Came in today. Dude who usually runs it was in a chair behind the counter.... ASLEEP!!! Phone blasting. 1230PM In the afternoon. I said hey whats up bro, as Im always in there. No response. I then left the store he had no idea. I couldve took everything. I went to ALT SMOKE in Eastgate, where they are awake at 1230pm and want to do business. Same experience as the first time I came here. W what the actual !@#$%

This is my favorite shop! the employees always go out of their way to help you! friendly service and a lot of choices! they answer any questions that I have and don’t seem to be bothered by me not knowing much about the mod that I own

It’s Great they have a Discount bin and Cheaper Eliquid Choices/Options as Well, compared to Other shops in the area, or they have Premium brands to choose from. The Kind man in there helped set up my Box Mod and Even Primed it for me and made sure it worked. Would recommend at least peeping in to see what they have. Alot more knowledgeable than other vape shops I’ve been to in the area. They answered the questions on the phone before stopping by. Will try to stop by again sometime and check it out. Would have loved to seen more Box mods, but the one I got from them isn’t Bad, I don’t really have too many complaints. Good Service and Seemed like a really Chill Guy, and They don’t sell Fake Mods. Will peep in again sometime for that Discount box 👀

Helix is a pretty cool vape store. I actually had an interesting experience here. One day I walked in to buy a new Wick and the employee on duty seems like he was under a little bit of distress probably because it was really hot and the AC was out. Also Im giving this review now but this was months ago. I was in the other day and the AC was still not working. Anyways the employee seems like he was under distress because he was his finger had been crushed in one of the lounge chairs that they have for people to sit in. He had it wrapped in a paper towel and was afraid to look at it. So I told him to let me take a look and I did and his fingernail was barely hanging on there was blood all over the towel and I could tell he was in some real pain. So I walked out, went to Subway which is right next door got him a bag of ice for the damaged probably broken and bloody finger. Then I left I went home and got some gauze tape and Band-Aids oh, also some ibuprofen. Then I took all of that back up to Helix for the employee and I administered first aid to him I wrapped it and cleaned it and made sure that he was okay. The employee was very grateful and kept thanking me, and I just told him that if I was in the same situation I would want someone else to do the same for me.

Ive been to this location twice now. They always have great deals and a great selection. You wont find a better customer experience anywhere like you will here. The people are great and go much out of your way to make sure you have a great experience. I had recently loat a debit card and it was found by an employee who contacted me personally to return it to me. I had already canceled the card, but he even offered to shred it for me. Like I said, very great people, great items, and an excellent atmosphere, its my go-to store!

Cashier acted like he didnt want anyone there, and was bothered by my friend and I wanting to sample flavors, atmosphere was extremely quiet and awkward, and it just didnt feel welcoming. Highly recommend against visiting this place for buying vape flavors and devices.

Fantastic place to trick. Great selection of juice. The employees crack me up. Has unregulated mods, dont see a lot of those anymore.

Not a bad place for the most part. Seems like they carried most of the popular mods that most average vapors like myself are looking for. Decent juice selection if you know what kind of juice you like it are willing to take their suggestions. Had a real nice tank selection as well.But also they did try to push everything my way and I wasnt real sure on what I wanted and I bought a but after I got home and read the reviews on line I felt like I got swindled cuz its not nearly as nice as they claimed. It was list price and had no tank. I hope they do exchanges cuz I plan on trying to get the actual starter kit mod i wanted. And the lack of proper juice taste bar is so so. I dont think it would cost to much to set up and like Alt charge a buck to use it. Either way not a half bad shop. This review may change a little come Tuesday. Were see.

Awesome vape shop, super friendly to new vapers and answer all questions politely. I got a coil that was a dud recently, took it up there for them to look at and they let me swap it out no charge! Best vape shop around, dont go to Kings. Heard tons of horror stories about fake name brand mods

We bought a VooPoo Rex mod a while back, it was defective. We brought it back, and one gentleman kindly replaced it with another one of the same type. A few weeks later the same thing happened, and we brought it back. They told us theres nothing they can do, and we should contact the manufacturer. Very disappointed that someone who purchases/sells directly from the manufacturer would place the burden of a defective item on the customer. They lost a customer today. However, by the attitude of a few employees hanging around as we discussed the problem, I assume they wont care.

Moderate selection of juices. They also carry glass pipes if you are interested in that. I have been looking all over for the Efeaf HW coil series, and this is the only place that I could find that carries them. If you are looking for the HW coils in the area, this is the place to go. They only had the HW1 in stock, which is good enough to hold me over until my order comes in.

Employees are helpful if you know what to ask about, but theyll sell you anything they can, which I understand its business. I wish they would carry a better selection of mods and more high quality mods maybe some Asmodus mods, The Revenant, Their prices are your typical brick and mortar prices which are gonna be significantly higher than anything online usually at least a 25% mark up. They dont really run specials that Ive heard of. Itd be nice to see cheap juice specials. Speaking of juice, theyve been out of almost everything with 3mg nic for at least 2 weeks. If you wanna try a juice, they do have a tester mod with an rda that the employees will drip for you, but youre almost always gonna get a cauldron of flavors from it. All in all Id say theyre an average vape shop. Its a convenient place to try to find a new juice and pick up supplies like cotton coils wire etc. Id give them a 4 star but they lose a star for being out of 3mg juices for so long. Come on guys thats just poor planning..
