Called in the morning about an issue to ask question, was quoted what I think was a very reasonable price. Visited during lunch, had issue fixed for the quoted price within 20m. Manager was polite, didnt try to upsell me for more than I needed and encouraged me to check his work so he could fix any mistake before I left. Very happy with the service.

Got my screen replaced on my S20+ fast. I shopped a few places before realizing they were the best price. When my phone was done I realized my front camera wasnt working. Went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone. Gentlemen helped me out, replaced the battery and now it seems to be holding charge much better. Prices are fair and work was done quickly and cleanly.

This shop had trouble with my phone and needed to ship it out to get it fixed. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner for the week and had mine returned in perfect shape. He even threw in a new case since I had to wait. I would come again in a heartbeat!

Let me start by saying I discovered this store because I was desperate to find a place that could fix my phone same day. I have an extended warranty that supposedly covers repairs but they sent me to a place that wanted to have my phone for a month. He did the fix in an hour. Yes the same repair. Then when the warranty company started asking for extra documentation he went out of his way to write out an invoice for them so that I could get my reimbursement. Normally he just gives you a receipt and off you go.So for those who dont want to read the whole thing. He took care of a repair same day that would have taken a month otherwise. He helped me get the paperwork so I could get it done under warranty after he already had my money even though he didnt have to. Great service deserving 5 stars

I called in, explained that my Galaxy S4 is freezing on the Verizon boot screen. The gentleman who answered kindly gave me his advice for free. Ive been to Cell Phone Doctor on two occasions. Both of my experiences were great. They replaced the port on my Samsung Galaxy S5 for a very reasonable price. I also brought another phone in because I was having trouble with the screen. They took a look at it and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Im not the one to post reviews but after my experiences with this business I felt compelled to share with others.

Destroyed my iPhone 8 screen before paying off the phone, & with no insurance. Apple wanted $150-$200 to replace the screen alone. DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. This man completely ripped me off. He charged me 120$ for a replaced screen and speaker that made my phone even worse. Then when I go back to get my refund and old screen back on, he got rid of MY screen I originally had on my phone. Used this place for Nexus 5x camera repair and he was very reasonable. Called about glass repair for a Galaxy s8. He was 25 percent more than Samsungs local repair shop. And Samsung kept the waterproofing. I wont be back to this shop.

I had a LG840 wouldnt power on. Got new battery, charged up, No go. I was so upset. Pictures of my brother who passed recently. Also his texts to me I had saved. I was told it was too old, cant get me a on/off power switch. We were waiting about 50 minutes. Then after he told me the bad news, he turns the phone on in front of me! Imagine my surprise when he had used another tiny tab from another phone and got it wired so it works again. I was in tears when I got in car and pulled up my brothers pictures.
