I was having issues with calling out on my phone and the Assistant Manager..my apologies didnt remember his name around 5pm was the greatest! He helped me with my issues and fixed it promptly. I love this store always helpful, down to earth and happy to help! This store is a 10! A++++
Quick response Courtesy customer service. Never have a bad experience at the Glenway store. All my questions were answered and opinions explained so I could understand what I was being told.
The people working were nice and as helpful as possible, but they didnt have the phones we wanted and couldnt set up a plan for us so they told us to call a number
The store is fine, as far as I know. But apparently I can’t call and ask someone a question ahead of time without jumping through multiple hoops on a computerized telephone portal. I gave up and will make a trip to the store.Update - Confirmed the store is fine; the people there are great… they know about the call system and regret it. They say it’s someone’s idea at corporate to make sure staff is available for on site customers.
Sales people greeted immediately. Bret was very helpful. They did not have the phone I wanted but he was able to locate it at a different Verizon store. They even have a mother goose whos has made a home in the parking lots mulch. Shes guarding her eggs & they have named her Helen & they watch out for her! I thought that was super sweet! Just dont go near her or shell hiss at you!
My old phone had broke and I had JP helping me with getting a new phone. He was fun fast and friendly. Answered all my questions and helped me pick out accessories to go with the phone. After that he even put the accessories on my phone and got me squared away. Then a few days later I came in and had a question about my phone number being restricted/no caller ID. Then with no hesitation despite never dealing with this issue, he fixed it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. 10 out of 10 service, was very knowledgeable and above all great sense of humor. Whats the point of having people make appointments and being on time when you just take anyone that walks into the store. After waiting 30 minutes past our apartment we decided to try a different store.
This was our best Verizon experience, we worked with Paul and he was excellent. Helped us set everything up and was very quick and knowledgeable.
The manager told me I would be better off to keep my current plan then get an unlimited told me to use my Wi-Fi more and I wont have any more overages with my current plan. I thought it was very nice of him to be so honest because he unlimited plan would have cost another $45 a month.

Absolutely horrible I do not recommend Verizon or this location of Verizon at all called the national call center set up an appointment and reserved a particular phone I arrived for my appointment early then waited 40 minutes for them to tell me they did not have my phone that I made an appointment and reserved this is completely poor customer service I would recommend trying another carrier
Excellent staff. Bought some Apple Airpods for my son for Christmas and they didnt work. Staff exchanged them for me with no issues. Highly recommended!
Really nice people and SUPERIOR service with Verizon. Their plans may cost a few dollars more, but it is sooo well worth the money.

Javon and the rest of the staff are very great I enjoyed being there, he helped me make right decisions on phoneoptions. And I finally quitted metropcs been dealing with hardship of metropcs for 4 years. Few numbers i couldnt call, they usually say its unregistered and internet its horrible.

Not crowded when we walked in ... service was so slow they were telling people there was an hour wait before I left ... Very understaffed ... And the service we did receive left a lot to be desired.

After months of phone refusals to cancel a phone of a dementia client because he doesnt know his pin or email, the store personnel was able to help us. Frustrating that he paid 6-9 months of service after the phone was inoperable.On the phone customer service needs to expect special client needs and not be so rules bound to solve a customer need.When I heard this issue was unresolved I lost respect for Verizon to do the right thing. Today, the man who helped us deserves kudos for resolution.

No one here wants to help you with a problem. Most of them say they cant do that at store level and tell you to call customer service. They show no care or concern for issues you are having with their product. All they care about is making a sale or changing your monthly plan. They seem like they are understanding, but really they are sprinkling in helpful bits while actually just trying to make a sale. Save yourself frustration and review products online, then wait on hold with customer care for any current device issues. Verizon used to have superior customer service in store, online, and by phone. Now, only the phone support is worth your time. I will go out of my way to not visit this location for my future purchasing needs.

Went today to pick up an in-store order and asked about an order on my account. When attempting to order my item on the application it failed and told me the order didnt go through. I saw an email today stating that the order had been shipped. I asked the employee helping me to confirm if that was actually the case and explained the issue. He stated that he would have to pull up my account to answer my questions and advised to just call customer service. I stated that I was trying to avoid that due to the high call times that Verizon has advised that they have right now. Overall the transaction felt rushed and I didnt have my issues resolved
Great customer service. The people at this store were focused on customer service. They solved a problem two other stores told me couldnt be done. I would recommend this Verizon to everyone. Ecstatic!

Nice new store with friendly workers. Ive never had to wait very long to be helped. The store personnel seem very knowledgeable about what theyre selling, which is very helpful. Not always easy to get in and out of, since it sits in a busy area of Glenway.

Think Verizon should awarded this store with the”BEST SERVICE AWARD.”Compared to Florence Ky store. Florence store can even hold rotary phone to this store on Glenway Avenuein Cincinnati. Real customer service without trying to sell you anything you don’t ask for. The experience at this store is everything you expect and will get from this Verizon store. You will walk out of the store with your phone issues fixed.Your questions will have real answers. It will NOT be a waste of your time. Super glad I gave Verizon one last chance and tried this store. Today I stopped in at the Western Hills Verizon location. There was a guy named Phil manager. And a guy named Dan Tober, who is a vet. (Sorry Im very observant and seen Dans Verizon work badge). I went there to try and figure out my home phone issue. Even though I was visually exhausted from just leaving work, they did everything that they possibly could do to help me. Thanks.

I have been a customer since they was Airtouch in the 90s..When ever i go into this store i have to wait 20 mins at least..90% of the time i get a person that seems to find pleasure in telling me my phone is discontinued so i can.t get a new battery and if i don.t want to upgrade with no discount or sign a contract after being a 25 year customer they could care less...its very clear they make money on commission..They should be used cars sales people..So i pay 145.00 for the same flip phone you can get online for 10.00 because i needed a new battery..This is 2 times now..

I went to the Verizon store on Glenway Ave. Today to trade in my Pixel One for the new Pixel 3 XL.I was greated by 4 employees as I walked in and was serviced by Jenkins. It was such a pleasure and a seamless purchase. I was in the store no longer than 15 minutes and I was on my way home with my new phone.I can remember spending hours in the phone stores in the past. Verizon has really got it together on quick and easy service.
Not really impressed with their customer care. I felt like there was an air of lack of concern as if the crew was trying to communicate we dont care message to the visiting customers. They could definitely do better if they chose to do so; however, they did not. I also noticed tangible presence of lies in their interaction with customers. For instance, one of the crew members told us that the system would not let him process what was requested. Quite ironically, the same crew member had to process the same request, when pressed hard, using the same system he was trying use as an excuse to evade the situation only a little while before. Such things should not happen because it amounts to professional deception and taking advantage of customers naiveness.

Poor customer service. The salesmen did not do a good job explaining why they could not switch a line from one account to another account at the store, they sent me out to the parking lot to call customer support. I’m going to the Sprint store up the street.

I went to this store last weekend to start a plan with two new lines. I wanted a droid DNA and waited two hours in the store only to be told that despite having them in stock they could not sell it to me because of a computer error. I drove down the street to best buy and bought the same phone in 15 min for $50 less.This weekend I went in again to buy a wireless charging pad and they went in the back to get it then came out with a different model. They said they couldnt sell me the one they had on display....Can you buy anything at this store?

Bad service, there more concerned with what they can sell you then you satisfaction. When you tell them your not buying any extras they just hand you what they talked you in to do and force you out the door. I delt with someone named Brian, and I will never go in there again
Amanda was our sales person, she did a great job with getting me the phone that was out of stock in colerain. She set it up and transferred everything to the new phone. The store was clean and everyone was smiling and helping customers.
Gavin the manager is a rude disrespectful person. I have been with Verizon for over 9 years and I am so close to going off on him. I rate this place 1 star because there is only one woman there that is nice. If you have darker skin please be careful because they just might think you are broke.

Sales person did a outstanding job, they did not have a part for my phone.
My mom got me a screen protector got Christmas. The sales associate lied to her saying that it covered the entire screen of the new phone I had just bought (Google Pixel.) The screen protector did not even come close to covering every pixel on the screen, much less the entire front face of the phone. The incredibly rude saleswoman informed me that they dont take returns on screen protectors even though the employees know it doesnt cover the screen. I was then not allowed to speak to her manager to try to clarify the situation. I would highly advise to avoid this Verizon location and their lying, rude sales associates at all costs.
I tried calling the store for over 45 minutes today with no response, I tried the English and Spanish lines to no avail.. I was very disappointed by the lack of service at this Verizon location and I personally wont be visiting this location ever again. I did call Verizon national customer support and file a complaint against the store for failing to answer their lines and the person on the phone was very apologetic which does make me hopeful that most Verizon stores have better customer support than this pitiful location.

The technician was a jerk and was not polite and took my phone and beat it against the table. On top of that the technician rude did not talk to us about the problem, and then another technician came over and fixed the problem.
I went in and bought an iPhone 10 for someone and they were really great with their service they can do their business and they showed me how everything worked on it Im not too great with all these smartphones but they showed me enough that I knew what I was doing with it so I think they do a pretty good job

Charged an extra $200 for my phone. I didnt catch the scam due to it being on a monthly plan. Im partly to blame for not checking my receipt at the store. Tried calling literally 30 times until I could get someone on the line to rectify the situation. They said theyd call back but never did. How does verizon let a store be run like this? If you are helped by the associate named Ernest, check your receipt.

This location let someone i have on my Account purchase a new phone and contract without my authorization. I went in to cancel my service on that phone account since i would assume them authorizing purchases and contract agreements on our line without our authorization was wrong and would breach the contract,which they did admit they were wrong with allowing it but apparently not wrong enough for them justify letting us out of the one line that was not even approved by us the ones who hold the contract and pay the bill. On top of that i left my last carrier to get on my finances service which is verizon because they promised i could get my employer discount with them as well so i figure we can both benefit from the discount, well thats not the case either i find out after i cancel my old plan and leave my previous carrier. After a hour of back and forth the super busy Danny finally comes out after requesting him the entire time and tells us he cant help us. I ask for a card and plan to call customer care and when i take the card Danny says dont rip the card from my hand and mean mugs me. So yes I. Got upset and said you need to watch the way you talk to me......at this point Im asked to leave the store and told my service is cancelled. I hope i can only be so lucky.

THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU #CORPORATE3 months after purchasing an iPhone 6s I ended up busting the screen which led to the charging port to stop working. I took it into this location and asked what I can do. They ended up taking my upgrade from a tablet I had and setting me up with a new phone and new payments. Little did I know how DUMB that was until it was to late. I am now paying 2 device payments and 2 line accesses. One on the phone I use and the other for a phone that does nothing but take up space. Why didnt they inform me of TMP..? Or maybe the warranty...? Becasue they dont make anything off that. I cant even fix this issue because it only shows 2 Moto zs.... I have 1 on what was the tablets line and one on the line that my iPhone was on.. Its all a confusing mess and I will forever be in debt with device payments thanks to a store more worried about their conversion, commission and sales. Wish I was more knowledgeable about my options when this all happened. If it wasnt for befriending someone who just recently started working for a different location I would have never known how crooked a store can really be. $200(ish) could have been my payout and a new phone the next day... im looking at over a grand once Im done with all these payments
Four out of four times I was disappointing in this store. I own 5 lines of service for 20+ years now and can NEVER get helpful or even directly honest information from this location. Free upgrade phones NEVER in stock, Always trying to forcefully and deceptively sell upgrades, they do not disclose information regarding when units will arrive in store. Today I was informed that We never know what we are going to get into the store for stock and we cant find out.1.) Should have checked to see when the device requested is coming in (I cant believe that a store/Company this big cant find out when a shipment arrives and what is on it)2.) Could have checked OTHER local Verizon stores to transfer stock or send me there-simple Customer Service/3.) Could have directed me to the Web where I can self upgrade without the hassle of someone pushing product on me AND be sure that its in stock.USE THE WEB- AVOID THIS STOREI will never visit this location again.

If you have a choice to receive phone service from Verizon or someone else, choose someone else. If you HAVE to go to Verizon at least don’t opt for the auto pay option as they have a habit of taking out more from your account than what your bill states.
