept dinging in my 21 rogue. I contacted Denzil he went for a test drive with me and verified the issue. He promptly got me in for service. He is a genuine person and not just another salesman.

When I first stepped onto the lot, Tori Garrett met me and my family at the vehicle I eventually leased. Her professional courtesy was casual and not pushy as most car salesmen or women can be.When I returned two days later to sign the lease agreement, she again met me with her professional courtesy and stayed late to complete the sale!

The woman who worked at the service desk, Cari might be her name, was great. However, this was at least the third time Ive paid for a tire rotation and not gotten one. She took the charge off when I came back and told her, but again, third time charged for a tire rotation I didnt get get. Ive purchased four vehicles there in three years. Theres been multiple times Ive paid for services I havent gotten. Very poor service, especially when Ive spent the kind of money I have there.

Had an appointment today,my car sat in the garage for 1/2 hour along with several other cars and none was worked on,while I observed.i was told the tech manager was helping another tech,and supposed to be working on my car.an inspection was finally done and a new remote programmed.i was there from 7:45 to 9:30.was also told they had to go to the Chevy building,when an inspection sticker was needed.Was charged 11.00 for inspection and 30.00 labor to install an air filter that takes 3 minutes.Not pleased with the slow and expensive service.will not go back.

All those 5 stars are for a brilliant lady who helped us on my unpleasant drive from Kentucky to Maryland just 2 before Christmas. I drove over something and I got a dent on right front wheel of my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport near Clarksburg. I drove to Harry Green Nissan Sales on donut. A lady received us very nicely and checked my car. Unfortunately they didnt had a wheel for us. She then checked if it is available with any other dealers on my way but, no luck with other dealers either. My only option was to drive home on donut and order the wheel online. She suggested me to rotate the donut from right front to right rear. And she did it for free saying, I WANT YOU TO GO HOME SAFE FOR CHRISTMAS. She not just helped me but also inspired me.Im not sure if her name is Cheri Stinespri but Im very thankful to her.
They lied to me and charged me for a faulty part. I asked for the part and they sent it to corporate. If it was my fault then why send it to corporate? Every mechanic i asked said for me to break a strut i would have had to hit a 5ft deep pot hole! The car has 4k miles and i had to pay for a rental and over 1k for fixing it.
