Jordan was a professional and courteous representative. He patiently helped me update my account and set me up with a new 5G phone. He was not pushy but gave me options to choose from. I was very satisfied with his customer service.

Not sure if my complaint is with verizon policy or the complete lack of service. I tried to buy a phone that wasnt in stock which is no problem but when I asked about payment options, specifically if I could pay for the full price of the phone that day in cash the employee, Jessie immediately told me no. So I went directly to Best Buy where they had the phone in stock, cheaper and I was able to pay for the full amount in cash. Seems like Verizon and its employees simply dont want my money.

Jesse was not only friendly and professional, but also patient and persistent. During hold times with companies he shared interesting conversation and was easy to talk to. There was difficulty switching over from an AT&T account because of an unknown pin# and he diligently waited while we struggled with an old phone with bad service. Ive had the same phone for about 4+ years now and had the same plan since I signed up with Verizon. The sales representative Brian called me on my phone 2 weeks ago suggesting that I come in and see him and he could help get me a cheaper plan. I went in over the weekend and not only did he help and was able to get me a cheaper plan, he was knowledgeable and help me fine the perfect phone and accessories for me. He was a great professional and took his time to explain everything. I truly appreciate him! Everyone go see him!
