The store appearance was somewhat unappealing. There were displays in the store aisles making it hard to navigate. I was unfamiliar with this Walmart and found it difficult to find signage for the departments. On the plus side the sale associates were very helpful. I was there for cat food. There was a better supply and prices were at least 5 cents a can cheaper.

A five stars because we enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, we picked up a thermometer, the price listed 10 dollars. At the check out it was 15 dollars. Also we picked up a heater, the price listed 55 dollars. At the check out it was 60 dollars.We were disappointed, we drove 15 miles to find out that your WEBSITE PRICES matched the listed aisles prices, but NOT the CHECK OUT prices.The cashier apologized.We will come again.

This was the first time Ive ever walked into a Walmart store and it is clean. Staff was actually very helpful. You didnt get the same vibe that you were actually in a Walmart store. It was very shocking and very unique. I will definitely be coming back to this store. It was more friendly and clean customers were nice and polite, it was just a very unreal experience for me.

Ill be honest, Walmart is Walmart. Having said that, Ive always had a smooth experience at this location. They have a nice variety (Ive gotten everything from jeans to a very lovely wooden walking stick), and the staff has been friendly, the latter of which can be a rare gem in a Walmart! I had trouble using a gift card in the U-Scan and the attendant was quite helpful. All in all a nice place to visit.

I had to walk all the way down to the other end of the store to check put quicker. The lines are always long. I have it a 5 because I found what I needed quickly. I went online prior to my visit and it told me the aisle to find it. That was nice.

Since covid I have been doing the online ordering and going to pick up my groceries. I absolutely love it. The easiest way to shop ever. You never have to leave your car. I have never had ant issues of any kind. Love it.

Kendrick the Greeter is excellent customer service advocate. Hes very helpful in directing you were to find items or getting someone to show you where a particular item can be found. He is very courteous!Pharmacy staff efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Mack the pharmacist, Monica the pharmacy Tech, Amanda are just a few of pharmacy staff to mention!

Being as we live on the road 9 out of 12 months, its a great place to shop. Their prices are great and their stock is almost always the same, store per store.

Never had a good experience at this Walmart. I keep hoping its going to get better and somehow it always gets worse. Just to pick an online order up you wait at least 15 minutes and then just hope someones going to bring your order to you. If I want to do my own damn shopping I would have.

Store was a mess, Everytime I tried to go around a corner there was a pallet of freight in the way making me turn around and find another aisle to go down, son was shopping with me and because we dont do Walmart all that often when he found a pretty good deal on some kind of snack he wanted to scarf up on it . There was probably 20 packs on shelf and every one of them was way past sell by date. I know retail spent entire life working in it. Over fifty years, and Walmart is by far one of the worst examples out there

I find it absolutely ridiculous that in my four stoplight hometown there’s a 24/7 grocery store but in the entire city of Cincinnati all grocery stores collectively decided to close at 11 pm every evening. Y’all need to get it together. We can’t all crowd into the Walgreens in Norwood for tampon emergencies after 11 pm.

Merchandise in the aisle I needed something from was such a mess and maybe 10% of all items were near their shelf price tag that it was impossible to tell what anything cost. Left without buying a thing. Also, they let you in thru both set of doors, but you can only leave through one, meaning half the parking lot is a lot less convenient.

One of the better Walmarts in the area. Ive visited some of the others and tried to call other stores to see if an item was in stock (Colerain, Western Hills, etc...) and they *never* answer. This store has a higher chance of answering, and its always clean. Employees are very nice, I cant blame them for being tired sometimes though. Until you work retail in this age, you cant understand.

The SuperCenter is super clean, well organized, and has friendly staff. I only shopped at the grocery department, and I liked how the staff were respectful of the customers. I will definitely shop here again.

Went to purchase a game controller and wasnt helped. Waited for like 20 mins for a cashier that clearly didnt want to be there. Got home to find out i was giving a ps3 controller and not a ps4 controller🤦

The store was much improved since the last time I was there, the shelves were stocked to the fullest.

I was only in there today to return a couple gifts that I didnt need but the lady moved the line pretty quick for being the only one working the return dept. Its not one of the better locations but its not too bad.

Store should be shut down…. Poor management of store, customer service area closes at four hard to make a return or exchange will definitely think twice before purchasing certain items and ended up returning item at a different Walmart whose customer service area was open until nine pm.

More centrally located than I thought. Had to return an online purchase and it went quick and smooth.

Wear your comfortable shoes, store is huge, arch support and lots of cushion recommend. Has everything, and even things you didnt know you wanted, put a lock on your saving or you may find a price that will losen your grip on the wallet.

This store has no service and its always Messy has skid of Merchandise Always blocking the ways never put away employees always rude when you ask for help.

Love this location cos its close to my house but i hate having to use restroom. Doors dont close properly or locks are broken. And theyve been like that for years. Pharmacy is great tho. Hardly ever have to wait. Melissa and monica are so nice. Other than the bathrooms being awful, i like the store . Shop there few times a week.

Well stocked but never, ever, enough check out lanes open, which backs up self scan to back of store. Always been like this since it opened. But its close to my home

The pharmacist in this store has given my uncle the wrong item 3 times or more and constantly does this they wont exchange it. Rude people .

Sometimes this store is great, really. Many times, however they come up lacking. Sufficient number of power chairs that are available or charged for those with walking issues-lacking. Responsible number of cashiers on duty for peak times-lacking. Truck unloading during peak shopping times, thus cluttering already narrowed paths-ugh.

They seem to have what I need when I go there which is a very good thing. Generally the clerks are pretty helpful which is a good thing. The hours are good thats why I give them five stars.

Pick up orders always have rotten food!!! How can you not realize stinky drippy food should be discarded! I should charge for putting this stinky stuff in my trunk!

Im at Walmart at all different hours of the day but this was one of the few times I was there middle of the day and didnt have to wait in line very long so I was rather ecstatic.

Went to this store to buy a product and left feeling borderline abused. I asked an associate if there were any specials on TVs and he asked if I was buying it for me and my dude. I replied no, I just moved and wanted a new TV for my apartment. This employee proceeded to do nothing, showed me the cheapest model, and asked if he could get into my life and asked for my phone number. Absolutely repulsive behavior when all I wanted was a new TV. Show women respect, I didnt go to the store to get hit on. Yall need to do some training with your employees instead of letting dogs out on the floor.

Store seemed well stocked and fairly neat. Only one full service checkout line running with a huge line. Long line at the self-checkout kiosks, too. Takes as long to get checked out as it does to do your shopping!

This a good Walmart. Its clean and reasonably well-maintained. The staff is friendlier than the staff at other Walmarts Ive frequented. The selection on the grocery side is reasonably good, but is not great for vegetarians, and youll find cheaper grocery prices at Target, frankly. Their selection of hard goods, electronics, and clothing is satisfactory.

Its fine as walmarts go but just note the area is still developing.

No one seems to know anything or wants to work. If youre looking for something, they dont know where it is or if they have it in their inventory even though it shows online that they have plenty.

Shop here a lot since it is not far. Yesterday was absolutely the worst. Had no problem shopping but checking out was a nightmare. Store was fairly crowded and only one lane open with a cashier. Lines for the 2 U scan areas were backup to about the middle of the store. Didnt appear to be a manager anywhere.

Perhaps if they paid workers what the job is worth there would be more positive experiences. Walmart stores are definitely an allegory of how if we all did more for the collective then the individual would thrive more.

Went here around 6:30 to TLE to get a oil change. Pull up and all the bay doors are open indicating they are still doing business and taking customers. Go in and wait a few minutes just to be told they are closed.

Its a clean, well stocked Walmart. Those are not guarantees when it comes to Walmart where your mileage may vary.The layout is fairly standard, and the arts and crafts section is particularly well put together.

Very poor selection of stock of just about everything! I feel for all those who dont drive, living in Madisonville that recently lost their neighborhood Family Dollar store and veggie that Dollar General on the other side of Madisonville! Especially, for the elderly living right up the street from where Family Dollar was easily excessable, now having to figure out how to get to Walmart only to find that this Walmart has about a bunch of nothing in stock!

You will generally find what you were looking for in stock however please bear in mind that just like everywhere else they are understaffed especially when it comes to checkout lanes. So if the lot is full and you are in a rush you may want to go somewhere else because it is going to be a wait.

This walmart has gone a bit downhill in the last couple of years, but its still convenient for those on this side of town.

Do not ever, ever, ever order a pickup at this place. I went to the tower for a pickup order. It was closed, but there was a phone number to call. I called it, and then had to wait 10 minutes for them to call me back. They had me wait by the tower for 40 minutes before someone finally brought my stuff, and that was after the manager called them. He was wondering why I was standing at a broken tower.

More aisles needed to be opened. 2 aisles were open with 7 or more people waiting in each one. The self checkout which was also open was extra long and slow too. There were other staff walking around checking things in the open aisles but definitely not enough cashiers. It took 10 mins to get what I needed and one of the items I wanted ( a six or twelve pk frozen corn on the cob) was not available at all plus an excessive amount of time waiting in line more than 20 minutes was ridiculous. The last time I shopped there it was almost the same except during my wait in a long line another cashier opened up making me second in that line to checkout then. But today I was truly disappointed! Please do better!!!

They need more staff. They have long wait times and you can see the stress on the employees from being overworked and overwhelmed.

Its normal poor Walmart quality. Not enough employees at the customer service desk, not enough at registers. Grocery pick up needs to learn how to do substitutions. Ive been told multiple times they are out of milk, broccoli, oranges, apples. I then go in and they either have the exact product in stock or an obvious good substitution. I do the pick up often bc they have fast turn around but never get everything Ive ordered.

Clean, organized and even through employee shortages there was at least two associates on the floor that helped me locate items.

Got to the at 5:40 PM, got help from Johnny and Gwen.in line at 5:55 PM, walked out door with my 2 items at 6:29 PM. I stopped shopping online because orders kept being cancelled. Now they dont have to worry about me shopping at all.

I dont know what you guys did to your credit/debit machines at the registers. I shop here frequently and have used the same debit card linked to my checking account ever since I have shopped at this location. I use this same card everyday of the week with no problems in everyones machines. Im about to go over to Wendys and use the same card with no problem that I just tried to use in this location. Not cool. Its pretty inconvenient and very unwanted to swipe a credit card when I dont need to.

Its always an adventure...This time I tried to check out in the garden center (no line) for my soil and flowers. The cashier told me my order was too large for her and I needed to go to the main register. After a 1/2 hr and two lane closures when I was in them, I finally got to leave.

This was my first curbside pickup from this location.Easy to follow directions to their clean pick up area. A very nice friendly employee placed my order into the trunk of my car. Id go back to this location.THANK YOU to all the employees working to keep my belly full. You are all appreciated. Thank you!
