Had a window replaced by Mike & Anthony. I have been impressed since I first called to get a quote for a cracked window. Extremely friendly & understanding of my silly questions. They blow anyone else out of the water with their prices & customer service & timeliness. Will be using them again :)

We pay more to purchase there to support a local business in the neighborhood. They knew that. Today, they were rude and refused to offer any reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I was very polite throughout. We will never spend another penny in their establishment again.For those wondering, I was more than willing to wait outside the store for however long was needed so I could get two keys made. The rudeness and blatant violation of the ADA was shocking.

The proprietors are always very helpful and will get right to you as soon as they can. These folks don’t like to waste time and can tell what size bolt you need just by looking at the nut you bring in.

I love burkhardts hardware. They are close by and reasonable on prices. They always have what I need, unless its some off the wall rare thing. The people are so friendly.

The only lady in the store is really kind of pushy she does not let you walk around the only reason Im writing this at 3 is because they do have nice stuff in their store if you get the chance to look at it before youre pushed out the door.
