They were very helpful to some questions but not to others. I had a specific question that the kid was unable to answer so Ill probably end up going to another store.

They provided great customer support and helped me create a my Cricket account with HBO max! I had no issues, besides for the dread hair guy who seemed a bit hostile towards his coworker. It was pleasant left out with a phone.

I came in on Saturday the 24th Jason is the rudest one all he was after was a sale. Wouldnt explain nothing the store was gross. Came back Weds the 28th spoke to a Sarah who was the sweetest she explained everything about a new phone. So I bought a new phone and Joshua was so awesome putting my information over which Jason said he couldnt do. Sarah and Josh are the best

From one business to another, we need to support eachother whenever excellent work is done! As a small clothing out-of-home shop, I need phones to answer calls from my suppliers and customers. The owner was very helpful with guiding me through what I needed and offered me very reasonable prices. I dont leave reviews usually, however the work done at this establishment has been excellent!

The customer service representatives were so helpful to me with purchasing a new phone and they even took the time to switch all my data from my old phone to my new phone. They were very nice and put my new case abd glass protector on my phone themselves! They answered all my questions!
