The staff there knew right away what was the problem with my phone when it was examined. We ordered the replacement part which came in a couple of days. They were able to repair it an hour and my phone is working as if I just bought it brand new. Definitely the first place Ill go to for my phone repairs.

I needed screen replacement on my iPhone XS. Ian Murray, General Manager waited on me. He was courteous and professional and explained my options for replacement screens, I was quoted a price and told the work would take about an hour. I received a call in less than an hour and picked up my repaired phone. Great service!

I dropped off my daughters shattered iPad and he gave me a quote and told me they would call in a couple hours when it was done. Sure enough I got a text and a call in less than 2 hours. I picked up my iPad, good as new and had one happy kid. I will absolutely go here again if the need arises.

Spent $250 and about 4 days waiting for an iPad screen to be fixed. After a day or 2 the screen started popping out, and the Apple Pencil doesnt work when that happens. So for the past 8 months (since I got the repair) Ive had to push back my screen in to make my pencil work, and even then theres a large portion of the screen of which the pencil wont work. Im a math student who uses my iPad daily, and I can safely say that I am buying a new iPad this summer because of the shotty work they did here. Thanks guys.

Took my shattered iPhone 8 in to get the front screen replaced. It was so bad it was literally falling off of the phone. The gentleman at CPR quoted me $99 and had my phone looking brand new in less than an hour! Will definitely go back if/when the next person in my family breaks their screen! :)

My daughter had her cell phone screen repaired. 2 days later it cracked again -- without being dropped. They would not entertain the idea that the screen was defective or they should replace it at anything less than full price. Although this place was more expensive than others, the reviews made us feel confident. Very disappointed.

I was referred to this place by my cell phone provider and the phone call was picked up on the second ring. Ian who works there was quick efficient and knowledgeable and very professional over the phone. After I visited the store and he took a look at the phone he was able to order a replacement screen and then get it installed in about 1 hour. My phone requires the actual screen plus the glass and not just the glass cover as many phones do so I was happy that he was still able to fix my phone.

I have never been in an extreme hurry to receive my device back. I always receive a call less than an hour after leaving the store informing me my device is repaired and ready to be picked up. Called in about a cracked screen on my galaxy S8. A gentleman by the name of Chris took my call. Told him what my issue was and he proceeded to give me thorough details about the process and fees associated with each route he suggested. Was honest about the fact that he didn’t make that repair because he wasn’t able to offer a fair price to the customer. Very genuine, down to earth, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family members I cared about!

When issues arose with parts/repair after 24-48hrs of receiving service, staff (ie manager) was dismissive, noncommittal and communication became abysmal. Haptic feedback on my home button still doesnt work following their screen replacement. Initially seemed like to be transparent, satisfactory service but ultimately proved to be the opposite.

I had dropped my iPhone 6 off for screen and protector replacement and intended to drop my husband’s iPhone 6s for a charging port repair and new screen protector. When my phone was ready I took my husband’s in and Chris was able to fix it while I waited in a short period of time. I really appreciated his honesty in finding that the charging port was just needing to be cleaned as it was dirty and filled with lint and not having to make an extra trip back later. Thanks for the great service on both of our phones. I will recommend your store and Chris as a technician.

Very speedy repair- it only took them an hour and a half to replace my screen and battery! I took it in just to replace the screen but the gent I spoke to said it’d only be $30 more to replace the battery. I have a 4 year old iPhone 6 so you can trust that the battery was nearing the end of its life. All in all, very professional, affordable and quick service. I highly recommend repairing your phone here. Saved me probably $700 in an “upgrade” from Verizon or Apple.

We were out for a walk and went past CPR Cell Phone Repair. My phone has recently been hard to connect to its charging cable. I had it with me, so we stopped in. Ian assured me that the charging port most likely needed to be cleaned and that it would take about 30 minutes. He called before we were done with our walk and I went back to pick it up. I had issue with my daughters IPhone 6 which was not turning on and could not be charge. CPR was able to confirm that it a not the charging port but was the mother board. CRP was then able to help revive the phone long enough for me to down load all the photos that had not been backed up. They helped me save a lot of memories for a teen age daughter. Thanks!

I made an appointment for 5 pm. I chose this place because the price in the Internet was a special 89.99 to repair the glass for 5c model. When I got there, the tech, Miles, says my LCD is bruised therefore the special doesnt apply. I tried to negotiate saying it would be more fair since that was the only reason I was at that store and not Apple. He didnt care, was not apologetic and proceeded to say it was $109. I was so angry, but I was already there. He said so do you want it fixed or not? Yes Im already here. I come back 30 minutes later, my glass is fixed, but guess what isnt visible? Any LCD bruise. A good business would have honored their advertised special. Quick service but definitely not customer oriented.

The representative was cordial. Nothing could be done to help me but I still had to pay just to be told my phone cant be fixed. If I left with replacement parts, new phone/ accessories, or a complete computer diagnosis the $35 + taxes charge wouldnt feel so harsh. More money that could have went towards a new purchase. Thank you!

Kyle was friendly and efficient. I had a new screen for my iPhone in about an hour. I dropped off phone, then went back to work. Picked up phone on my way home. Kyle didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff, which I liked. I will return to get a battery put in another phone.

I wish I could give a better review... but only positive experience was that employee was polite. Their charge to replace glass on an iPhone 6s was over $200. Next door at Kenwood Mall the Apple store was able to replace within an hour for $129. I have to advise that you stop at Apple store first as they now do same day service on glass repairs. On top of that Apple wont void warranty and is using official parts.

Walked in and 20 minutes later my iPhone was fixed for 1/3 of what the Apple would have charged. got a one year warranty on my new screen. There was a unrelated problem with my phone later that day and it got fixed right away with the warranty. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Had my phone screen repaired about a month ago and everything was great until a few days ago the screen stopped working. Never dropped it or anything. Took it into them explaining what happened and I was told that my phone was bent and that it was not covered under their warranty. They tried to charge me another $140 for a repair. Dont trust them.

Really awful service. Took a phone into the shop to get a cracked screen fixed, just to see it break two weeks later due to a “bend in the framework” that was not previously there. The employees did not handle the situation with any respect toward the customer. No responsibility was taken on their part, and we were charged an extra $100 for their mistake. I highly recommend looking elsewhere when you have issues with a phone screen.

Had a battery replaced here. The battery is good but they cracked the back glass of my phone which they replaced but didnt seem to care like they do it all the time. I gave it two stars because while they fixed the problem they made other problems and the customer service is mediocre at best.

My work phone screen shattered over the weekend and I was worried I wasnt going to be able to get it fixed before Monday. I made my appointment Saturday afternoon and it was completed in less than an hour! Definitely recommending to all of my family and friends.

Repaired cracked screen in iPhone 8 plus, within a month the touch screen did not work and the phone was rendered useless. Apple wont do anything because it was taken to a non-apple repair shop. Thanks a lot. Should have just left the crack in the screen.
