Excellent product, please continue to carry Ritz dishcloths they are truly the best. There are a lot of imitators that claim 100% cotton and they are total junk. I would have given you 5 stars but the Fed Ex shipping has always been a real problem they are always unpredictable. Seems to work as advertised. Went on easy with a sprayer. Added second coat. Rained four days later wand water beaded and ran off. Quite pleased with the results.

DTEP sells sponges that have fabric instead of sponge material on one side and a nylon scrub mesh on the other. These have disappeared commercially.

The stain was delivered directly to my house in a few days. It came in a large 5 gallon container and the hardest part was pouring it into a one gallon container. I think it looks much better. But more importantly it should help the fence to last longer.

This is my second order from DTEP in the last 3 months. Both times, the products arrived from Ohio to North Texas in 2 days. The 2.5 gallon Defy Marine stain jugs were wrapped in a strong plastic bag inside a sturdy cardboard box. The Defy Wood Cleaner worked great to clean the 8 year old treated pine wood on my boat dock. The dock is very porous due to age and the elements and has never been stained before. The Defy Marine stain covered about 100 sf per gallon as I expected, applying two wet on wet coats. It went on easily and evenly, thanks to the Defy stain and the Defy application brush. Defy is a great line of products sold by a great company (DTEP)!

My call was answered after the first ring, and a real live human being answered the phone. He also knew the answer to my question. I made my purchase and figured it might arrive 5 to 7 days later. DTEP was a life-saver! Im working to try and restore and recover materials that had been housed in and with all archival materials- from interleaf paper to folders and Hollinger boxes... That had been left in a wet garage, with the expected results. The Mold-Away has really been helping, but instead of lasting 90 days, they were getting used up in less than 30- Due to the problem not the product. Even with replacing all of the archival housing. Blah, blah, blah...The Mold-Aways been tough to find, and even tougher to get delivered, but then I found DTEP!
