Wait almost 2 hours for the 0 due today promotion on iphone forever. Get up to the counter and was told 214 due today. When we showed the sales person the promo and the offer on mobile. We were just told I dont know.

Our sales associate Elizabeth was GREAT!! And even though they did not have the model pbone my wife wanted Elizabeth went out of her way calling stores to find one. Very friendly service here! They were fast and very helpful. One girl even managed to get my husbands screen protector on absolutely perfectly!When youre done here, there are plenty of dining options around. This place was clean and very comfortable.

After years of being with Virgin Mobile, I finally switched to a major carrier and went with Sprint since theyre sister networks. The staff was wonderful at helping me including Lauren, who had only been working there for 4 days. The switch was easy and got everything taken care of in store. I got the LG G5 and absolutely love it. The monthly bill is double what I paid before ($50 to $100), which is why I give it 4/5, but I switched to a bigger data plan and opted to pay my phone off each month. I knew it would be more expensive with it being a main carrier, but I thought it would be close to $80/month. Other than that, I love the phone and the service from Sprint.

Sprint is the best quality for the best price i have found so far. These guys were great. They actually care about you not just the sale.

OMG! Elizabeth and Ribail are the best retail consultants!!!! They are very knowledgeable, detailed with customers, friendly, excellent customer service and very helpful. Before, they assisted me and my family, I watched them with other customers, they ROCK! To be honest, I have previously visited this location and Ive always been impressed. I loved the environment of the store and the entire staff is very knowledgeable and excellent.

Sprint does not honor the promotions they offer. I got 5 lines for $140. Not one time has my phone bill been $140. It is always $200 or more. They lock you into these promos by offering free phones but theres a catch you have to keep your service for 2 years or pay for the phones which are over priced and poor quality. I hate everything about Sprint.

They know thier stuff when it comes to smartphones technology! Very friendly and funny staff, told my friends at GCBHS to get their smartphones here!

Kay helped me return a phone it was fast and easy no trouble even showed me some nicer devices.

Awful got here at 720 and still waiting and instead of helping customers one of the 2 people working is walking around complaining and being rude saying she is going to be here all night she is just going to sleep here and just ignoring my friend and I as we patiently wait instead of helping us I could understand if we walked in at the last min but we didnt this is the worst customer service I have ever had they need to teach her some manners

I was considering changing phone service carriers. They where friendly and honest even though I resided to stay with my current service provider. If or when becomes time for a change I will be returning to this store..

Very unhelpful, not much job knowledge and rude on top of all of that. I regret going to this location. I cannot believe how rude Gordan and Kay (manager) was to me.

I went there and the manger was so rude about a credit I asked about they never gave me! Apparently there was some guy making shady deals on their behalf and they don’t want to correct the action. I was told it was my fault because “ I didn’t notice soon enough”?Also this isn’t even a corporate store which I wasn’t told till now. They run a VERY VERY SHADY BUSINESS.

Went there on a Sunday and hours stated they opened at 12pm. We waited until 12:25pm and nobody came to open the store. Had to drive to another Sprint store to be helped.
