Writing this review on behalf of my neighbors. Let the pictures do the talking...Looks like this throughout the entire house because baseboards werent removed first, even though the homeowners signed a contract stating they would be. Classic case of lazy company attempting to take advantage of older homeowners.

It took three trips to my home to install hardwood in a small kitchen and they still didnt get it right. And, despite telling me more than once that the installation manager would be in touch to discuss and view the finished job, I was never contacted again once I paid them. Poorly handled by sales (didnt order correct quantity), by installers (inconsistent gaps between boards and poor job with trim), and by office staff (failure to follow up on customer concerns).

Weve worked with Schoch Tile for years and their team is very focused on customer service and doing jobs right. Very happy with their work and love working with these guys!

PJ was very knowledgeable to help us pick the best carpet for our home. Richard and Travis did a great job installing carpet in our bedrooms. They are hardworking and professional. We are happy with the carpet and service.

Did good tile work but did horrible trim work and horrible communication after floor was done. I finally just gave up trying to get the trim fixed. Not sure how they stay in business.

I had to place a very small special order for a project and they were so helpful and responsive - you could tell it didn’t matter to them if I was spending $8000 or $30 (I spent 30). Customer service was great and I was able to get tile pieces I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Good selection and my staff was really helpful in selecting tiles. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tile hardwood or carpet.
