Pretty overpriced. They have cool stuff but not as affordable as Id hoped. I found one t-shirt there that I decided would actually be worth the price but sadly there was only one in my size and it was dirty like someone had stepped on it with a muddy shoe. Its fun to browse but you can find jt all online for a better price.

Nice store, but one of the workers there who check us out gave us hardly any time of day... She did help us check out, but seemed to want us out quick. She didnt even as us for our rewards account (which we have and pay for) to get money off the purchase. Ill definitely come back, but maybe choose a different cashier.

Went to a signing for Lacuna Coil. The staff was on top of things and quite friendly. The event went smoothly. Lots of fun and well worth the drive!

This is a great store to go to if you have a child with Autism who asks for the same music or TV show that may no longer be current. Great used products, and their used products are at reasonable prices. Their records are outrageously priced though, go to Half Price Books for those. But FYE has a lot of fun Movie, Music, or TV-related items - Food, shirts, keychains, stickers, you name it. They do pressure you to buy some membership, and try about 3 times, and yes, its annoying, but staff is still nice to you if you say no, so thats nice.

They have great products especially candy!

Favorite store to bring my 11 year old boy to. He loves movies and loves walking through the Isles checking out the selection they offer. Today a staff member named Doug took excellent care of my son, actually was able to take us directly to the specific movie we were looking for! We will undoubtedly be back again, especially if Doug is working and available to help us.

Not only does FYE have a great selection of merchandise from various shows, books, movies, etc. but the staff are absolutely amazing. The two men who checked out a friend and I a few days ago were very friendly and talkative. It definitely made me feel like a valued customer.

Havent been to FYE in a while. I forgot about all the cool stuff there. And the cute girl behind the counter was super friendly and very helpful.

My underage daughter went in to buy a Japanese soda and the cashier signed her up for some discount card that costs $11 a month. Not a ton of money, but the credit card was in my name, not hers, and she had no ID. Not to mention the guy didnt even tell her it cost money. She came out of the store all happy thinking he was being nice and giving her a free discount card. Predatory and underhanded. When I called to cancel 5 minutes later because I was told by the cashier that gave it to her, that it couldnt be done in store, they didnt seem to care either. Ill never spend a penny there again.

As usual they only offer $1 on most DVD series you sell them and turn around and sell the same item for $20 used if not more. I understand they want to make a profit but that is a huge profit to make off of buying an item for $1.

Found a good deal on a record player. Employee helped me get a discount! Nice store, glad to see one still around.

Nice employees, store has some neat things, DONT sign up for the backstage pass or anything!! Its nearly impossible to cancel, the customer service is terrible and doesnt help. Even through email they will not help! Just avoid it and avoid contacting customer service!

One of the few places you can buy CDs anymore. Nice selection of niche stuff (Japanese confections, anime, toys) but prices are on the high side.

As far as I know this is one of the few F.Y.E locations left. It is a must-shop store if you or your friends or loved ones are anime and/or pop culture collectors. They stock a large array of anime and Japanese pop culture items including DVDs, clothing, and candy. They also have a great selection of collectible toys from popular tv series and have a large selection of Funko Pop figures.

Always pushing the rip off membership. Unless youre going spend over $500 per year its a total west. Oh...and good luck ending the auto withdrawal for your monthly fee.

The best place to find and buy movies and games

I am super proud of them adding a KPop section. Its small but at least they have one. I go there almost every week to buy something ... yes mainly KPop lol. The employees are AWESOME! Super friendly, funny and helpful. Hopefully they add more KPop merchandise. They could also add a better Anine section like Inuyasha, Diabolic Lover, Death Note etc.

I purchased what I thought was a dvd/blue ray combo. Upon opening it I realize it was just a Blu-ray disc. I was able to return it without any difficulty. They were very nice!

I stop in here everytime I am at the mall. Great place if you want Funko Pops. Amazing selection and the staff are super friendly. Lots of fun pop culture items. Enjoy browsing around for quite a while looking at all the unique items.

Nice variety of items, but very disorganized. Prices are pretty high compared to other stores that sell the same merchandise. They are very pushy about their membership program and once you sign up, its VERY hard to cancel.

Not to big of a selection of music cds anymore like it was 10 years ago. Mostly becoming a merchandise shop for popular movies and tv shows and whatever is happening.

If you dont mind walking through unorganized stores, then youll be happier than what I was. FYE will never be what it was.

You really never know what all youll find here. There are movies, cds, fandom trinkets of all sorts are here too. If youre getting a movie, theyve got nostalgia snacks to go with it too.

If you are a movie fan-atic FYE is the place for you! Wide range of Blue Rays and DVSs of often hard to find movies. Fun merchandise of movies - including life size figures of some of your comic favs Wonder Woman, Dead Pool. Go for it!

Timely service and friendly staff and great place

There were no prices on over half the stuff. Everything I was interested in had no price and I didnt want to keep asking the two guys I didnt buy anything for due to this.

A little on the cluttered side. Boxes and inventory on the floor. Otherwise seemed stocked for the most part

Pushy at the register even when I told the sales person that I lived out of country and the rewards program, that costs money, was not relevant to me. No one should have to say no 3 times.

My review was always a 5 star. Loved coming here until the past few months. FYE is turning into SunCoast. It WAS more movies, cds, and tv shows. Now, all it is is SunCoast movie memorabilia crap. Never will I go there again. If I wanted to go to SunCoast, I would go to SunCoast!

Oh yes, why pay for a new expensive DVD or CD, when you can get a gentle like new one for less then half?

They have movies, shirts and other stuff. Ive been buying from the store for the past year and although slightly dismayed at some of the pricing on their used movies it feels like a solid video store to acquire new films.
